The room was great, the wiev was pretty, everything was cleen, no stress, the feeling of staying in a home..
No personel, and no access to the pool.
price, location, initial appearance of property when first seen, en-suite excellent and new.
being "taken round the back - like a poor relation" through unsightly messes at rear of property and shown room which was family room, not expected. Just able to squeeze two people in, no room at all in bedroom area, no plug sockets so coffee facilities were outside room! No window to outside that opened.
Very pretty building and beautiful views
Cold breakfast buffet left in the room the night before We were the only guests - felt like no one was in the house No one showed us the facilities we were left with the key to the house
The Estate is beautiful
lovely setting in the estate room very comfortable clean well furnished lovely patio outside scenery
it was such a shame this estate is no longer fully open i.e restaurant, bar, reception, leisure facilities all closed and desserted most people would be put off by this
completely beyond our expecteation， very good plcae for vacation
Was very nice location a small walk to the village and the two public houses were very good the room and view was very good would stay again
Room small but clean and comfy
The lack of any signing on the road made finding it VERY difficult and it was strange not to meet the owner or someone in case of questions and have payment taken from card 3 days before without any warning.
The views, peace and quite, big room considering it was a budget room. Had a double bed, sofa and two chairs. Friendly dogs onsite to greet us.
Owner was on the phone while showing us to our room, poor wifi, hot and cold shower - one minute scald and the other freezing so I had to wash in between the two temperatures as they changed. Shared bathroom facilities but as we were the only couple for the three rooms it was ok - other wise it would have been a issue.
Staff very good
No hot water
Beautiful building. We stayed in the servants quarters which were a group of three double bedrooms sharing a gorgeous lounge with plasma telly. We had the place to ourselves. No interaction with the staff at all but none was needed. A welcome book of the buildings history, what to do, what facilities is has etc wouldn't go a miss.
We loved the location and the peace and quiet. Kyle (nephew)introduced himself to us and mentioned that the family was visiting for the bank holiday weekend. Prince was really good communicating through text, but couldn't sort out the problems we had. I would very much like to use ParkHall again without the problems.
Very difficult finding the place. More signs needed on the main road. There was no signage when we arrived to direct us to the reception or enquire which room/house we were allocated to.The room had no wi fi signal after numerous attempts via Prince giving me various passwords. Also there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, again I contacted Prince who instructed me to ring the main house - I tried but no answer!!!
Hassle free, wonderful location, accepting us as an odd couple
The owner was very sociable and helpful.
Breakfast/bed making arrangements/dishwashing facilities. Didn't get to meet the house keeper!! Taking the full amount of payment before we actually arrived.
It was close to Kidderminster with good woodland walks adjacent to the property.
lovely location but out of town
better directions and instructions on how to get in would have been helpful. Something of a hunt to find the key
I had stayed here previously in a bedroom within the house. This time I was taken to a small room outside of the actual building. The room in the house was much nicer. The grounds are lovely.
Rooms in the house are the best this time I was put in a room that was not part of the house. I didn't like it and my feeling is that its become overpriced for what it is. There is no service like you get in a hotel or B&B so they shouldn't make their rooms overpriced. i previously stayed here and was given a room in the house, still no service you just get let in and left to your own devices. The price fitted the experience then but the new prices are totally overpriced. The room didn't smell very nice as though curry had been cooked in it and it was in the garden. Bring back the good old days of Park hotel where you got a decent room for a decent price.
we stayed in Gardiners, a very nice bungalow with 4 bedrooms, with everything you could every want, fantastic views, clean, comfy beds it was that nice we stayed for an extra day.
The lining of the curtains in the bedroom were falling to pieces, they could have been re-lined
Room was very small but comfortable.
Arrived in dark and couldn't find my way to room no outside lights. couldn't see to unlock key from pad. Hard to find entrance too. Will not be staying again.
