Size of room
Hotel is close to city centre and FM Arena. The Pool, Sauna and Steam room was clean and tidy. Room was clean & tidy with a comfy bed Breakfast was very good. Everything was good for us
I think you should do room.service for hot food
Awkward staff. Advertised restaurant and grill not opened. Dirty, unmade rooms upon check in. Toilets in public areas covered in feces and not cleaned in 48 hours despite alerting staff. Utterly disgusting. No effort to clear snow/ice from car park.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was spotless every day.
The only thing I didn't like were the rooms seemed to have paper thin walls. You can hear everything that is going on in the room next door and the corridor outside.
Nice bathroom Iron in room Helpful reception staff in the morning
Small and quite dirty bedroom. All of the hotel is a bit tired looking
Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great location just a 15 minute walk to city centre.
Drinks a bit expensive.
Cold room on arrival. Staff didn't give me enough keys for the room. Asked for 2 beds but got a double instead. Small room.
Lovely! My daughter love bedroom and lovely breakfast! We had a enjoyed out city centre and soft play and meals it's perfect! Will do again ;)
Erm nothing really... :)
Helpful staff on reception Good car parking Lovely pool Quiet room
1st room smelt of stale tobacco, but we were moved within minutes
Poor reception staff. A lift that nobody explained how to use. Firework debris all over my car.
I like everything
It didn't work wifi at all but anyway it was fine
Location for our purpose
The room seemed quite small with two ppl trying to move around, the room was cold, bathroom was good, drinks at bar and breakfast too expensive so didn't use
The bathroom - very important part of my stay - great, step-in shower ideal after hip replacement. T V & wardrobe facilities ideal. Room nice & warm for wintry weather. No complaints about the room, ideal for visiting family at Christmas.. Hotel staff tried to get me a taxi when it snowed but couldn't -
I would like breakfast to be included in daily rate. The charge of £12.50 for breakfast is expensive. I only need a snack breakfast & was not prepared to pay that amount. The 'room key' kept failing in lift & room.
I find the rooms are very good and service and cleanliness of the rooms is good.
I stay every two weeks and have a Clarkson card yet I'm never offered breakfast ! For the same price.
Comfortable bed, good security
Fairly average breakfast and staff who were automaton like.
good location, plenty of parking, clean hotel, nice pool, friendly staff
shower was faulty, soap and shower dispensers were empty, wifi was slow, breakfast did not have such a wide choice as other Park Inn's where I have stayed
Very quiet rooms.
Very cold rooms, freezing bathrooms, the AC had problems heating. They provided some sort of portable heater but that was quite noisy.
Keys were hit and miss as to whether they opened your room, but invariably did not work on the lift/s. Corridors shabby and doors flimsy. Emailed the hotel prior to our stay but did not receive a response. Understaffed which made checking in a nightmare.
Staff are friendly and helpful, roof is clean and spacious. I'm more than happy to return and rebook.
Breakfast in my opinion is pretty naff. It was noisy in the evening but there was a party going on downstairs which is understandable this time of year. It was quiet throughout the night.
There was plenty of car parking. The bar was very nice. The entrance hall was very nice. It was a modern clean hotel for the money. Good coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The bathroom was very nice.
Not many tv channels to watch in the room.
sleep on this bed is disaster!!!!
Parking, location and breakfast was good. Staff dealt with issues when requested.
Room was musky and carpet filthy. Bed with ill fitting sheets. Heating in room was off on arrival which made the room cold and unwelcoming.
Polite and helpful staff but a bit grumpy at check in. Full size ironing board and iron in room.
Food - awful. We were attending a Christmas party. Over cooked, dry, not enough of it and tasted 'manufactured'. Tiny double room and not clean, filthy carpet and marks on walls. Keyless entry card needed to operate lifts and turn bedroom lights on which is annoying with handfulls of luggage and the room is dark until you figure out where the cardholder is! Lots of noise from corridors and road outside.
Parking - good space either side of car Convenient for town and good transport links Good open reception
Gravity Shower with low pressure Bed rather small for two people and duvet rather thin TV could not be turned to face bed Remote missing back and batteries exposed Loud music from event into room until late - seem to be very poor sound proofing Lifts out of order and a lot of stains etc on corridor floors
