Nový moderní hotel, odkud jste pěšky během chvilky,jak v samém centru Londýna, tak i u zastávky metra. Velmi příjemná restaurace a veškerý personál. |

Profesionální přístup zaměstnananců. Výborná anglická snídaně. Útulně zařízený pokoj. Výborný poměr cena/místo. V cené zohledněna skutečnost, že se nachází vedle nádráží Waterloo a vedle stavby nového hotelu (i když ani jedno nerušilo). Perfektní hotel pro ty co to chtějí mít blízko do centra Lodnýna. |

Hotel je temer v centru u londynskeho "ruskeho kola" lehce dostupny z metra a autobusu. Hotel je novy, cisty a relativne klidny. Pokud jedete s notebookem a nechcete si priplacet za internet na pokoji. Je dobre pozadat o bydleni smerem dovnitr hotelu. Da se chytnout free wifi z restaurace. Jinak pocitejte se 7 librami za 24 hod. Koupelna se zachodem byla oddelena pouze pojizdnou sklenenou stenou z mlecneho skla a proto netlumila moc hluky kdyz se nekdo nad vama sprchoval ci myl. Bylo slyset klepani a teceni vody, nebylo to nijak drasticke, ale dvere by to utlumily. Nicmene pokud bych jel do londyna asi bych si vybral tento hotel znovu. |

I found the hotel very friendly in all departments with easy access to all local public services and city sight seeing tours Personally I did not like the choice of draft beer in the hotel bar as their was only one and it was of a japenese brew, also the fact the first time we stayed we where in a studio room which was located right outside the lit access point but we just set up bed in the dinette part of the studio and got on with it,views where fantastic |

The hotel's location was excellent as my husband and I prefer to stay on the southbank when we visit London. Our deluxe room with its seperate living area and kitchenette. |

Amazing! It was our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was unbelievable! Fantastic view of the London Eye. Very clean, modern and luxurious. We then got a complimentary grapes, chocs and water and a lovely note saying "have a lovely anniversary"! We ate in the restaurant on the night. It was a buffet on the saturday £17.50 per person. Excellent value for money. Fantastic food, service and chefs! The staff, location and the excellent modern building make this hotel! Absolutely Nothing! I would go back in a flash and have recommended it to everyone I know |

That everything went smoothly In the executive lounge, serivce was slow getting, tea coffee etc, although a couple did come in and staff buzzed around them, did we not all pay the same money too be there?? Service was very different for them, had to ask twice for tea then one coffee came as well, had to ask for clean knives for the toast and the table was overflowing with crockery and it was not cleared and we had to work our way around it all. |

The room was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out; the fact that there were 2 tvs. (particularly for a famly stay); the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff and, last but certainly not least, the location. |

I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent and i would stay here in the future especially if there were special offers available. no i liked everything! |

Hotel central location was excellent. Staff were friendly. We upgraded to a junior executive suite which was fantastic. Would recommend hotel for food, cleanliness and staff helpfulness. |
