I found the hotel to be very clean and modern and had all the facilities required ...good shower which is often a negative in hotel visit. Also thought hotel was quiet which was a real bonus...bar grill was lovely..nice ambience ..excellent location reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming ...als unable to understand what girl was saying...since Iam from N.I and have lived previously in Belfast I cannot imagine how more distant visitors would manage |

Was very close for shopping and to tour Belfast City Centre Yes the hotel receptionist, a Male was most unfriendly and condensending, I just asked about if I could park my jeep in the hotel car park, he asked me which type it was and I explained it was an X5 BMW, then he just commented that he has no problem to park his X5 in the car park, I found him to be quite unfriendly and extremely Camp and was a bad first impression upon arrival. If a hotel receptionist can afford a 100k SUV well what can I say.... Also I requested two rooms with nice views, the rooms I was given were on the second floor with no view at all and over the reception area, it was noisy during the night with people screaming etc.. so overall I was not impressed... Some friends stayed at Jurys Inn and they had a great time! |

Very quiet - no noise from people leaving their rooms early in the morning. The walk-in shower was excellent and very easy to use. Bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff in the hotel and the bar were friendly, professional and helpful We ate in the restaurant one evening and surprisingly, it was as good as anywhere else we ate in Belfast. For breakfast there could have been a cooked vegetarian alternative to the meat - and no hash browns for breakfast! I love hash browns. |

I liked the fact that we did not have to vacate our room until noon on Sunday-it meant I actually got to have a proper lie on. It was very centrally located which was great for someone like me who didn't know Belfast at all. |

The fact that the staff gave service without me even asking for it. Exaple: I do not like duvets and always take them out. The next night they had put a nice thin blanket instead of the duvet in the cover. It was just right.Or when the restaurant was fully booked, ther manager just put a table down just for me.Fitness center was opened earlier for me. |

Good quality city centre hotel Door staff would not let one of our group into the bar in the evening because his arms are tatooed, yet he was allowed in in the afternoon. The restriction should be consistant and to save embarrisment, should be stated in your booking information. |

I found all hotel staff from reception , bar and restaurant very pleasant, helpfull and polite , they gave the impression they enjoyed what they did and were eager help with any matter, this made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay guests trying to take advantage of the good nature of hotel staff i.e. there was a continual stream of guests attempting to take breakfast and it had not been paid for. I found this embarrassing as I tried to eat and enjoy what was a very good breakfast. Additional person should be there to prevent this occurring and stop persons entering dinning area prior to check being made |

Good staff with clean rooms, the location is excellent being just a few minutes walk of everything you need. Great relaxing weekend with my girlfriend. Having read through the reviews of other hotels myself before booking this was the best and I would recommend anyone to go. it was perfect for what I wanted which was a cheap getta way with the girlfriend to shop, drink, and relax. |

Excellent location everything within easy walking distance, spacious high quality room, excellent staff friendly and eager to help, fantastic food and bar to relax in. Optional breakfast is great especially with an early morning departure flight and there are plenty of local places to eat at reasonable prices. |
