Friendly and welcoming. Good value for money
I had a spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast as ordered the night before.
Reasonable price, nice meal
Bit of a walk from centre of town
Very accommodating to children Friendly and welcoming Excellent breakfast Good location Value for money
The location was great for breaking my journey from Orkney to England and the owners were able to accommodate my late arrival. Loved the fair trade tea, coffee and sugar in the room and lovely breakfast.
Sharing the bathroom but I did not check this in advance.
Ideally located to get to the event I was there for (Loch Ness Marathon).
Leaky tap in room (though it didn't bother me from sleeping like a baby).
Quiet Close to City Centre
Old fashioned Not very clean Shower too small Pillows a bit hard
Warmly welcomed by Mrs Robertson. Room large and very comfortable with good en-suite, wifi, tea & coffee provided. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Off road parking for several cars.
Family were very helpful, and the location was very peaceful offering a good nights sleep. Close to the main shops and restaurants, as well as a good base for walking. Tasty breakfast.
All looking a bit tired, especially the shower, but all clean and tidy. Had to list everything wanted for breakfast including cereal, toast, fruit juice which was ok once understood the process.
We loved everything, wonderful breakfasts, want porridge every morning!!!!!!!!Hendry is a star. The walk into inverness was superb and the bus service fantastic. If we are up that way again will be staying here.

Extemely warm welcome on arrival. Great room. Good breafast.
Helpful staff, breakfast very good
My friend & I booked seperate rooms & were not told that 1 was in the house & the other in the bungalow next door. House was fine but bungalow was not. no lighting to get to it. damp smell, no wash basin in room. shower black mold.
The guest house was clean and well located just outside the centre of Inverness. The owner was friendly and kind, and the house had a very welcoming and homely appeal. Breakfast was excellent.
Absolutely fantastic. A lovely family business with a caring, warm welcome. I stayed in the loft "blue room" that was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was spotlessly clean all the time, the hot shower felt good after a long day's walk. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The hosts are amazingly friendly and were ready to help with any request. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the very centre of Inverness.
Comfort, friendliness and a really good breakfast
WiFi free, spacious room, private parking
separate bathroom shared on the floor; old rickety furniture, cobwebs on the ceiling
location , parking ,
the single room was one of the smallest i have ever been in.
They seemed very accomodating
The TV was very small
I stayed with a friend the night before a Cycle event, the welcome we were given was nice and polite, shown to our room and we were happy with the size, it was a nice spacious room with En Suite facilities. The room was rather warm at night, but an open window soon sorted that. Breakfast was odered the night before and was served bang on time the following morning with lashings of toast and coffee. This Guest House was perfectly situated for us, being close to Eden Court and the City Centre. I would definately use again.
The room was in need of a fresen up, carpet a bit tatty..... purely cosmetic, so no real quibbles at all.
Good location. Good breakfast especially bacon. Comfortable bed. Amiable host but a bit vague.
Needs updating. Small room.
Friendly and welcoming staff, nice bedroom. Dining room was nicely set out.
Mattress was a little firm for my liking. I would've liked 'real' coffee at breakfast, rather than instant coffee.
