good facilities, clean rooms, event was being held at the hotel so location good. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Restaurant staff were scarce for evening meal, Soup was ordered but no soup spoon supplied, had to ask. Ladies on next table to us had to ask for their drinks three times before getting them. Bar staff were pleasant but on several occassions was kept waiting while bar staff had to fetch drinks from other bars because they had run out. Breakfast staff seemed in experienced and breakfast itself was not worth the price charged.

The room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable size, the rail holding the shower head was broken reported it at recepetion the following morning and was fixed by the time we returned that afternoon. The food dinner was dull and we were served tinned mushrooms and what looked like budget prawns from iceland. Breakfast was cold!! The bar was overcrowded on Saturday night due to 4 functions at the hotel. No mention on line that it was next to a theme park! Lack of management throughout, the place was running by accident.

The hotel was disgusting. The bungalows were cold, damp & smelt musty, there was thick black mud out side the front door. Needless to say we handed the key back & stayed at a Premier Lodge. This hotel should be demolished, I believe it is unfit for human habitation. It would be condemned as a night shelter.

It was suitable for purpose The accommodation was very poor! We were in an annex near to where the function we were attending was being held! However we had to walk outside to the function. ( On a cold rainy night) The room was on a main thorough fare to the car park so was very noisy! Party revellers were walking past all night!!!! In addition to this we had a burst of noise every other minute. The room looked scruffy and outdated ( I haven't seen curtains like this since the 60's) The shower was like something out of the ark!!! Very disapointing!

It was a nice setting. Looked good from the outside. The staff were discourteous. The tv and kettle didn't work. There were loud generators outside the room. The breakfast was awful.

An excellent venue - clean room - friendly staff - good choice of and plentiful food. Overall an enjoyable stay. Queueing for breakfast - but the restaurant staff were very efficient and we didn't have to wait too long.

Theetting relevant to my business requirements was very good. We ordered a taxi at the point of check-in, to take us to a meeting. The taxi was to be booked for 1 hour after we checked in. The cab didnt turn up because the receptionist "forgot" to book it, and this left us highly embarassed with our clients, being 30 minutes late for an important meeting. I also settled my clients bill on the morning of departure (Mr. Chris Scully:- depart 20-07-11:- room 224. Only after i queried the bill on the phone with him, do i see that he has been over-charged by the sum of £23.00 (approx), for services and food he did not have. This is an absolute disgrace, and i will be sending an official letter of complaint to the head office. Hotels, like everyone else in business today, are fighting for business. The park Hall was not busy on Tuesday, 19th July, but the staff still manage to make a mess of issues.

Our room was delightful, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very helpul and the waiting staff in the dining room especially so. It is a handy place to reach from the M6. Selection of beers could be better (no real ale!) but that is a minor point. Everything else is fine, spacious hotel and pleasant surroundings. I imagine the hotel is sometimes very busy with families visiting the Camelot theme park next door. Although I doubt if this would be a problem even for conferences, as one was happily taking place the morning we left. Good place - I can recommend it.

The location was excellent for visiting Camelot and the rooms were of a high standard. The leisure facilities were great too. The restaurant had a limited menu ,especially for vegetarians , and was overly priced. There was a diner on site but it is only open on a Friday & Saturday . As a family hotel, I think during school & bank holidays it needs to be open to cater better to family needs.

The spa, very relaxing and peaceful. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was way too soft, we kept rolling together in the double bed, wish we had got a twin room.
