Excellent hosts with a very friendly cat! The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Jon recommended local places for food and drinks that proved to be well worth a visit. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and nice coffee. We felt comfortable and well looked after from the moment we arrived and this is the best B & B we have stayed in for some time anywhere.

The welcome and over all hospitality was excellent. The room was very comfortable with extras, e.g. toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and our hosts were froiendly and helpful. We will go again

Friendly, clean, and had everything we needed.

Very quiet. Hosts were very accommodating.

It was within 15 minutes walk of the town centre and bus station so we bussed each day to places of interest. Jon and Tracy were excellent hosts and well able to cater for my gluten-free diet (coeliac disease). even to the extent of putting gluten-free biscuits on the hospitality tray in our room. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and double-glazed windows blocked out any traffic noise. Parking was on the premises. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Excellent, caring hosts. Thank you Jon and Tracy.

We were warmly welcomed and carefully looked after. Jon takes every opportunity to be the best host. Superb breakfast. Best bed. Spot on resturant recommendations. Spacious room. We are DELIGHTED customers.

Was a little dificult to find the first time, mostly due to temp bridge closure nearby that got us turned around.

Jon and Tracy were the perfect hosts, the room was beautifully decorated and pristine.Breakfast was more than sufficient and the full English hot, tasty and there was more than enough. With a choice of cereals, toast, coffee or tea, we could not have asked for better.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was completely satisfied with my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. The free breakfast has a lot of options and is absolutely delicious. If you are staying in Grantham, this is the place to stay!

Very friendly, spotless and every care taken in the details. Excellent breakfast, leisurely as well as superbly cooked. Quiet but not out of the way, ample parking on site which, given the snow and biting east wind, was definitely reassuring. Even though the weather was extreme, we were warm and cosy. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had the pleasure of sleeping in during our travels. Can't recommend Park Lodge highly enough to you!

Very clean spacious room, friendly hosts, who were only too willing to help. Superb breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Had a great one night stay to watch our son pass out. Excellent value kind and considerate staff. The owner even dropped us of fat the camp. Very old worldly well kept and very clean ideal for anyone visiting the military camp or Grantham .

Nice pleasant guest house, far enough from the town centre for an excellent nights sleep. Room was well equipped for our needs, the breakfast was very agreeable and our host was very friendly!

We received a very warm and friendly welcome and shown to our room, which was spotlessly clean and homely, as was the rest of the Guest House. Breakast was plentiful, freshly cooked and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us advice and directions when asked. Would definitly recommend.

Room well maintained, celan and tidy, bed was comfortable, free Wifi, owner clearly took pride in the place.

Toilet and shower room were small.

I liked the warm welcome and on a very cold night, a very cosy atmosphere, the cleanliness and comfort and also the 'William Morris touch' oh yes, the supply of Assam tea bags too!

absolutely everything! comfort, friendliness, cleanliness, cost and breakfast! cannot fault it.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. They even purchased a microwave so that I could cook my own evening meals in my room, and they offered me a lift back to the office on my last day (as I had to take my suitcase). The whole family are lovely and I really enjoyed my stay.
