This is a modern well designed hotel. Stayed here before this visit and it was fantastic. The check in staff were difficult to understand (English was not his first language). My room was supposed to be a double but I was put in a twin room - at the same price. I feel that if the hotel needs to downgrade the room they should give you a downgraded price. |

we liked it a lot. different pillows a great idea. very clean they key system did not seem to be entirely reliable and needed to be recoded a couple of times (we had two rooms) |

Nice views, clean and modern hotel with usual facilities- The room quite small. There is cutlery and crockery, but you are supposed to wash it up. |

Great location, great room, well equipped Too few lifts, not fast enough. Executive Club too crowded with non-executives! Restaurant food questionable - cold deep fried mozzarella balls? Not very Health & Safety! |

Breakfast was excellent - staff were friendly and polite - location was ideal Bath was almost inaccessible to a short person without something to hold onto and the air-con, although effectifive, was noisy. |

The hotel facilities were new and modern and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.We were offered an upgrade to junior suite which gave great value for money. The only drawback was the heat in the room. The air conditioning didnt seem to be working and as the weather was good this made the room unbearably hot. |
