My booking reservation through Booking .com was not reserved when I arrived. The hotel was full, after a breif period of time, but the staff managed to find me a room. I could not take dinner at the hotel. There were approximately 25 diners when I arrived for dinner and I was told that there would be an hours wait as all other diners had ordered a 3 course meal.I Left wondering what the service would be like if the Restaurant was busy. |

location and room size i felt that a business room which was over £20 more than a standard room should have the internet access included in the price not another £15 which was added on top of it which then makes it poor value for what is no more than a hotel that compares with a Premier Inn or Travelodge |

Ultra modern, clean and recently fitted rooms. Large carpark and central to the Peterborough (2 minutes at the most!) The receptionists we experienced had a minor attitude problem. No breakfast included in the price, but with town so close, a triumph for local business! |

This hotel is very new and so it is very clean and well equipped which is important to us. The location is also very good for Peterborough city centre. The check out time is also relatively late and we were able to check in one hour early. |

The room size was excellent and the tea and coffee facilities were on a desk, rather than having to sit on the floor as I have had to do in other hotels. There was a restaurant offer of two steaks plus a bottle of wine for £20 that was advertised by lights on the hotel exterior wall. This should have been advertised internally and in our room. We would then have eaten in the hotel. |

High standard of accommodation and food. Convenience. Atmosphere in the dining area was soulless in the evening. |

The staff were excellent You could do a special offer at weekends, as I think the price is very expensive, you could do two for 1 or two nights with dinner on first night, with bed and breakfast. |

The hotel was clean and modern, the shower was excellent. The directions given made it easy to find and there was plenty of parking space. The bed was more thanadequate for my 6' 3" frame. The breakfast was overpriced at £12.95, we did not take it and ate in the city centre instead. |

The cleanliness of the room, a safe in the room, the shower. The best hotel I have stayed at in Peterborough so far. I dont think guests should have to pay £5 for parking. |

Habe schon anderes erlebt. Eigentlich sind drei Sterne viel zu wenig. |
