We received a very warm welcome, plenty of parking and the breakfast was excellent in the morning. A very friendly establishment. We will be staying again the next time we visit Inverness.
Pleasant welcome, quietness
Friendly Staff Good Location Offstreet Parking
Not all rooms Ensuite
A lovely building in a residual area just a few minutes away from the town centre by bus. The room was excellent, clean, warm, spacious with tea and coffee on hand. The breakfast was excellent with a good menu to cover all tastes. The owner was on hand at all times. Very friendly and accommodating The guest house had large parking area. Bus stops close by and only a few minutes journey to town centre. I would recommend this guest house to every one and will be booking here again when next traveling to Inverness. 100/100 for comfort, convenience and price.
Everything, the welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
Friendly welcome, good location & breakfast.
Room was stuffed with tired furnitures, mattress wasn't quite comfy, ensuite bathroom was very tired.
Very friendly and welcoming host
The admin of this guest house is terrible , I was double booked and only left with a message on my answering machine . I ended up spending the night in my car whilst waiting on my son to get out of hospital . Very unimpressed with this guest house .
Within reasonable walking distaance of town.
No en-suite available in single room.
Lovely older gentleman running the place, was able to suggest close places for dinner and sightseeing. had off street parking, great wifi connection, lovely cooked breakfast in the morning, no complaints would recommend
The price but wish I hadn't bothered. The breakfast was ok but very slow and the owner assumed he'd given me my tea when it was the cold tea from the previous occupant. Also if tables are reserved by occupants put a reserved sign on it rather than asking the guest to move!
Had to park a good walk away from the hotel, not ideal for single female traveller late at night. Hardly slept because I was freezing and discovered at 4.30 am when woken by another resident, that the windows were wide open. Later at 7 when I woke again that there was a plug in heater in the room. Am extra blanket would have been nice instead of using a towel and my jacket to keep warm. A sleepless, cold night is not great when you have hundreds of miles to drive home. Needless to say I'm never coming back and would not recommend.
Breakfast was good
nothing to dislike
Very friendly couple showed me around even though I arrived a bit late.
Delightful owners, clean & comfortable (& surprisingly spacious) room, excellent breakfast. Great location - less than 10 minute, riverfront walk to city center.
Comfort of the place and the ambience. Owner was calm and interested
Stairs were rather steep and I tripped on the way down carrying a bag. Breakfast was smaller in quantity than many of the other B and Bs we've stayed in.
Lovely, filling breakfast, made to order how you like it. Nice hosts. Room was ready for us and quite comfortable.
Bathroom is on the small side and had some dampness issues.
The host was friendly and helpful. It was close enough to the City centre for a pleasant walk to restaurants and tours.
Very welcoming. Lovely old home with tastefully dated decor. Real Scottish breakfast including porridge option.
The hosts were excellent, the breakfasts were excellent. The location is great for visits to Loch Ness, the bus passes the front door.
The toilets/shower/bath were not en-suite but I did book late. There was no problem with sharing but I do prefer en-suite.
Friendly owners, comfortable, good value for money.
Bit of a walk into centre of town.
Friendly attitude of the owners, very beutiful house, good starting point for trips to various locations
near downtown ,classical music for breakfast
the single room was cluttered and the needed instructions on how to operate it
all the facilities
Close to centre of the city and attractions, a very pleasant walk along river to town. Short walk to and along Caledonian Canal. Very polite, acing staff.
Nothing all good.
