The rooms were appealing and clean. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfasts were delicious. The ability to use their laundry rooms to do some washing was much appreciated - not available free of charge in many other hotels in Europe. |

Good hotel, good price. The elevators were slow and had a tendency to close on people. |

Very centrally situated near to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament and only a couple of minutes from the London Eye and the River Thames. The staff were found to be extremely pleasant and helpful. |

It was modern and a good locaiton. It was not very comfortable - in that it was so Small for price. And to have to sleep on pull out coach instead of bed for price was disappointing. |

We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful and the rooms were well presented. Did not like the bathroom doors (sliding glass), my daughter caught her finger whilst shutting and had a severely bruised hand. Also, the extractor fan in the bathroom was on all night and did keep us awake for a while, but as we only stayed one night it was ok. |

The Location right by the Thames on the Southbank, close to the London Eye and Aquarium and close to some very lovely restaurants, On arrival we were offered a very reasonable Upgrade to Penthouse suite. The room was amazing. True Luxury and the use of the executive Lounge with free drinks and canapes was a bonus. We also had breakfast there which was lovely. Loads of food choose from. The hotel was very modern with impressive lifts with glass panels and a magnificent Atrium. My husband loved watching the trains coming into Waterloo from our balcony. On Sunday a steam train came in which made his day! The Bar on the ground floor was very expensive and there is a new hotel being built opposite. The workers looked directly into our suite but it was ok. The double glazing was brilliant and we had no noise from that or Waterloo Station next to the hotel. |

We were self contained, with the children and it was quiet for sleeping. There were only two cups etc. when we arrived, but when i 'phoned the housekeeper, they arrived quickly. Great to be able to return to our room and recover in peace before setting out again for more of the city. We loved it and will certainly try to stay here again if we can afford it. |

The service from staff, from reception to restaurant was extremely good and they were very helpful in all aspects. We were slightly disappointed in the size of the room, having booked a superior room, though this seemed to be the normal. We envisaged a larger room and were not too impressed with the view, which was over the restaurant. |

The Park Plaza County Hall hotel was a top quality hotel. The resaurant food was excelent too. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes available. The steam room was out of order. The internet connection in the room was poor. |

The hotel is very nice looking with nice details. The hotel staff is very polite and helpfull. There are two specific things I did not like: 1. the restaurant is certainly too small for that amount of guests, so the guests have to stand in line every morning and wait for somoeone to finish their breakfast so everyone could have theirs; 2. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Located opposite the V&A Museum, this Knightsbridge hotel combines elegant Edwardian architecture with tasteful contemporary design. |
With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
