Hotel upgraded us for no apparent reason to a penthouse suite.....best room we've ever stayed in. Amazing views and incredible accommodation. Just a short walk to Waterloo station. Had room serve breakfast and it was superb. Fantastic overnight stay...thank you!

Excellent location on the South Bank adjacent to Waterloo Stn and its public transport hub. Regular hotel in the higher price range. Friendly staff.

Not as many facilities as its Park Plaza neighbour, Westminster Bridge, which is in the same price range and a bit plusher, so if in doubt, book there.

Location is perfect. Superior rooms are big, modern and comfortable. Reception people is very kind and attentive. The restaurant is open 24 hours and with reasonable prices.

The lack of good air conditioning control inside of the room. There is just one knob to set hot and cold (and few positions in between), which modifies room temperature to at max 5 degrees. The room has a glass window wall and receives direct sun light during the day, which makes it warm during the day, and get cold at nights. Really cold. We had to call reception for two consecutive days to change the room temperature, to get a comfortable air just on the third day. It is a shame that a simple thing like this can leave a bad experience on such a wonderful place. But for the price you are paying when staying there, you are looking for comfort, and this things must be resolved properly.

The staff were fantastic, the location is great for city centre exploring and the tube station is so close it's ideal. It's very spacious and the food was good too. When I wanted to change rooms, the staff were very accommodating and with a small charge for upgrading, I got fantastic views of the Londob Eye and Big Ben.

The rooms which look into the mezzanine do not have any natural light coming in and, although they are comfy and well presented, I'd advise upgrading to a room with a view of the city. They should be offered at a lower rate if you're unlucky to get one of these rooms.

The staff, the room comfort, the child friendliness exceptional. A fantastic stay, the adjoining room setup was very impressive.

I stayed for one night only. Hotel is clean, room is well maintained. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Location is good.

I was upgraded to Studio and I didn't pay for studio. Rent is quite high, I won't book studio by choice just because of price

It was all very clean , and all the staff where helpful and friendly . It's was also close to everything we needed.

The room was too hot, none of us could sleep in it, we complained and were given a fan but this made no difference. The conditions made it a very uncomfortable stay and not what I would expect for a price of £250 for one night!

I thought the whole experience was extremely good. I particularly liked the reception staff who booked us in and out. I left early because I was unwell and your staff at the desk were very concerned and extremely helpful.

Best Hotel Ever!!!!Absolutely Fabulous, in everyway, the rooms, the staff, the breakfasts, the restaurant, the lifts 100/100, made exploring London easy, our hop on hop off bus stop was just around the corner. An easy walk to London Eye, ferries, Big Ben, etc over the bridge-wonderful location, the room was clean and comfortable. We could have stayed there forever.

I had to upgrade to get a better room for 30 £ a nite..hotel was fully booked and I had the impression they wanted to cash in more money. I booked a good rate but paid at the end more because of upgrade and bkfst and wifi were also extra... a scam..
