The staff were very helpful.
Friendly staff at arrival, clean room and public areas.Evening entertainment o.k. Great food.
Room was clean and staff were friendly. Tram right outside to take you along promenade. Value for money
Room was quite old fashioned and bed was quite lumpy. Also the noise from what I assumed was boiler came on at crack of dawn an was quite loud. When we stayed it was quite a lot of older 60+ people so wouldn't say best hotel for couples or families.
Friendly receptionist. Very informative. Great location near to town.
Bedroom could have been cleaner.
The hotel is in good location, and we have a sea view room. The hotel was very busy however service in the Restaurant for breakfast was very quick. Room comfortable and parking was good.
We were met by very friendly reception staff, our room was clean, tidy and overlooked the sea and the illuminations. Breakfast was very nice and the waitress was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Though we only had a short stay we were made very welcome by all the staff . This is a warm ,friendly and clean hotel which we will visit again !!!!. THANKYOU.
Staff great Rooms spacious and comfortable Breakfast excellent Location great especially for illuminations. Love stopping here made to feel welcome every time.roll on next years visit.
Can be very warm in hotel sometimes but wearing shorts overcome this issue.
The staff were the making of our stay. They bent over backwards to ensure we had a super stay.
Situated in a great location on the Prom. Our room on the 3rd floor which had side views of the sea looked a little tired but was clean and well maintained with a bath and shower over. A great breakfast was included and we paid extra for the set 3 course dinner which was excellent value at £14.95. Evening entertainment was an added bonus and after the entertainers, we finished the evening with dancing to the resident DJ who was happy to play requests, including ballroom & sequence music
It was nice to stay there I would go back to stay the next time we go to blackpool.
Staff friendly. Breakfast good.
Bar staff not customer driven. Gave impression they didntwant you there .
From the moment we were greeted by really friendly receptionist , all the staff were lovely & helpfull , excellent value for money , spotlessly clean rooms & perfect location
The only critisism really would be that the rooms could do with a makeover - a bit dated but fantastic sea views & really clean so it kinda makes up for the tired decor
Hosts for evening entertainment very friendly
Room was very tired and dated. Would NOT stop in that room again. No hot water and paper peeling off wall!
Location was good the staff where lovely nothing was a problem. Food was very good.
The heat in the hotel made our stay very uncomfortable. The hotel needs air conditioning.
very roomy hotel, very clean with good lounge space always someone ready to help, no waiting ages at the bar.
no sky tv, bedrooms need updateing
The friendly staff they couldnt do enough for you We would diffently stay again
The shower was not strong enough as we were on the 2nd floor
Staff excellant food very good
Not the best car park ive used
Wall paper off the walls. And also crack in bath
Location,breakfast and staff.
Hotel beds very uncomfortable.First night lack of sleep due to noise of lift and then kitchens in morning.asked to be moved which we were.
The cocktails were fab
The waiter wasn't very helpful at breakfast thought he was quite ignorant.also the lady who was on the bar was very ignorant even another member of your staff commented to us how she was
We had a sea view from our room. We were on the top floor and the room was very quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nicely cooked & well presented with waiter service. (We didn't eat anything else at hotel.) Excellent location. Individual toiletries in bathroom were a welcome surprise.
Twin beds were only 2' 6" so would have been a bit tight if you were of large build. Room was large enough for our one night stay but might have been on the small size for a longer stay. There was only one electrical socket in the room.
facilities and breakfast were fantastic
after doing lots of research on the internet we opted for this hotel due to the modern rooms, we was put into a family room decor was like something in the 80's, with a view looking at a brick wall and a generator from the kitchen outside our window, I queried This and was advised it would be off from 8pm but was failed to be told it would be on again at 05.30 very disappointing we spoke to other people who advised there rooms were modern and as pictured on your web site I wouldn't normally complain but as you asked here is my view.
Really good hotel cannot fault it ..... It's the second time we have stopped there and we will be doing next time. Great staff excellent food brill accommodation .
nice helpful friendly staff
