Hotel is very well situated for shopping and especially if you are attending an event at the men Arena (as we were). The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. |

The swimming pool and sauna were excellent especially being open so late. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble - they booked us several taxis and allowed us to check in a little earlier than planned. The breakfasts were a little pricey and it seemed wrong that there was an added cost for a drink when paying so much. |

There were only two pillows on our double bed, and these were very thin!! The bed itself was comfortable, but the lack of support from the pillows made the nights sleep we had not very restful. I would have thought that there would be a minimum of 2 pillows per side of the bed. This is the only negative thing I can say about the hotel. |

Very clean, tidy and good value. An idea spot for the M.E.N area. No car parking, but the NCP is just a short walk |

The location in relation to the MEN Arena The service in the restaurant was appalling. Staff did not appear to know what they were doing leaving tables uncleared and waiting times for food was unacceptable. |

Everything i requested was granted, flowers in the room on arrival, meal booked. It made everything run smoothly. Myself and my wife have never stayed in a more relaxing hotel and the room price was very reasonable and affordable, thank you we will be back. Nothing it was fantastic |

We were very impressed with the hotel and all the staff we have never stayed there before. We usually book with Novotel but would consider this stay better. We see yo have a hotel in Cardiff and would definately book there. Breakfast on the second day was very busy and lay out of the food made the queue very long. |

The staff were couteous and pleasant We ordered our breakfast in our room, it didn't turn up on time, I had to call several times to chase it. When it arrived it was cold and several items were missing. I rang again to get the missing items brought up and was still waiting 1/2 hour later. We had to go down to reception to complain which totally ruined our stay. We were offered a refund on the breakfast but I would have prefered to pay full price and have what we ordered on time. |

We were in Manchester for a concert at the men arena and the proximity of this hotel to the arena (just across the road!!) was fantastic - especially as it was raining!! The room was very comfortable, the food in the hotel grill restaurant was very good and the breakfast choice the next morning was fantastic. Very impressed - we would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Fab weekend. |

The location was very near the M.E.N. the staff were friendly, the room was very clean with t.v. and all mod cons. Yes the breakfast was cold, and there was not enough choice on the bar menu. |

As we needed to stay close to the men Arena this hotel was perfectly located for us, just a minute walk to the Arena entrance. Also located just 5-7 minutes walk from the Arndale Centre and Market Street it was a great location for easy access to the shops. I was disapointed to find that the room had no mini bar or fridge as this is pretty standard now days. Also our double room only had one set of tea and coffee. But these are minor things. |

I found this hotel very impressive, The price was the same as a more basic hotel that I was initially going to book and found that the park inn was alot better and more value for money. The deco and design of the hotel was lovely, very modern, and also clean. The staff where very helpful- (especially when we had pizza delivered to our room from outside the hotel). Facilities were great and overall a great choice of hotel. location was perfect too. |
