Das Servicepersonal war bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich und multilingual. Wir wurden sogar up-grated und hatten ein sehr sehr schönes Zimmer bzw. Junior Suite. In der Nacht vom 20.05 auf den 21.05 gab es im Hotel einen dreifachen Feuer oder Bombenalarm. Beim zweiten Alarm /4h morgens/ mussten wir das Hotel verlassen. Die beiden anderen Alarme waren nach wenigen Minuten vorbei. Leider muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass sich am nächsten Morgen beim Check-out keiner bei uns für die sehr sehr kurze Nacht entschuldigte. |

Great view, very good on arrival very helpful Given we were in a suite, the toiletries were not replenished or the coffee biscuits etc, which was very poor given the price paid also by the lift for the full 3 days we were there, were two discarded glasses left uncollected |

We liked the overall urban feel to this hotel. We also loved the close proximities to various attractions such as the London Eye, Westminister, etc. Also, the Waterloo station is right nearby so that is an advantage as well. The lifts are horrible. Usually, you are better off taking the stairs because it takes 10-20 minutes for the lift to arrive and usually they are full so you have to wait another 10-20 minutes for the next lift hoping that it is not full as well. Really uncomfortable and if I had known about this earlier, I would not have gone to this hotel. |
