So noisey! !!!!!!!!!! Had a room full of guys next to us that we're shouting and talking very loud between 3am and 6am in the morning!! Didn't get any sleep

Was a lovely hotel, and very modern, staff very helpful.

The room was too hot, and air condition didnt cool it down, and we were unable to open window as it overlooked reception, so did not open

Very noisy and not enough staff especially in the reception/bar area

Location was within walking distance of all attractions and conveniences of Cardiff.

1. Hotel is well worn, but not kept clean. 2. Not what I expected for a Radisson Branded Hotel. 3. Hotel Parking was very confusing, and not discount for guest versus anybody else parking there.

lovely room, restaurant and bar friendly with lovely food, staff helpful and friendly. Handy for town centre and other amenities.

the bed was quite hard and there was black mould on the wall where the bath taps were attached

The room looked "tired" stains on curtains and carpet.

First hotel in 33 yrs of 1000s of hotel that I stayed around the world that has no airconditioning system.When asked,the hotel staff said "we did not say we have aircond, you should read the facilities". Never Stay here unless the it is as Bed and Breakfast" rate. Nothing more than £25 a night per room.

Friendly staff

Cold stewed coffee at breakfast. This should be made freshly and not left to stand for goodness knows how long

The room was clean. Staff were really helpful, informative and friendly.

I could hear the noise from the streets...would be better if room was better insulated. The duvet was not big enough.

Large clean rooms. In an excellent position near the city centre. Night time receptionist very helpful.

Having to pay for parking. Freezing temperatures in breakfast room - air conditioning too cold for the outside conditions. Unhelpful receptionist when booking in. Noisy doors on rooms, woke me up when other residents came in late.

Comfortable beds room shower was excellent, after we was moved to another room which was king size bed very up graded and luxury. Breakfast was very good buffet .

Our double room we first had the door didnt lock and we was moved up to 2 floors.

You couldn't get any closer to the Motorpoint Arena...only ten minute walk from the station and only five minutes from the shops. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable....breakfast is great and staff efficient and polite.

Limited parking but the shopping centre car park is close by and open 24 hours

Access landing and our room had an unpleasant odour. Coffee and tea facilities were not replaced daily

Liked the location - perfect for the Motor Point Arena and shopping centre, also liked the restaurant staff and the food was very nice.

Lack of character in reception area, bed was uncomfortable, lack of staff in the bar area - waited to be served for over 10 minutes, then decided to go elsewhere - musty smell in corridors, carpet in bedroom stained and no air con.

Excellent location for Motorpoint Arena. Large comfortable rooms. Great left luggage service.

Upgraded on booking.com to business-friendly room however on arrival there was nothing as advertised in the rooms.

The fact that it was so convenient to everything.Staff friendly nothing too much trouble lively bar and lounge area

Bedrooms were lacking in light in the main area but that wasn t a big deal

The location was great for the concert across the road.

The beds were like concrete, didnt sleep, so wasted our money on trying to sleep before a long journey back home in the South. Couldn,t get a drink at bar after concert as only 1 member of staff serving, and crowd was 10 deep at bar. No available parking onsite. Had to park car over nite in NCP car-park. Was worried my car would be damaged. Worries were unfounded, but still, would have prefered my car to be on-site of hotel.
