Park House Hotel  

The staff were all very friendly,especially on reception and at breakfast. Delighted with room,very large and modern in design.Think we may have been given a better room as it was our wedding anniversary! The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained.The bed was very comfortable and had a wonderful nights sleep.Breakfast was excellent and had a full waitress service even for cereals,which was a nice touch.A good mixture of ages but do not allow Stag and Hen parties which is good.A very nice place to stay in Blackpool,away from the noise and late night revelers but everything you need within easy reach,with wonderful sea views.

Huge flat screen tv on the wall,wasn't facing the bed,so difficult to watch,which was disappointing.

Excellent Hotel, we were offered a 5 course evening meal for £12.95 which looked very good value for money, but unfortunately we were unable to accept this offer as the show we had booked started at 7.30 p.m. Friendly staff. 10 minute brisk walk to The Winter Gardens. Would love to stay in this hotel in the future.

Although the rooms were a little old fashond they were clean and comfortable the dining room was very clean the breakfast was exalent the waitress was lovely nothing was aproblem

Entertainment- not on long enough, not enough variety bit too old for our group of 45-50 yr olds. Beer/wine was a bit expensive, no special offers on. No guest beers on offer. Mattress was a bit lumpy but room was excellent Breakfast was cold on the Sunday morning as we where later coming down 9.00 am.

Made to feel very welcome and food was lovely.

Had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Came in early in the morning and the night porter was very quick to answer the door so we wernt standing in the rain. Staff excellent. breakfast fantastic.

Good food &service by all staff. Plenty of room for socialising in various bars /entertainment rooms. You could have a quiet drink &chat or be entertained if wanted.

Very close to all the amenities in Blackpool. The trams stopped right outside. Very good breakfast and the bar area was over looking the beach. We had a seaview room which was lovely. Breakfast was good and bet filling but would have preferred buffet. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet could not here the entertainment.

room was very good,very clean,very friendly staff in all departments.Management, Reception and dinning staff need a special mention as they made my wife so welcome on the morning of her 60th birthday,with all my requests fulfilled.

if I had to be petty,not a very good veiw,and the sound of pigeons. Room excellent,did not spoil anything.G

newly refurbished room (138) was excellent - very comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were extremely efficient and polite.

only problem was with bar service at night. Ordered 2 double whiskeys with mixers and although was charged over £12, the bar maid only rang in £7.50. Next round was just over £13 with some crisps also ordered, but final round was the same with no snacks! Reported to reception about the £7.50 issue and they said it would be investigated - it could very well be that she'd make a mistake on another serfvice and just needed to adjust the till - we're certainly not accusing her of being on the take!!!

The hotel was clean,staff were extremely friendly & helpful.Our room was clean,tidy with a comfy bed & a sea view.Breakfast was excellent also.Would recommend this hotel.
