Meget bra standard på hotellet og meget bra restaurant. Kort avstand til Heathrow flyplass.

the fact that it was close to airport

the food was of poor standard and very overpriced.e.g i had a burger with chips, cost was 16pounds...The lady on reception told us the the resturant was fully booked but did not tell us we could eat in another bar.

It was good value for money and the room was spacious and comfortable.

I felt that it was not good practice for the hotel to authorise an extra £50 on my credit card without telling me, although they dropped that after I checked out.

I liked the proximity to Airport - free London buses from Heathrow bus station stop all very close to the hotel. The Swimming pool and the Sauna were a real comfort.

Itwas near Heathrow. Very professional personnel. I think I had a very, very special offer. Room cost were far below average.

Too big for me, I had to walk too much too get to my room. I'm not the walking type person, and I prefer simple hotels.

arriving at 9:30pm and leaving at 6am, I had no problem checking in and out - staff were available and there were no queues.

promotion of the Heathrow Hoppa bus (£4 to take an indirect route to the closest terminals) when the local buses go directly and are free (though not so good if you have a lot of luggage, as you have to cross the main road and walk along a bit to the bus stop). I thought I'd be able to walk to Heathrow, as it's advertised as being so close, but I was told (at the airport) that you can't walk in and out of Heathrow.

Room rate was good value for money. Room was comfortable

Only buffet breakfast available which was very expensive. The equipment in the gym was rusted and worn. Should be replaced.

Desperately disappointing. Tiny cubby-hole of a room. Everyone wants free wi-fi at airport hotel and you charging £14 plus. Gaudy colours at hotel entrance drag whole down market.

I liked the level of comfort in the room and the friendliness of the staff. Also, considering its proximity to Heathrow, it was quite quiet.

Did not like that I had to pay £4.00 to get to the Airport and have a tour of half a dozen other hotels first. Surely it would make sense for the hotel to operate its own service.
