És un hotel nou, molt cèntric, i amb dos estacions de metro molt properes. Els ascensors, en hora punta, no són prou ràpids. Les cues per a l'esmorzar també empipen, segurament falta personal. Pel que fa a la neteja de les habitacions, podria ser millor, es nota que la fan per sobre. |

Les instal·lacions i el tracte del personal. En hores d'esmorzar és molt difícil poder agafar l'ascensor, varem trigar gairebé deu minuts en poder agafar-lo. |

el disseny i l'habitació El lloc del esmorzar no estava massa`preparat, ja que estavem a la segona planta en el lloc executiu el primer dia, ja que anava lligat amb l'habitació i mancava servei i a l'hora habitual encara no estava a punt. El segon dia ho varem fer en el restaurant normal i va ser molt millor. |

L'habitació era un studi on podies fer servir una cuina petita amb microones. La vista del pis 13 era fabulosa perquè estavam just al devant de les cases del Parlament i de la noria del London eye. No m'ha agradat gens l'acces al menjador per esmorçar . Estava sempre pleníssim i haviem d'esperar bastant de temps per accedir. |

La situació amb el London Eye al costat i Big Ben i Westminster. A sota el London eye hi ha un vaixell turístic que et porta fins la Torre de Londres. Tot i que l'atenció va ser bona,no ens van saber informar massa bé dels mercats de nadal que és el que anàvem a veure. Tot i així és un hotel recomanable. |

L'habitació era molt confortable, i amb unes vistes impressionants. El servei de recepció solament saben anglés i d'espanyol res,aixó si parlaven més a poc a poc per poder entendrel's.El servei de menjador al vespre , el menjar molt bó ,peró has de tenir molta paciencia de plat a plat ,ja que tarden molt alhora de servir. |

Helpful staff, clean room,"peace and quite" everything was fine,only one thing the reception was always busy. Had to wait when we checked in and checked out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The roms were very modern, clean and stylish. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing and public transport The bar was very expensive |

I enjoyed the comfort and ambience of the hotel also the friendly manner of all the staff. I was wary of the atrium corridors overlooking the restaurant. |

Staff were very welcoming and the facilities and location excellent. The breakfasts were wonderful and the menu of the restaurant looked good but we did not try it. |

The price (109£ per night) in the centre of London. The situation close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Waterloo Station. We even had a view on the London Eye from our room (202). The design is also really nice. For a four stars hotel, we found a pity that adaptator were only on request with a deposit. Otherwise, the waiting time for the check-in and check-out is really long and you have to be patient to get a lift. |

The service was good and we were offered a free upgrade. The bar and dining areas were nice and the food on offer was very good for breakfast. Yes, the lifts were incredibly slow and I ended up taking the stairs (from the 1st floor up to the 9th floor!!) The room was nice but the view was terrible as it faced the other rooms. There is no natural light which makes the room feel unwelcoming, which is a shame as the room was nice. This is the only reason I would not recommend the hotel. We were told that there would be a surprise in our room for my mum as it was her birthday and sadly there wasn't. |
