The staff were nice and very helpful. The location was good, not far from the town, rooms were clean and a good size. The bar in the hotel was well stocked, and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

The owner of the hotel was friendly. The hotel is in a short walk (approx 4 - 5 minutes) from Falmouth town centre. Breakfast was excellent. It's a shame no evening meal was offered.

We stayed at Park Grove Guest House as we were going to Falmouth University Open Day. Our stay was very comfortable in a double and twin room. Breakfast was lovely. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were around if we wanted anything but also descreet. We would definately stay here again.

Good breakfast. One very small, thin bath towel between two people. Very small room with too much furniture. Outdated decor. Tiny bathroom with inadequate shower.

This is a very comfortable hotel, small and friendly, and close to the centre of town. The included breakfast was very good, and served promptly and without fuss. A very good stay.

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and just been re-furbished but ours was very small and a bit cramped. Another couple we spoke to had a very large room so I suppose it was pot luck. The breakfast was excellent and the wheat free bread supplied to my wife was very good. We would definately stay again when we are in the area.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Accommodated my change from a twin to another double room without fuss. In the family room, cobwebs on the ceiling and by the wardrobe gave the impression it had been cleaned thoroughly; broken pane of glass; shower curtain too short. Other than availability of highchair and cot there were no other facilities for children, i.e safe play area. Access to the hotel isn't easy with a pushchair.

Good breakfast and comfortable but dated room. Generally rather dated. Very small en suite (corner of room hived-off to create it). Picture of guest house on website is misleading. It gives impression that the guest house has large grounds but in fact photo taken from inside the Park. Beyond the shrubs is the park railings and the road. Car park at rear is small. (All rooms apparently due to be refurbished during next twelve months.)

Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Staff very obliging, polite and willing to spend time chatting to guests. Car park not big enough so had to park in the main street.

A friendly welcome and a great breakfast. Decor was very dated and the price seemed high for the standard of accommodation.

I booked two nights one for business the other for me and my wife to visit Falmouth. Both successful, although I would never ever stay there again: How-ever, I do have to say the staff where very friendly and the breakfast was good. The top floor small doubled beded attic room I was given for £94 per night, was tired and had a filthy carpet. The so called shower room was smaller than the space in my sports car. You hit your arms on wall whilst using it and it had no facillities near the shower for anything. The washbasin was a joke. It was only big enough to just put two overlapping hands in, and the cold tap, which was far too big for the basin and blocked its usage, was faulty on arrival and packed up altogether after one day so we had no cold water. The room was cold and uninsulated as we heard every noise outside even the next rooms occupants snoring during the night. This particular room needs re-designing and re-vamping urgently. Ideal for students, but no-where near good enough for a mature couple and far too overpriced for what you got. The last significant thing I would mention is do not go by the pictures of this hotel. It has little to no grounds at the front, none at the rear and is on the main road where sometimes you have to park. Apart from a bar, it has no other facillities although in fairness, Wi-Fi was available and free.

The breakfast was excellent The room was at the top of steep staircase. The bathroom was very small. Mattress springing wwas poor and worn out bat edges. We turned the mattress and also found that the 2 halves of the divan base were not secured. The bathroom tap dripped. We noted that although the website noted only 2 rooms the hotel seemed pretty empty.

The location was good. The staff were excellent, especially the young man in the afternoon/early evening. He was helpful, friendly and polite. He also helped us find various places in the local area. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Overall the hotel was peaceful and a nice place for a short break. We found the en-suite facilities a bit cramped. The shower cubicle was like showering in a cupboard.

I was there with my son for a graduation. Park grove was very convenient to the university . Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was excellent . The building was old and smelt somewhat damp. A lot of stairs to get to rooms which were also old and not very spacious.
