Great view, very good on arrival very helpful Given we were in a suite, the toiletries were not replenished or the coffee biscuits etc, which was very poor given the price paid also by the lift for the full 3 days we were there, were two discarded glasses left uncollected |

We liked the overall urban feel to this hotel. We also loved the close proximities to various attractions such as the London Eye, Westminister, etc. Also, the Waterloo station is right nearby so that is an advantage as well. The lifts are horrible. Usually, you are better off taking the stairs because it takes 10-20 minutes for the lift to arrive and usually they are full so you have to wait another 10-20 minutes for the next lift hoping that it is not full as well. Really uncomfortable and if I had known about this earlier, I would not have gone to this hotel. |

The quality of the rooms fixtures and fittings were excellent. The staff were ignorant and uncaring. Waited 20 minutes to check in, then another 10 to leave my bag with the concierge. Took another 20 minutes to check out and same delay again with concierge. Staff generally unfriendly and unhelpful, particularly on reception. Mini-bar would not open despite calls to front desk for help. |

I had booked 2 single standard rooms for myself and daughter. On arrival we were offered a complimentary upgrade to 2 suites at no extra costs. The rooms were superb and well appointed. |

Modern, well thought through design, minimal noise from external sources Dissapointed with the noise transferrence through interconnecting door. The guest was speaking at normal levels but it was possible to hear everything that was being said |

As I say, well postioned and the door staff and reception were most pleasant. Will come back to stay when next in London. Beyond your control is the building site across the street. Short term !!! |
