I have 2 small children and the only place you could eat was the bar/grill attached to the hotel and of course children have to be out by nine o clock. There was no lounge nor foyer for us to sit in and although they said we could get room service the bedroom was small and no area that you could eat with 2 small children. To park in the hotel was an extra £7.00 a day. I feel i could have had the same experience in a B & b but it would have been much cheaper. |

The location given my Business needs My room had a interconnecting door to the next room, this made the room very noisey as the people stayiong appear to be on some kind of seminar which needed alot of talking about!! |

The food was good, but we were lucky to get anything to eat as the restaurant had been fully booked for a party. The bar ran out of Heinkien draft so the waiter gave me 2 bottles for the price of a pint, that's good service. Hotel is clean and I would stay again. Limited parking in the hotel car park, it was full when we arrived. |

The bar/restaruant was good apart from very slow service at the bar at times. Food was very good in the restaruant when you could get a table! We were plagued by false fire alarms! When I tried to explain to the duty manager/bar manager that the fire alarms on the 4th floor were not operating correctly, he would not listen and tried to tell me that is how ther were supposed to work!! (They sounded for about 6 seconds and instructed us to leave the building! If we gad been in a deep sleep we could have easily missed this! The lifts were still operating and staff on the floor did not know what action we or they should be taking when asked!) This is how disatsers happen!! Poor training, Poor emergancy proceedures, Poor systems (Faulty alarms). By the time of the 4th alarm some people were not bothering to respond!! My sumary is that the attitude of the management staff was very poor. |

The location was terrific, very central - around the corner from the BBC building if anyone is looking for a marker. The bar was a suprise, a long room (the back portion doubling as breakfast area) and there was a great buzz there on the Saturday night. The Shower - the water was tepid. We had an executive room which was slightly larger than the norm, I undertand, but space does not make up lack of warm water. |

The speed of the lifts. The easy walking distance to the City Centre. The bar. The maintaining of the cleanliness of the rooms, after each days treating of the rooms like home by my 2 sons. The pass system whereby access to the stairs from reception required a card reader for the door leading to them to open, was unserviceable throughout our stay. This was a nuisance. The hotels answer was to prop the door open for certain periods. However at peak lift demand periods, when the stairs would have been an option, this wasn't always done. |

I found the hotel very nice i gave myself a pat on the back for choosing it. the hotel is brand new and very modern .the bar area was very nice and staff were pleasant .the shops were within a few minuites walk and the bus station was just a couple of streets away which is handy if you want to catch the bus from belfast international i would stay at this hotel again without hesitation . |

clean easy to access the hotel. staff friendly and helpful. would recommend this hotel to friends. carpark was closed at 7pm and did not open til 12pm so we had to park at a nearby multistorey carpark. however it was a secure 24hr carpark. also if staying at wk end restaurant is v busy and we were not told we needed a reservation. found it difficult to get anywhere to eat nearby on sat nite as its v busy in this area. |

I loved the location, the hotel was very clean and modern. Service was good. Food excellent. The only problem we had was the shower in the bathroom. It looked the business, huge shower head, fantastic space but when turned on there was no power , just a light trickle.. disappointing for such a fab looking shower. |

The pillows were dire. Detracted from the comfort completely. Bed fine but spoiled by cheap /poor quality pillows - 2 pillows stuffed in to one pillow case -guess they knew themselves and not ok for this standard of hotel |

I found the hotel to be very clean and modern and had all the facilities required ...good shower which is often a negative in hotel visit. Also thought hotel was quiet which was a real bonus...bar grill was lovely..nice ambience ..excellent location reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming ...als unable to understand what girl was saying...since Iam from N.I and have lived previously in Belfast I cannot imagine how more distant visitors would manage |
