Seating area was brilliant for pre night drinks. Kitchen facilities more than sufficient. Location could not have been better.
Position, size of aparttment
Heating in bathroom and bedrooma not working? Three lightbulbs not working. Window shades broken. Wall paint scratched. Impression of abandon and dirt. Terrible smell of uncleanliness. After three time claiming repair nothing had been undertaken. Personel gentle but completely helpless
Near convenience store/ cash machine/ bars
The boiler was loud
Nothing on tele worth watching but that's not the fault of the hotel
Location, clean, spacious
TV reception very poor, only BBC1 and BBC2 and no channels available on the digital TV box. No plug in the kitchen
Comfort neatness proximity to Liverpool train station
Excellent location, close to Liverpool Street station, but very quiet. Apartments well cut and spacious
comfortable rooms, serviced regularly, local shopping and good access to tube.
noise from street level early morning. directions for using shower taps. directions on drying cloths in washing machine.
Location good, near Liverpool st station, lots of shops, near Spitalfields with shopping and dining opportunities.room is exceptionally large, separate kitchen, perfectly appointed, good ,king size bed, lots of storage place, small bathroom, daily cleaning service.very helpful young lady at reception and also duty manager very helpful
Entrance with steep stairs and no handrail, dangerous when slippery, very small and uncomfortable shower, should change the dirty carpets, quite noisy from the street ,quite difficult to get fresh air since only the very top part of the windows could be opened, but we stayed on the ground floor,I assume upper floor rooms are better
The butler was excellent
Really liked the apartment feel rather than the normal hotel room. Great and convenient location. Was great having a fully fitted kitchen to use. Staff where excellent , helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.
Great location and the appartment was very spacious and clean. very relaxing and ideal for our family
A bit noisy at times outside and particularly on Sunday when the market stalls were being assembled from very early in the morning. apart from this would highly reccomend.
Location is really convenient for the City of London. Great, good sized single bed apartment. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Well equipped kitchen.
The WiFi details, although printed on the router, didn't work.
Excellent welcome from the hotel staff. Very cordial and helpful attitude. In addition the hotel is situated in a wonderful location, which surely helps the first time visitors. Moreover, the nearby restaurants provide a good tummy filling experience.
* Location * Generally everything was good and comfortable * Reliable reception and duty manager * Two toilets (in our room at least)
* Maybe the price is common and adequete for London, but compared to other European cities and knowing more or less what to expect from London, it seemed pretty high * Some facilities were quite old, the windows were hard to open/close, one of the two toilets got broken (it got fixed in 3 days), some channels on TV were not watchable due to signal problems, bathroom pretty small. But generally all those thing were minor and did not affect our impression that much
Very spacious and clean apartment. Very amazing and well equipped kitchen. Great location and close enough to the tube stations..
Better signage, as it was quite difficult to locate. It would be excellent if they could also provide laundry detergents as well.
All the street noise inside.
Living room view
We were really impressed with the size of the apartment, it was useful to have two toilets and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We used it for a hen party and it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted.
Only downsides were no air conditioning- even with the two fans provided on full blast and the windows open it was incredibly hot when we stayed, and also the noise of the market setting up outside on sunday.
1.The location. 2.The apartment layouts. 3.The kitchen. 4.The WIFI. 5.The cleanliness.
1.The Kingsize bedroom mattress was not comfortable.
Very comfortable beds Roof terrace Lounge area Kitchen

Location and WiFi
Provision of adequate tea & coffee amenities
Bathrooms were old. One has to flush 3 times to get the toilet clean. Beds should be little bigger in size.
very large bright apartment has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable very friendly manners on-site very clean daily cleaning service Very central location 15-20 minutes by bus to anywhere in central London
Very very noisy some very noisy bars till very late at night and very noisy early morning delivery trucks to some shops right next door Not to mention Sunday market which starts at 6 am.
Apartment very clean and comfortable. Location was great close to Liverpool station and Tesco supermarket. Staff very helpful.
Advertised as 2 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 double but only had 2 double beds. Was a bit noisy with markets close by and needs fans for summer as can't leave window open due to noise.
