Zimmer sind schön, aber die Flure könnten auch mal renoviert werden.

die Nähe zum Flughafen und die gute Anbindung von öffentlichen und hoteleigenen Verkehrsmittel zu allen Terminals am Flughafen. (Terminal 5: öfentlicher Bus Linie N9 oder 423 ca. 10-15 Min. fahrdauer / Schuttlebus ca. 30 Min - direkt vor dem Hotel). Saubere Zimmer und sauberes Bad

reges kommen und gehen der Gäste auf dem Flur, auch die Nacht durch (die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig).

Das Fruehstuck-buffet war besonders gut, das Hotel im grosen Ganzen war modern und net und auch die Fitness, das Swimmbad und Sauna waren gut und sauber. Die Lage ist gut und es ist gut erreichbar von Flughafen Heatrow mit einen Shuttle-bus (£4,-, also nicht gratis!!!)

Mir faehlte einen Schrank in's Zimmer um meine Kleider und Anzuege zu hangen!! Die Dinner-buffeten ins Restaurant sind ein bischen (zu) teuer (£22-!!!) Es gab nicht so viel (zu wenig) passende Fernseh-programmen fuer Europeer ( viel Arabisch, Chinesisch u.s.w.

Proximity to Heathrow Airport

It is a bit run down and worn. ice machine on our floor didn't work. Housekeeping did not always replenish items (i.e. toilet paper, tissues, etc.)

It was close to London, Heathrow Airport. It was clean and staff were attentive and friendly. Room Service staff were extremely helpful and very professional.

The swimming pool was closed for refurbishment, I would like to have been informed of this fact before I booked hotel. Had planned to use this facility before meetings.

several things in the room didn't work and staff were not keen to fix them when we reported them, internet only worked for a short time and then we were charged twice for it, room too hot, nothing in room to eat or drink when we had arrived too late to eat at restaurant and didn't want room service

long check-in queue- very slow progresss despite 3 receptionists.and this was 11pm! Hotel is not near Terminal 5 despite claiming to be "nearest one to the airport" and the bus at that time of night was full, with the next one in 1 hour! taxi was £16 from Terminal 5.

Decor was good - I got a good deal with breakfast included and breakfast was superb

Lack of clarity about internet provision - in fact it was there, I was told it cost £14 a day - but the website said it cost nothing. I phoned through and was told I would not be charged.Also, although breakfast was included in my deal I was charged for it and had to have it taken off my bill.

The hotel is very close to Heathrow airport. The room was very adequate for a night in transit and the room albeit small was renovated and clean with good shower.

A big screen showing flights arrivals and departures appears in the lobby close to the exit. However, this is a rather frightening experience since the details on the departure screen are false. While the flights are correct the screen indicates closure of checkin-in and departures almost 2 hours prior to actual closure sending passetngers into a nervous fit.

On both websites (booking.com and the Park Inn website) it stated that customers can pay using Solo card. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. When I arrived, there was a queue of people in the reception waiting to check in and other people pushing in and being served by the staff! When I finally arrived at the desk, the man said that I couldn't pay using my solo card.
