Decor was good - I got a good deal with breakfast included and breakfast was superb Lack of clarity about internet provision - in fact it was there, I was told it cost £14 a day - but the website said it cost nothing. I phoned through and was told I would not be charged.Also, although breakfast was included in my deal I was charged for it and had to have it taken off my bill. |

The hotel is close to airport. The room is clean and staff are generally helpful. Check in service need improvement. |

The hotel is very close to Heathrow airport. The room was very adequate for a night in transit and the room albeit small was renovated and clean with good shower. A big screen showing flights arrivals and departures appears in the lobby close to the exit. However, this is a rather frightening experience since the details on the departure screen are false. While the flights are correct the screen indicates closure of checkin-in and departures almost 2 hours prior to actual closure sending passetngers into a nervous fit. |

The bar on the main floor was very well layed out and even had a wii area for bored travellers No food or snacks after 11pm coming in from late flight. Would be good to have a place to at least get a sandwich as people were coming in from long haul flights from all time zones |

On both websites (booking.com and the Park Inn website) it stated that customers can pay using Solo card. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. When I arrived, there was a queue of people in the reception waiting to check in and other people pushing in and being served by the staff! When I finally arrived at the desk, the man said that I couldn't pay using my solo card. |

Its closeness to the airport and the room facilities which included an iron and trouser press were very useful The air conditioning unit was leaking and there was no kettle |

The room was extremely good it was extremely close to the airport and the buses on the main road to the airport are free of charge I checked in to the hotel at 11pm they told me they could not find my booking I spent 30 minutes trying to check in,it was 11.30pm when i finally got to my room I tryed to order food from the Kitchen but they told me it closes at 11. |

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. Confusing lighting situation, the key had to be inserted into an unmarked holder for the lights to function. The television was not very user friendly. Cab did not come as was ordered. |

ui did not like the fact that I was not told during the booking process that I had to pay for the shettle to the hotel. It made me wate 1 hour trying to get pounds to pay the bus driver. The shettle is laso expensive. |
