Upgrade genomen ivm extra's voor goede prijs Bed was niet echt groot, ondanks dat het king size zou moeten zijn. Geen shuttle-service vanuit hotel, je moet met een algemene hotelbus die best prijzig is. |

we werden uitermate vriendelijk ontvangen en ingeboekt. Twee klikken op de computer daar en ze wisten wie we waren. In de kamer verscheen op de flatscreen een welkomsboodschap. Werd als zeer persoonlijk ervaren. Bedden en ander comfort was uitmuntend. Evenals het ontbijt de volgende morgen. We hadden wel wat bijbetaald om een grotere kamer incl. ontbijt te hebben. Was het dubbel en dwars waard. |

The good thing for us was its location. The response of hotel service was kind and very quick. We orderd a bowl of chips as a room service, but it was too expensive. I have never had a £5 of chips so far. A soundproofing of the room was bad. It was very noisy at midnights by knocking on someone's door. That was really annoying. |

Hot Tub and Pool 1. Charged me 36 euro for a Hanburger and Chicken Sandwich and Augraten Potatoes. That was around $56.00 for that??Rip off!!! Next problem was I was locked out of my Room twice in the same day. The second time it happened I had purchased Ice Cream and had to wait 20 minutes for my key. My Ice Cream turned into a Milk Shake. No Manager on duty per the Front Desk |

extremely convenient to heathrow airport. hotel was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable. breakfast was like a free for all and the staff did nothing to compensate for the fact that there was a dance festival going on that night. as a result checking in and out were time consuming waits which is not really acceptable given the prices of the rooms. |

Really nice pool - and friendly staff that let us stay there a bit later. Very easy to get to on the bus from Heathrow tube station and back again. Very cheap, good for avoiding the stress of very early morning wakeups for morning flights! Staff try to sell you a taxi, which is ridiculously expensive - its best to just get the bus which stops just outside the Garage right next to the hotel! |

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and efficient. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions on the bus and tube into central London. On site restaurant was very expensive |

Comfortable, clean and close to Heathrow Airport. Very convenient as I had to meet someone from a very early flight. Trouble free - I would stay here again and recommend it to others. |

Roonm was ok The receptioinst tried to charge me extra for breakfast and told me that my booking did not include breakfast. Fortunately I had a printout of my confirmation email with me which the receptionist accepted. I believe this double charging is deliberate. Receptioists never accidentally include breakfast when it was not part of the original booking |

Convenient for Heathrow, M25 and M4. Parking available. Main reason for chosing was a combination of rate, location,parking. Bit difficult to find your way around. Corridors going everywhere! |

Early flights in the morning can be reached. Room, clean, comfortable and lovely design The bus transfer to the hotel is too expensive 8 GBP per person for way and return. This amount has to be add to the hotel fee. |

The service within the restaurant was very poor lack of communication became a challenge with the staff. It was clearly obvious that as soon as you put your cutlery down on your plate your plate is cleared immediately which was odd service and also when clearing plates guests should not be expected to pass their plate over to a waitress. The parking was awful so many of our attendees at our conference were appalled at this and also the restaurant set-up. It also did not go unnoticed that the same food was served for lunch and dinner no choice whatsoever. Grumpy concierge. Signs to rooms not that clear quite frustrating when trying to locate your room took longer than expected. Again, within the conference rooms staff cups etc were not |

The staff in the bar were excellent. Very attentive and helpful. The main restaurant was very expensive. Captive market so hotel would probably be able to justify it this way!! |

staff very helpful, great food, as it was such a large hotel there was a long distance to walkd to my room, hotel was fun, clean etc. when I wanted to swim I was unable to as the teenagers were playing ball. The attendant suggested it would not be comfortable and he didn't think he could manage kids in order to allow my swim (probably accurate), disappointing as a primary reason I picked hotel was for the swim. The reception was very short tempered and unhelpful re questions, their aim was to get through the line as quickly as possible (although there was not much of a line behind me - one person). the rest of the staff were wonderful |

The hotel was clean and tidy. I did not like the fact that there were no computers available after 8pm at night. In case no one noticed, it was not 8pm in the rest of the world. I was bitterly disappointed that a hotel that boasts that it is the biggest in Heathrow would be so backward. I could go to a bar and get drunk, but not keep up to date with business in the rest of the world. P.S. We do not all carry lap-tops. |
