We were really impressed with the size of the apartment, it was useful to have two toilets and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We used it for a hen party and it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted.
Only downsides were no air conditioning- even with the two fans provided on full blast and the windows open it was incredibly hot when we stayed, and also the noise of the market setting up outside on sunday.
1.The location. 2.The apartment layouts. 3.The kitchen. 4.The WIFI. 5.The cleanliness.
1.The Kingsize bedroom mattress was not comfortable.
Very comfortable beds Roof terrace Lounge area Kitchen
Showers need updating
Bathrooms were old. One has to flush 3 times to get the toilet clean. Beds should be little bigger in size.
Apartment very clean and comfortable. Location was great close to Liverpool station and Tesco supermarket. Staff very helpful.
Advertised as 2 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 double but only had 2 double beds. Was a bit noisy with markets close by and needs fans for summer as can't leave window open due to noise.
1- the size of the flat. 2- house keeping service 3- Neighbhood ( restaurants and market )
1- the smell of the reception , it needs more cleaning . 2- no housekeeping service on Sunday
Good condition of apartment Size of apartment Kitchen was well stocked for utensils and other equipment Peace and quiet Management let us check out much later to enjoy the apartment for a bit longer
Iron was terrible and would leak TV reception was really poor, had to keep moving plugin aerials...only free view TV,s
Deepak was first rate - very helpful by email and in-person. The proximity to the Tube is another plus.
No air conditioning which can be tough on Americans. But Deepak secured us three oscillating fans which worked out great. If you are staying a weekend ask to be away from Middlesex Street as the street vendors start assembling their metal frame selling booths at 6 am on Sunday morning.
Size of apartment, staff very friendly.
Weekend market opens up right into the street so whole road is closed and no card can come in.
The apartment was spacious and well laid out. The provision of certain non-essential items such as tea towels, coffee, sugar etc was thoughtful and helpful on arrival.
An additional fan would have been good but the weather was exceptionally hot.
Right on Petticoat Lane so easy to get everywhere. Great size rooms and helpful people.
Needed air conditioning as very hot weekend. Need few more decent glasses and few niggles with taps- but good for price
The location is very convient, close to restaurants, tesco, and Liverpool street station
Our apt doesn't have hot water for 5 days, terrible. Escalate at the first day and took them 5 days to fix it
Location Spacious apartment Great wi-fi and appliances Excelent beds and shower
Spacious apartment, close to the underground, cleaning was daily. The manager was so friendly, sure will go back and will recommend to my friends.
Excellent location. Easy to find. Very comfortable apartment. Convenient amenities nearby. Well connected for public transport. Markets nearby...but market setup was a little noisy outside for Sunday morning set up!
MY Husband and I and my 2 sisters stayed at Park Land Apartments in June/July, very comfortable, clean & spacious apartment, beds very comfortable, ideal location for ease to tube and buses, great proximity to supermarkets, walking distance to some of the major tourist attractions i.e. Tower of London, Washer/Dryer was a bonus, had a lovely stay.
Could do with a bit of an update in some areas and a bit noisy at times but wouldn't stop us staying there again.
Location, space, kitchen, washer and dryer.
Trouble finding hotel on Sat. due to construction and open market in the street. After that initial experience every thing was OK. Could use some renovation in reception area
Great sized apartment for our family - plenty of space. Ideally located for the train/tube station. Good quality of furnishings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants close by.
Property was described as having 2 bathrooms. However, it had only 1, with a separate toilet. The property was noisy at the weekend, with the sunday market being set up from very early on both saturday and sunday mornings.
One significant problem - the unit was actually on 2 floors. This made it difficult for a physically restricted individual. Washer/dyer was damaged prior to our arrival - created difficulties.
Location and terrace
old bathrooms with old plumbing which wasn't very good
Friendly staff on arrival. Flat large. Able to leave bags after check out. Although no air conditioning as flat large and windows opened wide able to keep cool in London summer heat. Nr to Liverpool street station/tube.
Very basic facilities in kitchen for cooking /dining - no table mats, only 6 of everything so had to wash up stuff when doing a meal for 3. Bathrooms "tired" showers poor. very basic furnishings - no extras at all e.g. no cushions on sofa etc. Noisy place - market outside on Sunday morning meant noise++ from early hours and lots of noise other mornings too - as warm had to sleep with windows open. Stayed in other city apartments and this well below those in facilities. Would consider staying only if last resort. No local info provided in flat. Not sure how it got the over 8 rating on the website!
A spacious, comfortable, beautiful decorated apartment at a good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
The showers were a bit poor.
The entire experience being at Park Lane City Apartments was excellent. Helpful staff variety of good eating joints are around. Tube n bus stations are walking distance. Overall good experience.
Plenty of room, good facilities
TV signal was very poor
The spaciousness and the location was perfect for me.
The apartment was quite expensive and there was a strange smell for the whole stay.
