My Colleague and I found the hotel to be perfect for the purposes of attending a conference at the CIA. All staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and chatted easily. Good breakfast with good prompt service.Very clean & comfortable For an extended visit such as ours it would have been good to have more tv stations available. |

It's difficult to say what I liked about this hotel, there was nothing particular to like about it . it is what it is, nothing more ,nothing less I really disliked the hotel lobby area, both architecturally and practically. The open plan, combining check-in, bar, seating area and entrance made it like a drafty railway station. |

Modern decor, convenience of location and of parking. Spaciousness of rooms. Request (online) for rooms next to eachother was granted without having to remind staff. Nice quality breakfast. Didn't need to request anything extra such as more pillows, towels etc as in some other hotels. Nice (simple and effective) shower. |

It was close to the main city centre and to major facilities such as the railway station, Millenium centre etc. The rooms need double glazing since the area was surprisingly noisy at night, what with a large cinema complex and the arena just outside |

I thought the location was great. I loved the reception and bar area. The carpark is limited and let's you in but not out when it is full! I would be good to have wiFi available |

The staff were very friendly and on the whole, efficient. A professionally run hotel with a good ambience and a welcoming feel. The car park facilities were very limited. At breakfast, because the hotel was full, there was a lack of co-ordination and guests were often standing around waiting for food to be brought out to the buffet - it needed one person to take charge and give clear directions to the staff - they were all working hard, but lacked a real sense of priority. |

Proximity to CIA. Room was very comfortable. I left a gratuity, only to find a service charge on my bill and consider this wrong! |

The convenience of the location right next to the International Centre. However, would not recommend the hotel for any other reason. Had to park quite a way away, even though we were told on the phone there would be hotel parking. The cleanliness of the dining room, particularly the seating, leaves a lot to be desired. |

Ideal for the CIA just opposite and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants etc. The hotel has an over spill car park, which is essential, as parking can be difficult, and it is within easy reach of the hotel. I wish I had known about it in advance of our stay. |

Our room was on the frist floor over the kicthen and when we return at 00.30am there was a loud continuous droning sound. We tried to telephone reception but the phone would not work,so I had to go to reception where the receptionist thought it may be the fans in the kitchen that had not been turned off.He turned off the fans and the noise stopped, however we were woken at 6.30 am when the fans were turned on again because the cooking for breakfast had started. We were unable to sleep because of the noise and reported this to the manager who apologised for the inconvienience. |

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpfull and friendly There is much building work being carried out very near to the hotel, which was not mentioned when booking, although it is not the hotels fault. |

Unfortunately was woken by developers at 6am using a hoist platform to access a building next door. Also found room very noisy - music from club/bar nearby. |

the location was ideal for the city centre. Good for shopping and all the pubs and clubs. We paid extra for the parking and was well worth it. Very clean and modern I would say it is overpriced but would stay there again |

Ideally situated for Cardiff international arena and shops. the decor in the reception and restaurant, thought it looked cheap, but rooms very nice. When hotel busy, parking not ideal, hopefully overflow parking will be nearer when shopping centre finished |

Staff helpful and polite, hotel clean, bright and quiet. Convenient for the Arena and for the shopping centre. The evening meal was good. The restaurant menu was limited and laid out in a strange fashion - why was there a section for 'Food'? What was the rest of it if it wasn't food? Why have a strange mixture of restaurant dishes and hamburgers? And smoothies. It was as if it was trying to be a restaurant and a trendy wine bar. But the food we had was good. We would have preferred a breakfast freshly-cooked to order . |
