Location was ideal and price was within budget. Rooms were clean and staff efficient and friendly

More staff to cover the bar would have been nice. We could have had a drink whilst waiting for our shuttle. The shuttle was the worst as it was making a great deal of money ferrying guests to the rugby event but only if there were enough people going which I thought was not very good customer service. It was driven by greed.

Staff were very friendly, food excellant. Rooms clean good size. Showers amazing !! not alot of noise either .

Car parking was awful, not a lot of space at all which was difficult, and caused some stress as we were attending a match at twickenham and I am disabled , we did try before and phoned to try and get a space but couldn't although it said on the link that you could reserve parking whch was a shame .

The rooms where good as where the fittings

Not being told at point of arrival that room choice had been changed. Being offered a chargable lift to the ground and then not delivered to Twickenham ad advised.

Almost everything. For Twickenham Rugby it is just perfect, they even run a shuttle to the stadium.The rooms were absolutely spotless with really good quality fixtures and fittings. For London, this a real value for money hotel with brilliant staff and service. Thought it was splendid and I will definately be back.

Only 1 down side. Parking is limited. Especially when it's busy for Twickenham Rugby. We couldnt get in and had to park down the road in the street.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful though out my short stay. Room was spotless and decor was great making the trip all the better.

We were moved to one of your sister hotels and the staff there were rude and very ignorant

Didn,t like being served cold food in the resturant especially the prices you charge for dining room ,didn,t like loads of school kids running around the hotel very late at night to the point we has to phone recption to complain ,not the sort of hotel I expected hoards of kids especially at weekends ,didn,t get much sleep both nights

Convenient location for Twickenham

Greeted on arrival by the news that there was no room for us and we were being transferred to Kensington Hotel

We arrived to discover that there was a boiler failure and we could not stay and were being transferred to another hotel in the centre of London. The staff said they would pay for a taxi there after our day out in Twickenham. We had to sit around waiting for roughly an hour for the transfer transport then go on a 25 minute journey to get to the other hotel. This was a lovely hotel however no curtain or blind in the v large skylight which was directly above the bed so as soon as it was light we were awake. Again we had to wait over half an hour to transfer back to the other hotel to collect our car.

Check in - fast, polite, informative. Room-gorgeous, sumptuous looking. Bathroom-good size and excellent shower. Breakfast-good range and very helpful, attentive staff.

1. Very hot room. Can't open windows so had to sleep with air con on all night and lie on top of the bed and not under the duvet. Air con wasn't cold enough to cool room to comfortable level. 2. Bright green light near bed. Light is attached to smoke detector which I would not like to be removed from the room. But the green light kept me awake. 3. Noise from air craft- not under hotels control but light sleepers would not sleep well. 4. Limited parking - I understand in London the chances of getting good parking spot at hotel is limited. However, there were many cars crossing the Bay lines meaning that for the 30 spaces there, there were probably 22 cars, with a few of them crossing the lines so another car could not fit in the space. 5. Spotting the hotel was easy, but how to get it was not clear. You have to pass the hotel, turn behind it and then cross two small roundabouts. The entrance to the hotel is not well signposted or well lit. Could be easily missed.

Very helpful and friendly staff, provided transport to the airport when the taxi they booked us was late. Left luggage and picked up later in the day which was not a problem. Room was quiet even though near airport.

Room was a bit small for a family of 4 but reasonable value all the same. One-off roadworks outside the hotel the night we stayed, could have been told this on arrival.

Very nice hotel with nice interior.

Noise from the aircrafts

We were pleased that they could accommodate 3 people in a room. The room was clean and luxurious.

We were placed in a handicapped room so the shower was open. It would often overflow while taking a shower longer than 5 minutes.

Rooms were imaculate, front desk very helpful and pleasant.

Cleaner waking me up at 9am on Sunday morning.But we didn't have the do not disturb sign up.

Booked a triple room,which t urned out to be a double with a camp bed in the corner,which was 6 inches from the ground and very uncomfortable,the hotel should this on the website,you would assume a triple room would be bigger than a double with a capm bed.

no atmosphere, bar was empty had to go to reception to get a member of staff to serve you at the bar.

The daytime staff were really lovely. As I have a return booking in two week, they were able to hold one of my bags for me until then! Saved me tons that would have been spent on luggage storage at the airport. Beds were comfortable, shower was very nice, good amenities.

Minor detail, but two lights weren't working in my room. Really though, can't complain!

NO shuttle to Heathrow. I would not stay there again because of this. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

The room was lovely, best shower ive ever had and really clean and comfy bed. And you get so much for your money just for being a bit out of the city centre, will defienitly stay here again on my next London Trip!

Nothing!! But If I was to make one complaint and this is being really piccy, its that the towels were'nt the softest in the world but thats probably just me as my girlfriend thought they were fine!

All Nearly New so a rare treat at a very fair price.

loved the rooms the staff the hotel breakfast all in all everything. There is nothing to fault.
