I liked everything about my stay the breakfast was excellent and we used restaurant for evening meal which was also excellent. the staff were friendly and our room was very clean
For my liking the bed was too soft
The breakfast was like a bun fight long cues and the room had thin walls you hear everything from the next room
Staff, location, food and drink all great.
Free wifi was too slow. The TV was also a bit intermittent sound and picture freezing on a regular basis.
Hotel room very comfortable with good facilities, the location of this hotel is excellent
Location, staff and the whole hotel in general
The location was great
We seen a mouse in the restraunt on our first night. The staff seemed to make light of it. They were either already aware of them, or just not bothered!
Well firstly we got upgraded to the penthouse suites! The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Room service was punctual and efficient.
The room was very cold, and it didn't really heat up after turning the dial to it's hottest setting..
Smart little studio with compact kitchenette. A clever format means that the kids slept in a sitting room seafarer by the bathroom. Great location, a bit a walk to Waterloo but really central.
Polite staff but reception area very small for size of hotel. I requested a room on an upper floor, which I am quite aware is dependent on availability but the manner in which the receptionist responded to me questioning this was Rispid; a rude unwelcoming Londoner whereas the international staff were patient, respectful and friendly.
Hotel is situated at a great location, close to the London Eye. Service is excellent and rooms (Junior suites) are great, especially those with London Eye and Big Ben view. Staff will help you with all the things you need. Top hotel.
During my stay with New year, prices for the room, I normally use, rose at a exorbitant level.
The skyline view was brilliant; the location suited my needs.
I didn't like the fact that the room was cold even when the thermistate was turned on full. There was an extra duvet in the wardrobe, i thought great - problem solved, but when I opened it, I found it was soiled. The dressing gowns in the rooms where a great touch - disappointed that they where hard and harsh to the touch. My door was knocked twice by staff, on one occasion I was wakened from my sleep, on the second I was rushed out of the shower - when I answered they had gone. This annoyed me a lot.
Simply the best place to stay in London, Kids friendly, wonderful team, the best location, everything was perfect!!!
location is very convenient btw, l like the fitness facilities very much.
the room is small.
Fantastic location close to the eye. Really friendly staff that went out of their way to make us happy and to ensure the kids felt just as special as any other guest. Lovely family style room with fantastic view of the Shard.
It was a bit of a walk from train station... But take a black cab and skip the hassle...
Great views of westminster and London eye if you get the right room. Staff were very friendly and good. Room service good and well priced.
Breakfast was very overcroweded and noisey. The choice quite limted for a hotel of this class. The location is good to get into central london and south bank but very busy with traffic. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and not suitable for any adults. The heating system did not work well and despite requests was never fixed. We got an upgrade to room with a view but had to pay £60 extra a night. I think the hotel is overrated. Would not bother again .
The studio apartment was very cool, I wouldn't mind staying there again, even for an extended period, ie business,
The price of a bottle of Peroni was a bit steep, £5. Other than that, nothing:)
I was upgraded to a junior suite which was bigger than my son's London flat. Very luxurious, comfortable, lovely bathroom, quiet, just terrific. Only wish I could have stayed longer.
If I really have to find something to criticise the most annoying thing was the amount of light creeping in around the curtains at night... But this is really only nitpicking.
Nice and clean . The staff were very helpful
Smoked bacon prefer non smoked. Also no grapefruit segments.
We stayed for 3 nights just after christmas, hotel was lovely, staff were very helpful and booked the hop on hop off tour for us, which was just round the corner from the hotel, as was the London eye.
Banging in the pipework and uncomfortable sofa bed, this was sorted out after the first night and staff were more than happy to move us to another room.
staff support, location.
Location was fantastic. The room was so quiet & comfortable. We even had good views
No hot water for the majority of our stay was really disappointing. I had taken my daughter there for a special hotel experience so it was really disappointing not to be able to use our fabulous bathroom!
Poorly trained Reception Staff
We had a studio, for 3 (myself and two adult daughters)...we had plenty of room, great in room facilities, excellent location, within walking distance of everything
Slight confusion between our hotel and Park Plaza Hotel next door...which would have been a little annoying if you had a lot of luggage, but we didn't
Modern and clean hotel in London center (wrong side of themsen) for a low price.
Needed to que every morning to breakfast due to small breakfast area with few seatings.
This Hotel was SUPERB and I don't say that lightly as I do like a moan.
Location Good room Kitchen
