Park Lane City Apartments    

The location was great. The office staff was great. The rooms were large and very clean.

The beds were made very poorly. Had to keep remaking them. Bottom sheet hafe way down mattress, not able to tuck in. Little thing but annoying. Had trouble flushing toilets.

Large appartment, really close to Liverpool Street station. Had what you could expect and more. Friendly staff.

A bit to expensiv and the windows let through to much noise.

Convenience to mass transportation, shops, food. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water available for showers, washing machine. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and washing machine in apartment.

Toilets didn't always flush. Strange, but true: interior of apartment was very quiet (didn't hear tv thru walls), but could hear every word spoken on the street below via apartment windows (even though they were fully shut).

Everything - Basil the manager was absolutely lovely and so helpful. The apartments are spotless and spacious. Really excellent location. Nice touches - eg tea bags milk bottled water. I liked it here and will go again and again and again...

The Staff were friendly and willing to help with everything.

The size of apt was amazing - split over 2 floors. Simple but classy mimimalist design. Good king bed and everything we needed. All the little things - milk coffee ironing board etc. Will def use again.

Could have done with a standard freeview box or dvd player (only had about 8 channels) but thats my fault for not bringing my ipad lead:)

I liked everything! Fantastic location, very clean, friendly sttaf. I would not hesitate to recommend it and I would stay again!!!

Location was good...The Superior one bedroom apartment was very spacious, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, the apartment was very clean, modern with a very good wifi connection and fully equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket across the street and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Liverpool Underground Stations is just a 5 mins walk.

Due to the one way restrictions of the roads in the area, it was confusing for both drivers and taxis alike to get to 92 Middlesex Street.

We stayed in a two bed apartment, very spacious. Nice size kitchen and lounge room. My wife and I travelled with my uncle. So it was cheaper to book am apartment plus we ended up with a kitchen and lounge room.

There was nothing we did not like, the apartment is getting close to needing updating

Large apartment, bedroom separate from sleeping area, kitchen facilities (including complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits), bath as well as shower, good wi-fi connection, ample working space, central location.

Reception arrangements when arriving late, lack of opening window/fresh air in the sleeping area, poor black-out blinds for sleeping area, broken handle on cupboard door.

the manager was friendly&helpfull,apartment spotless,no noices at all even though new years eve,will defo stay again...also left my watch&jewellery which they posted back to me,what more can you ask for!!!!!!!

The apartment was great and spacious with two bathrooms and a nice view from the balcony. It was also clean and the duty manager was supportive

I loved the location, the apartment itself and the amazing staff especially the Duty Manager Basil (not sure of the spelling of his name).

Everything was amazing. The only complaint I have was that the elevator had a fault & got stuck on the 4th floor thus disrupting my sleep. It took about 2 days or so to get it fixed although I believe the lack of prompt action lay with the maintainance company because to the best of my knowledge, the Duty Manager informed them of the fault.
