Hard to get into
Room was clean and comfortable. Gardens/ view was lovely V quiet
It was a little confusing where to go on arrival but we called the housekeeper who arrived within 10 minutes to show us to our room
room clean nice place
1st you have to find the place satnav plots you 30 feet after entrance which is on a duel carraige way so when i missed the ten foot hole in the hedge for the 3rd time and having to go around(3 miles) to get back to entrance i slowed down to 10 mph so i didnt miss it again witch isnt good when its pitch black and duel carriage way is going into 1 lane. anyway finally got thru the keypad gates were no 1 is there to greet you.i rang owner tracy(got the number off booking.com helpline). she was helpfull and said for me to ring TRACY the grounds woman who would let me in. so after i wait 25 mins for her to turn up TRACY(a missrable woman) showed me to the room i asked her for the wifi sign in code she said she would go get it id still be waiting now i had to ring owner again to get code off her. TRACY needs some urgent custermer skills updates. its was like id disturbed her from watching the telly or something and come across as i was(a paying custermer) as an irratant. i wouldnt use again because if she is the welcoming face of this place you can stick it.great service NOT!!!
The room was very clean
There was a lack of welcomeness or information provided upon arrival just shown to your room and left to it. I was unable to get wifi in the room despite it being advertised that access was available in all rooms in all areas. When I complained about this the housekeeper said she would need to take it up with her boss who was not available for the next hour. 2 hours later I called again and was told the same thing. I never received a phone call back despite chasing this again. All this is a shame as the location is in a beautiful setting and the room was very good value.
Small room. Just one cup. The spoons were dirty. Wi-fi out of order.
Comfy bed. nice location
Wet towels left in bathroom, that seemed to have been there for a while. only one milk pot with the coffee.
Room and view Very good value for money, room was larger than expected... Had three piece suite and double bed with en suite shower room
Everything. Customer service appalling.very poor service. No aftercare. Owner always unavailable. Total misrepresentation of rooms. Whole experience with this shambles of a place dreadful!
Dirty room dust dirt everywhere the whole house and garden rooms need a lot of maintenance basically not being looked after at all. No hot water at all during the whole of our stay very disappointing. We would not recommend Park Hall as a place to stay to anyone absolutely awful probably the worst place I have stayed at in the UK I will be requesting a refund of the room charges.
The room was great, the wiev was pretty, everything was cleen, no stress, the feeling of staying in a home..
No personel, and no access to the pool.
price, location, initial appearance of property when first seen, en-suite excellent and new.
being "taken round the back - like a poor relation" through unsightly messes at rear of property and shown room which was family room, not expected. Just able to squeeze two people in, no room at all in bedroom area, no plug sockets so coffee facilities were outside room! No window to outside that opened.
Very pretty building and beautiful views
Cold breakfast buffet left in the room the night before We were the only guests - felt like no one was in the house No one showed us the facilities we were left with the key to the house
The Estate is beautiful
lovely setting in the estate room very comfortable clean well furnished lovely patio outside scenery
it was such a shame this estate is no longer fully open i.e restaurant, bar, reception, leisure facilities all closed and desserted most people would be put off by this
completely beyond our expecteation， very good plcae for vacation
Was very nice location a small walk to the village and the two public houses were very good the room and view was very good would stay again
Room small but clean and comfy
The lack of any signing on the road made finding it VERY difficult and it was strange not to meet the owner or someone in case of questions and have payment taken from card 3 days before without any warning.
The views, peace and quite, big room considering it was a budget room. Had a double bed, sofa and two chairs. Friendly dogs onsite to greet us.
Owner was on the phone while showing us to our room, poor wifi, hot and cold shower - one minute scald and the other freezing so I had to wash in between the two temperatures as they changed. Shared bathroom facilities but as we were the only couple for the three rooms it was ok - other wise it would have been a issue.
Staff very good
No hot water
Beautiful building. We stayed in the servants quarters which were a group of three double bedrooms sharing a gorgeous lounge with plasma telly. We had the place to ourselves. No interaction with the staff at all but none was needed. A welcome book of the buildings history, what to do, what facilities is has etc wouldn't go a miss.
We loved the location and the peace and quiet. Kyle (nephew)introduced himself to us and mentioned that the family was visiting for the bank holiday weekend. Prince was really good communicating through text, but couldn't sort out the problems we had. I would very much like to use ParkHall again without the problems.
Very difficult finding the place. More signs needed on the main road. There was no signage when we arrived to direct us to the reception or enquire which room/house we were allocated to.The room had no wi fi signal after numerous attempts via Prince giving me various passwords. Also there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, again I contacted Prince who instructed me to ring the main house - I tried but no answer!!!
Hassle free, wonderful location, accepting us as an odd couple
The owner was very sociable and helpful.
Breakfast/bed making arrangements/dishwashing facilities. Didn't get to meet the house keeper!! Taking the full amount of payment before we actually arrived.
It was close to Kidderminster with good woodland walks adjacent to the property.
lovely location but out of town
better directions and instructions on how to get in would have been helpful. Something of a hunt to find the key
