weak and unstable wifi signal
The owners were great hosts Very helpful with what I needed Lovely homely feel Good location Really made my experience touring in Inverness even better
Location The owners Breakfast Old world charm of the place
Dirty shower cubicle
Extemely warm welcome on arrival. Great room. Good breafast.
Helpful staff, breakfast very good
My friend & I booked seperate rooms & were not told that 1 was in the house & the other in the bungalow next door. House was fine but bungalow was not. no lighting to get to it. damp smell, no wash basin in room. shower black mold.
The guest house was clean and well located just outside the centre of Inverness. The owner was friendly and kind, and the house had a very welcoming and homely appeal. Breakfast was excellent.
Absolutely fantastic. A lovely family business with a caring, warm welcome. I stayed in the loft "blue room" that was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was spotlessly clean all the time, the hot shower felt good after a long day's walk. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The hosts are amazingly friendly and were ready to help with any request. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the very centre of Inverness.
Comfort, friendliness and a really good breakfast
WiFi free, spacious room, private parking
separate bathroom shared on the floor; old rickety furniture, cobwebs on the ceiling
location , parking ,
the single room was one of the smallest i have ever been in.
They seemed very accomodating
The TV was very small
I stayed with a friend the night before a Cycle event, the welcome we were given was nice and polite, shown to our room and we were happy with the size, it was a nice spacious room with En Suite facilities. The room was rather warm at night, but an open window soon sorted that. Breakfast was odered the night before and was served bang on time the following morning with lashings of toast and coffee. This Guest House was perfectly situated for us, being close to Eden Court and the City Centre. I would definately use again.
The room was in need of a fresen up, carpet a bit tatty..... purely cosmetic, so no real quibbles at all.
Good location. Good breakfast especially bacon. Comfortable bed. Amiable host but a bit vague.
Needs updating. Small room.
Friendly and welcoming staff, nice bedroom. Dining room was nicely set out.
Mattress was a little firm for my liking. I would've liked 'real' coffee at breakfast, rather than instant coffee.
It is like a typical British house loved the room bed was comfortable and above all Mr. Henri's hospitalization was memorable. (He cooked the breakfast at 6:00 in the morning just for us). My wife forgot her bracelet in the room and Mr. Henri posted that to London. Thanks to him once again.
The hosts were very welcoming, most comfortable room, tips on what to do and see and lovely breakfast. Would be happy to recommend
Nothing we weren't happy with
Near to town, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. Very clean. Hendry was warm and welcoming.
location and staff
wifi only worked near the office.
Location friendly owner
-Dirty, dated room. I had to dust the bed head and clean the sink before we could use it. Duvet cover was broken at the bottom so the quilt kept falling out -Shared dirty, dated shower room and toilet. Even though we booked En-suite -Adequate cooked breakfast, but no cereal, fruit or fruit juice available in breakfast room. Had to ask owner for everything -Limited Wi-fi.
We received a very warm welcome, plenty of parking and the breakfast was excellent in the morning. A very friendly establishment. We will be staying again the next time we visit Inverness.
Pleasant welcome, quietness
Friendly Staff Good Location Offstreet Parking
Not all rooms Ensuite
A lovely building in a residual area just a few minutes away from the town centre by bus. The room was excellent, clean, warm, spacious with tea and coffee on hand. The breakfast was excellent with a good menu to cover all tastes. The owner was on hand at all times. Very friendly and accommodating The guest house had large parking area. Bus stops close by and only a few minutes journey to town centre. I would recommend this guest house to every one and will be booking here again when next traveling to Inverness. 100/100 for comfort, convenience and price.
Everything, the welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
Friendly welcome, good location & breakfast.
Room was stuffed with tired furnitures, mattress wasn't quite comfy, ensuite bathroom was very tired.
