Very clean and tidy, decorated to very good standard and very co ordenated, only there for two nights b/b but will definatley be back soon
Staff really friendly, comfortable stay!! Good location!!!
When we booked the park house, we booked it on the nice trendy renovated rooms, however when we arrived we didn't have one of those which was a but disapointing! It didn't affect our stay but would have recommended the hotel alot more if we'd have had a more trendy, minimal room and a shower not a bath!!!!!!
Paul the waiter was fantastic, friendly, bit of banter and always remembered what we had on a morning - even had a bit of banter.
Reception and bar staff wasn't very welcoming - Paul the waiter was brilliant at breakfast - the room was small and dated and the bed was so uncomfortable you could feel every spring, bathroom floor not clean and shower was terrible. I think the hotel was over priced for what it was
1.staff in breakfast room (Micky) very friendly and approachable. 2. location on north shore - quieter
unfortunately 2 of our towels were soiled/dirty when we arrived!! Mattresses on beds could be replaced - we could feel the springs all night
All staff friendly and helpful
The bed in our room was too small
The staff were lovely and the food was lovely. Room was a nice size. I would stay at this hotel again
We had an awful smell in the room the staff tried to get rid of it but they were unsuccessful
Service in the restaurant and quality of the meals.
We stayed for 2 nights, excellent value, staff make you welcome, food very good.
Welcoming staff, always ready to help. Nice comfortable surroundings.
Mattress was OK but could feel the springs. Could do with replacing.
Location Friendly staff Size of the room Lounge area Parking
Music from ballroom loud. We were on the first floor and with a young child so she was keep awake until music stopped at 11.30pm
All the staff were excellent especially Simon the bar manager, breakfast was good with good service ,reception all very helpful will certainly go back
the double bed and pillows were very hard. the room and bathroom needed to be updated,a complete refurbish i would think. Maybe you give these rooms to late deals as the brochure shows a different picture,
lovely hotel and very very clean, good location, breakfast was good and with a good choice, no faults found at all, will definitely stay again.
I enjoyed the welcome of staff on arrival and at meal times very pleasent
Everything was good no issues
Loved the location. Loved the friendliness of the hotel. Loved the food in the bistro meal in the bar. Loved the entertainment on Sat. Loved the breakfasts. Yummy
Room a little dated and very hot. Tiny window. Didn't like the evening meal in the restaurant. Didn't like the bingo.
I liked that the staff was friendly, the food was amazing.
Very friendly staff, with a professional and warm welcome.
The hotel looks like it hasn't had any TLC since the mid-90s. The rooms were very tired and the bed was just a mass of uncomfortable springy lumps, with no mattress protector.
the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was good. the breakfast staff were very nice. the hotel was situated in a nice quiet location.
The room was very outdated and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. the wallpaper was coming off the wall. the carpet was dirty and stained. The Television didn't work. The toilet was soiled When we arrived the entertainment was bingo. When we complained to reception staff we were told that the room had not been refurbished and was all they had left. I was asked to pay for the room before I'd seen it, from now on I'll make sure that I see the room before I pay.
Everything, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfy, best sleep I've had in weeks. The breakfast (included in the price) was to a good standard. I have already recommended to a family member
Friendly staff lovely room 21 with sea view very clean and comfortable beds and nice decor we had a choice of bistro meal are the 5 course evening meal we plumpt for evening meal service and quality of food top notch and i ordered celebration flowers and sparkly wine on table next day they were brilliant suprise for my partner
Entertainment was ok but could have been better the other point was the distance to the toilets was down a flight of stairs are at other side of hotel through the bistro a toilet close to entertainment room with access for people with mobility problems would be better
Me and my children got woken up every night by creeking floor boards from the people above. This hotel was not for me or my children. I wouldn't go again.
The staff are very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. A very relaxing atmosphere. A lovely location, view of the sea front. Within walking distance of the town centre and far enough away to relax in piece.
Location, away from the hustle and bustle, but near enough to walk to centre. No hen or stag parties in the hotel. Car parking. Excellent waiter served breakfast, other hotels I have been in recently could learn a lesson or two. Friendly receptionists and staff. Tea and coffee served on a tray (not literally) with a plate of biscuits.
Heat, very hot weekend, inadequate ventilation. Room and bathroom like a sauna.
Breakfast was good, our waiter Rafal was very attentive. The bar prices were good, and the staff friendly. The hotel was peaceful; no stag / hen parties
The entertainment was tailored to an older generation. We spent the evening in another bar at the hotel. The room was very warm; on the first floor at the back of the hotel, above the kitchens
