Park Inn Heathrow, London  

I was very unimpressed by the Park Inn. As one of the more expensive hotels I thought it was dirty and the staff were not particularly helpful. I had a broken wrist and had to walk with all my suitcases a very long way to get to my room because the lifts were out of order. When I arrived at my room it smelt very bad so I asked to be changed. This took a long time. I would not stay there again.

Close to the airport so great for an early morning flight.

Felt the price of the room, buffet dinner and breakfast were all a little steep...

Impersonal touch due to the size of the hotel.

the location is very convenient for heathrow. some of the staff were excellent e.g. the concierge and one of the waitresses from s. e. asia.the rooms were fine and clean and well sound- proofed.

the real problem with this hotel lies in the parking deal.when i arrived there were just no spaces and many people had been forced to park in spots that were under threat of clamping.as one of the drivers said to me -what else was he supposed to do.although i had just driven 400 miles i felt obliged to park correctly not wishing to spend my holiday worrying about retrieving my car at end of it. consequently i drove round for an hour and a half before finally spotting a lady dragging a case away from the hotel and following her. fortunately she was indeed going and graciously drew quickly out of her space to wait for her companion and set me free.

The rooms are very small. Also you have to ask for bottles of water everyday.

The staff was fantastick and extremely service minded. The breakfast was really good.

I choose a room with breakfast included. I had to pay for it. The offer mention internet. I had to pay for it, and 20 pounds was a bit too much.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient to Heathrow airport and easy access to central London

There is the offer of a Hoppa Bus to take you to the airport but at a cost of £4.50 each way. However, one only has to go outside the Hotel grounds in order to access a direct link to the airport and this has no charage

Rooms are spartan at best Wash basin was broken (but didn't leak) Beds are too cheap and the covers too small Temperature regulation is decorative only Reception is grossly understaffed — up to 20 min queuing for check-out!!! I requested a double bed, but upon check-in, none was available Typical uk, grossly overpriced (50% less would be more appropriate)

The location was good but what let the hotel down was the food and drink quality. In the bar the girl had no idea how to poor it and it came out flat. The food in the buffet was poor for the price. In addition a leaflet advertised the price at being 17£ when we were charged 22£. Disappointed and wil not return.

The staff were lovely, particularly in the resturant.

All night we had running water that sounded as if it was from a toilet cistern, but this did not come from our room. This kept my daughter and I both awake on and off all night - not good as we needed the sleep for ealy flights from Heathrow next day. Also no matter how much we put the heating up, it made no difference. Would be nice to have biscuits with the tea facility and more than 3 teabags.

Easy to find

advertised as 500m from airport but that's as the crow flies and by transport takes 30mins.

Tops for me on fly and park situation. Rooms are ideal and restaurants and bars functional and good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Have used Park Inn before and as Arnie says "I'll be back". Totally recommend for this sort of use. Hoppa to terminals is steady but if no time pressure perfect. Otherwise taxis are easily available.
