店员服务热情、亲切，客房、卧具干净。 酒店内和周边没有多少餐饮之所可选。 相对于伦敦的交通便利条件，该酒店的地理位置优越性不明显。

基本上和网站的介绍一样，包括房间格局和大小，没有因为我定的是特价房而有所不同，这点很好。房间很大很宽- 敞，该有的设施都有了，给住客使用的沐浴用品也很齐全，挺满意的。 从机场到酒店是有机场巴士送的，开了好久，跟想象中的不同，有这点时间我都可以直接去市区住了。房间里没有- 吹风机，打了两个电话，一次说是不提供的，需要的话会另外送来，结果也没送；第二天早上我又打电话，却说房- 间抽屉里有，我说没有叫他们送过来，结果直到我退房也没有拿过来。还有就是房间布置不够温馨，有点简洁。

It convenient for airport. Food was just ok but served in giant soulless cafeteria. Hundreds of people crammed into hall which reminded me of school. Staff were rushed and stressed although they did their best.

- The Front Desk is most welcoming. - Location is great if you are connecting flights at Heathrow T1/2/3 or need an overnight stay. - You will derive a good night sleep despite proximity to the airport.

Speedy efficient check in and check out. Room very clean and practical for an overnight stay from Heathrow airport. Great to have a fridge in the room for chilling drinks- a big plus point. Perhaps offer an option for airport facing room for those of us wh are anoracks around aircraft!! Brilliantly soundproofed. Comfortable bed Food and beveridge prices a little on the high side maybe but not really a critisim considering the location. Otherwise nothing not to like.

Attitude and helpfulness of staff. Proximity to airport Bathroom needed a lot of attention. Shower very difficult to turn on and off. Obvious leak between hand basin and toilet bowl. Room overall needed repainting/renovation.

Hotel was clean People in the room next door were extremely noise. We couldn't sleep and staff didn't do anything about it. Also when we arrived staff couldn't find our booking and claimed we hadn't paid even though we did. Very bad experience.

almost everything, particularly spacious room, excellent breakfast (wide choice, fresh prepared eggs etc.), near the airport, very polite and friendly staff that there is no free shuttle service to the airport

Close to airport. Good breakfast. It is only for sleeping one night and continue your trip. Nothing fancy. No toiletries. The corridors smelled weird.
