It was worm, good breakfast, excelent location. Glass door at the entrance to the toilet are not suitable if you stay in dobble room with somebody who is not the part of your family. |

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and its great, modern, clean, great breakfast and the location is amazing. We arrived way before check in, but the staff found us a different room straight away. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and really friendly. Will definitely stay here again. |

we got upgraded to the Executive room and it was the best deal we could get. ie free drinks for 2 hours in the evening at the executive lounge as well as breakfast in the restaurant we could also checked in as soon as we got there which was 9am. the staff was friendly and helpful overal we give the 9 out ten. well done Park Plaza and thanks |

High-quality and well trained staff. Excelent location, near all major atractions and public transportation system. The hotel is new and the rooms are well equiped with plenty of room facilities. I got a studio room which I upgraded to Executive room because I was traveling with young children with breakfast included, which saved me time, even though there are enough facilities near the hotel if you intend to save your cash. Food was excelent. Overall, my best deal in my current trip and probably my best bet in hotels up to now. |

“Mind the gap” must be the slogan this hotel. On the request give not noisy room, staff not necessarily smiling, handing over room keys with view on railway road and automobile circle. If there is kitchen zone, not bad to have nearby kitchen-sink and cooking hood. If windows don't open, stream of air from the conditioner not necessarily on the face of the lying. Translucent, moving with noise door in bathroom and toilet bowl opposite to one of beds certainly find of designers. Ok, ok (velvet pads, velvet pads) apparently this hotel illustrates the English literature of absurdity. |
