Very friendly staff at Reception. Area around could be improved. It was not clear to me, communicated that the hotel has its own car park upfront.

We are a young couple from New York traveling through Belfast for one night. Staff was excellent and gave us the great recommendation to try the restaurant Made in Belfast, which was our best meal while visiting Ireland. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice sized room with plenty of space. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Parking was super easy-- they have a garage under the hotel, but the spots are limited so you may have to reserve in advance when you book your room. Convenient location to downtown Belfast. As a side note, we were staying during the "rioting", which was really confined to a few streets in East Belfast, no where near the hotel or downtown area. We felt very safe walking around Belfast and enjoyed the city very much.

Park Inn was such a pleasant, friendly little find in the middle of Belfast. Surpassed my expectations for the price. Slight problem with our tv and staff offered us free breakfast for the minor inconvenience. In general, friendly and helpful staff made our staff very comfortable, will definitely be back!

Superb service from staff especially Steven at front desk. Cheery, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful. There was a big queue when we arrived but we can't have waited more than a few minutes. Rooms were really practical and location superb Not enough parking. Very sparse on toiletries.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is central close to shops and nightlife. Rooms are modern and extremely clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Park Inn and would recommend it to others. Found triple rooms to be very cramped would prefer next time to book twins. Bar had a special on with cocktails but cancelled it because there was a large demand. Cocktails were still available at full price - disappointed it was cancelled.

in terms of what it was, a short trip to a hotel for a shopping weekend, it was great. very clean comfortable room. the bar and resteraunt was great aswell. all in a good central location. the receptionist on booking in was a bit rude and un-pleasant. not very welcoming to be honest. i think perhaps if i had of been wearing a suit or a nicer shirt he may have been more pleasant. not once did he aknowledge my girlfriend either, who was standing right beside me the whole time. she was not very happy about him either. but, the rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I liked everything about that hotel, the design of it, the location, very competitive prices, a luxurious bar, except The biggest disadvantage that, to my opinion should be carefully addressed and considered by the hotel management, is the fact that these doors in between rooms are not sound prove at all, so we experienced very little privacy for the duration of time we have spent in our room. We could clearly hear all night what the young couple was at in the room next to ours.
