No car parking beside hotel. Was told we'd to park around the corner in a parking bay. We'd to wait til after 6. Then get up at 8 the next day yo pit more money in. And again at 10

Excellent staff. Great bar for both evening and breakfast. Quality of bed/ bathroom well above standard for the price. Location brilliant.

first trip to belfast,i liked the informal but professional manner of all the staff.

The room was enormous, very well equipped, clean and very nice. I really had a very pleasant stay with my girlfriend. Would definitely come back...

I didn't like much that at arrival they block the amount of the bill in your bank account and at the departure you have to pass the card again to actually do the payment. Why not do the payment at once? Also that the wifi signal wasn't too high in the room. Could be easily solved with PLC wifi systems.

Great hotel, Staff were helpful & friendly, Location was excellent close to all amenities.

Staff were very friendly. Room had good air con and could be kept lovely and cool. Walk in shower with twin heads was great. RBG for food was superb. We ate there 3 nights out of 4 as it was so good.

Lovely modern hotel in great location near to bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms clean and spacious with heating/air con and the bathroom was bright and very roomy. Shower was fab. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could possibly want. Special mention to Steven and Michael on reception who made us feel right at home.

Great hotel in city centre. Fantastic value for money. Excellent service from staff. Lovely gym, sauna and steam room. Great breakfast and bar for food/drinks. Clean and well appointed rooms. Couldnt ask for more really. Have stayed many times now and have never been disappointed.

Only slight quibble would be that although the breakfast was plentiful,it could do with being hotter!

the staff are really nice and helpful, will do pretty much anything to make your stay pleasant. rooms are nice and bright ,if you like colours! the breakfast was super all the juice ,cereals ,fruits ,cold meats etc, hot buffet breakfast ,quality is high as i am very fussy but could not find fault. had a good nites sleep , the bathroom was nice and a great power shower.

nothing really but i would like better quality pillows but thats a personal thing,and never had enough milk had to ask for more which i dont like doing,but i do like my tea.

I stayed at the park Inn as my daughter was getting married at Belfast City Hall. The wedding reception was held at the Park Inn and both the stay and the reception couldn't have been any better. Lots of help from various members of staff to make the whole event as stress free as possible and it couldn't have been tailored to what we wanted any better. Loads of help and support was given by Aideen and Stacey both before the wedding and during. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. All who were waiting on table were very efficient and unobtrusive. The hotel was spotless beds very comfortable and the food exceptional. All the staff we came into contact with were extremely helpful,pleasant,cheerful and approachable. Every guest at the wedding commented on the setting, the quality of service and especially of the food which was unanimously approved of. Thank you so much to everyone involved with our stay. You couldn't have done any better

Having to come home

Location Large room which fit cot easily value for money

Car park was full so we had to park off site, even though i had said that we would have a car with us. I would have liked a fridge/mini bar as we have a small child with us so would have been good for his bottles/food.

The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly: Caitlin and Steven at the front desk to mention a few. The rooms were tidy and the food was delicious. The service was excellent too.

Very good location, in the heart of Belfast. Clean and nice rooms. Fairly good breakfast and broadband. Could not ask more for that price.
