The location and staff.
Wet slippy front steps, needs a better handrail
Good location, easy to get to from the train station. Early check in as room was ready. Large room.
Based right next door to a Lloyds bar so could probably be a bit noisy if you wsnted an early night.
Reception staff extremely helpful, Central location
The hotel was so central and comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed for our two day break. It was good value for the money and the breakfast was great.
- Central location - Spacious - facilities - good wifi connectivity
- steps at the entrance - water tends to splash out of the shower area
Excellent location and probably recently renovated hotel, very clean.
Only one device would have free internet, quiet inconvenient when you travel with your friends for example... The room was really small and cold, view at offices nearby... The stuff not exactly helpfull, ok not rude but i have seen better.. By cheching in they precharged 80£ inadvance, never understand why...
Very comfortable beds, clean hotel, great location with lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.
No towel rail to hang towels on while showering. Miserly tea and coffee and biscuits one pack of 2 between two people.
Stayed in a better premier inn
Disabled bathroom poor quality
Great location, friendly staff.
The ac wasn't working properly and it took two days until someone figured out how to increase the temperature of our room to an acceptable level.
Park Inn is an international chain so we knew what to expect. Needless to say, the hotel was excellent. Friendly efficient staff who went out of their way to help us. Very clean and modern. The room was spacious with all the required facilities (iron, tea/coffee, hair dryer, etc). Bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was more than excellent just a few steps away from Buchanan Street and all the major shopping/tourist areas. Right under the Park Inn is a restaurant called Tony Macaroni (regardless of the cheesy name, the restaurant is quite classy with a lovely menu - we had a fantastic meal there).
The wifi was difficult to connect to. After stuggling to connect, my husband was only able to. My phone rejected their network altogether. It was frustrating. Limited free-wifi. In order to get into the hotel you have to go up several steps from the street. Lugging our heavy suitcases up the steps was not fun.
Just about everything - really stylish and comfortable.
No shelves for clothing - hardly worth mentioning.
Location, room quality - very well maintained and clean. If you are not requiring a luxury hotel but want something better than a basic hotel this a very good choice. Food quality and prices were good. I have re-booked.
Superior room was large and would benefit from a comfortable chair or sofa
Everything about the hotel and its very good central location
It needs to be made clear to all travellers that if you wish to book breakfast then in needs to be done in advance otherwise there is ahigher charge.
The welcome we reeived was excellent as was our entire experience of Glasgow. We were tere for 48hrs and enjoyed every minute. Breakfast is over priced and available for a third of the cost in the hotel next door. Wifi is charged at £10 per day which is a rip off as well, but I have to say the staff make this place worth a visit.
Over priced breakfast Wifi charged at £10 per day
Large room, comfortable bed and very clean.
The staff, the room and the service!
Big room, nice powerful shower
I found the bed slightly uncomfortable, as it was two singles pushed together.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Great location for Glasgow city centre
Quick efficient check in, friendly cheery barmaid, clean room, comfy bed, power shower
Not a thing:)
Location was great. Loved how clean and tidy everything was. Decor was nice too not over cluttered. Staff were excellent too.
Only bad thing was the bathroom door slammed shut if you did not hold it and you could hear other rooms do the same in the night.
Lot of noise ~ sounded like bottles being emptied into bins. Went on most of night every hour or so
Well placed for a short city centre break, 2 minutes off shopping mile. Welcoming staff and a very comfortable bed.
The location is excellent for a leisure visit to Glagow
Decent hotel for which I paid a reasonable rate for One night, £66. Comfortable room, helpful staff, would recommend.
the room was very basic but what there was was goodt. The view was stunning and the breakfast inspiring. The staff were very accommodating and sought to meet my needs in a fast efficient way.
there were no towel rails, the room had been made up for one, the duvet was too small there were no drawers not enough hangers and nowhere for wet coats and brollies to hang. The shower flooded the floor every time, the wi-fi did not work in the room. these details are an essential for me.
