Närheten till flygplatsen Inchekningen anlände kl 18:30 rummet var ej tillgängligt. Enligt hotellreglerna skulle jag kunna cheka in kl 15:00 betalde för något som jag ej fick |

Good quality room for single traveller. Helpful/pleasant staff. Easy access to airport using Hoppa bus. Good restaurant - London prices but excellent quality and faultless staff. Queue at reception to book in as only 2 of 4 desks manned. |

A room is large and is clean. It is less than 1 hour to London in the station of the Heathrow express nearby. Supper is not delicious for a price. |

The hotel is very close to the Heathrow terminals, so it suited us for an overnight stay Usually a 4 star hotel will have a service that can check your flight details for you. This hotel made us buy internet time and check it ourselves. Hotel is dated and smells damp. probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. |

It was OK and the staff very helpful. Nothing outstanding though. The food I had, some sort of 'free-for-all' carvery was very prro value for the price. |

The room was basic but clean. Nice swimming pool and spa. It is a large hotel with very long corridors so carrying my luggage to and from the room was a bit of a struggle. I may have been given help if I had asked but there were a lot of other people struggling around the corridors just like me. |

Good, clean rooms. Price of food and drink was ridiculous. Rather than eat in the hotel, I turned left out of the main doors and walked along the main road for 10 mins until I reached McDonalds. So much cheaper. |

The "Executive" rooms proposed with a 20 LS supplement are OK, but no more. Relatively low WIFI throughput. No hotel shuttle for Heathrow Terminals. Airport buses with unreliable frequency charging 4 LS for the short trip to the terminals. Adding all extra-expenses and the delay to get to the terminal, any hotel around Paddington station would be as good (with better restaurants around). |

yes I didnt like the fact that despite our school had confirmed the booking and payment I was still asked for my Card, and this was swiped to charge me. Even though our school manager had pre booked it |

The good thing for us was its location. The response of hotel service was kind and very quick. We orderd a bowl of chips as a room service, but it was too expensive. I have never had a ￡5 of chips so far. A soundproofing of the room was bad. It was very noisy at midnights by knocking on someone's door. That was really annoying. |

Hot Tub and Pool 1. Charged me 36 euro for a Hanburger and Chicken Sandwich and Augraten Potatoes. That was around $56.00 for that??Rip off!!! Next problem was I was locked out of my Room twice in the same day. The second time it happened I had purchased Ice Cream and had to wait 20 minutes for my key. My Ice Cream turned into a Milk Shake. No Manager on duty per the Front Desk |

extremely convenient to heathrow airport. hotel was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable. breakfast was like a free for all and the staff did nothing to compensate for the fact that there was a dance festival going on that night. as a result checking in and out were time consuming waits which is not really acceptable given the prices of the rooms. |

The staff there were friendly and nice.But I found it was not nice to knock on the door and open to clean the room while I was still sleeping. |

Really nice pool - and friendly staff that let us stay there a bit later. Very easy to get to on the bus from Heathrow tube station and back again. Very cheap, good for avoiding the stress of very early morning wakeups for morning flights! Staff try to sell you a taxi, which is ridiculously expensive - its best to just get the bus which stops just outside the Garage right next to the hotel! |
