Park Inn Heathrow, LondonBath Road, Hayes, UB7 0DU Hillingdon (Show map) Review Score 6.9 Score from 316 reviews“The location of the hotel was good and easy to find. The room had black out blinds and double glazing which was necessary as we were only a few minutes away from Heathrow. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent”

Convenience to Heathrow Airport Whenever we've used this hotel the car park is always full and it's not very easy to find a space. We ended up parking on double yellow lines and just hoped we wouldn't get clamped - we didn't thankfully.

Stayed overnight before catching early morning flight. The Park Inn is good value for money, we enjoyed an excellent buffet style evening meal and the location for Terminal 3 could not be any better. Shuttle service to airport was very good and all staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and well sound-proofed. No complaints but this questionaire should include under categories a heading for staying in order to catch a flight.

I was very unimpressed by the Park Inn. As one of the more expensive hotels I thought it was dirty and the staff were not particularly helpful. I had a broken wrist and had to walk with all my suitcases a very long way to get to my room because the lifts were out of order. When I arrived at my room it smelt very bad so I asked to be changed. This took a long time. I would not stay there again.

Tops for me on fly and park situation. Rooms are ideal and restaurants and bars functional and good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Have used Park Inn before and as Arnie says "I'll be back". Totally recommend for this sort of use. Hoppa to terminals is steady but if no time pressure perfect. Otherwise taxis are easily available.

They had rooms available when no one else did. The linens and towels were very nice - soft, clean, fluffy. The price for what you get is poor with this hotel. The rooms, while clean, are definately showing wear. For example the window shade was duct taped together, the beds are sunken down in the middle, the bathroom had caulking everywhere to try and stop leaks. If it were a cheap hotel I would be OK with it. Another big complaint is that its an "airport hotel" right next to heathrow but its impossible to walk there (according to the staff but I didn't test) and there are supposed to be frequent shuttles. My shuttle was over 20 minutes late and they stop at all the other hotels so all in all it took me 45 minutes to get to heathrow. It would have been much better off timewise staying in Paddington and taking Heathrow express!

Hotel advertises it's location as just a few hundred meters from the terminals ( tunnel in between), but you cannot walk through this tunnel; you need to take a bus (4£ P.P.)

Room was extremely dirty and i got bitten numerous times. I complained on checkout and all the receptionist said was i will tell housekeeping. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she was not available but I would get a call. This did not happen!

Location was good - so close to LHR Concierge was very helpful and friendly Internet connection was for 24hours per room but for only one computer. I used my IPad for literally 3 minutes when I arrived and the following morning my husband was unable to access his work emails on his laptop. This was not written anywhere. If we had known it was only possible to access one pc per session we would have used the same one...

The location was good but what let the hotel down was the food and drink quality. In the bar the girl had no idea how to poor it and it came out flat. The food in the buffet was poor for the price. In addition a leaflet advertised the price at being 17£ when we were charged 22£. Disappointed and wil not return.

The staff were lovely, particularly in the resturant. All night we had running water that sounded as if it was from a toilet cistern, but this did not come from our room. This kept my daughter and I both awake on and off all night - not good as we needed the sleep for ealy flights from Heathrow next day. Also no matter how much we put the heating up, it made no difference. Would be nice to have biscuits with the tea facility and more than 3 teabags.

Good location, easy to use parking facilities and staff were helpful. We booked the room for two adults and two children and were given a room with two double beds - I don't think that my 13 year old daughter and 12 year old son appreciated having to share a double bed! We also specifically requested a cot to be available on our arrival which it wasn'T. It arrived within a matter of minutes, but after a 6 hour drive and at £90 a night I could have done without an extra job. There were only two sets of towels, two cups and enough tea/coffee for two even though our booking was for four people and a baby, again rectified in minutes but should have already been sorted.

I did not like any thing about this hotel. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. Their service for the price is very poor. Their food is a joke. They do not provide shuttle connection to the airport as written on their website you have to pay for it. They do not even give you information. I will never go there again.

It was a clean hotel I did not find staff overly friendly it was Xmas day and they looked miserable , I work in hotel and food and I make it my job that every person who talks or smiles at me gets a happy polite responce as they are keeping me in my job , ur staff should try it . You have an amazing venue but your staff need retrained in customer services .
