Excellent location, friendly staff provided for an all round enjoyable break. Price was competitive. Breakfast buffet might have had a bit more oomph with fried eggs to go with the cooked usuals. Charging for parking should be unnecessary when guests pay good money to stay - this is a poor and unfortunate practice that is becoming increasingly common with the larger chain hotels - cut it out, please.

Location to the cia. The breakfast was the best I have ever had compliments to the chef, it was so nice would just come back for that, keep it up. The room smelt damp and on further investigation the shower/bath was leaking through the floor onto the carpet by the bed which was black and wet and was the cause of the damp smell. No mini bar just empty cuboard where it used to be.

It was excellent value money. It was an excellent good price for such close proximity to the city centre. It was quiet and clean. The decor is lovely, especially the foyer. Nice well stocked bar. Great buffet breakfast for £8 (book on arrival otherwise it is £15).

Great location - very close to train station and city centre amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable rooms. Price would have been too much for me if it weren't at the discounted rate.

We liked the location. It is right across the street from the concert we were attending. I was a disappointed about the parking situation. There was no room at the hotel car park and the alternative that was suggested was a long way away from the hotel. I ended up parking at a car park right across the road, although this alternative was not even mentioned by the person at reception. Also, the situation at the breakfast area was very chaotic. Clearly it was short of staff. Not sure we will stay at this hotel again.

Location was ideal. Room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was horrendous. Waited a long time and staff were not helpful. Breakfast was a complete shambles and, again, unfortunately, the staff were not helpful.

Location! Stayed here numerous tinmes but the hotel has deteriorated somewhat. Room ery shabby and unclean.,,nail clippings surrounding bed, broken bulb and glass behind bedside cabinet, which ad to be moved to plug in hairdryer as plug so large attachmentwouldn't fit in any other socket. Bath had hairs in it as did some towels. Bathroom shabby and tired. Room not serviced and bins not emptied although new towels were given. Room service, two meals ordered, one piping hot and the other stone cold. Breakfast asked for on room second day, but no one had come to collect our booking from the door, as told to leave outside before midnight.

Great location for Arena, promising reception area, good value breakfast at £8, loads of choice, parking under hotel at £10 per night. Super power shower, staff in restaurant at breakfast were cheerful and friendly. Poor rooms, too hot to breathe with radiator switched on and too cold in bed without it as duvets very thin for winter time. Very dark rooms without a "big light". Only table lamps. Plug sockets too low making it impossible to plug in electric items with cable protectors. No freebies in bathroom, not even a shower cap. Felt more like a travel lodge that a hotel with Radisons name. However, public spaces good.
