Helpful staff, clean room,"peace and quite" everything was fine, only one thing the reception was always busy. Had to wait when we checked in and checked out. Location is very good, handy to go anywhere in London. Only one thing the reception was always busy. Had to wait when we checked in and checked out. |

I enjoyed the comfort and ambience of the hotel also the friendly manner of all the staff. I was wary of the atrium corridors overlooking the restaurant. |

Staff were very welcoming and the facilities and location excellent. The breakfasts were wonderful and the menu of the restaurant looked good but we did not try it. |

The price (109£ per night) in the centre of London. The situation close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Waterloo Station. We even had a view on the London Eye from our room (202). The design is also really nice. For a four stars hotel, we found a pity that adaptator were only on request with a deposit. Otherwise, the waiting time for the check-in and check-out is really long and you have to be patient to get a lift. |

The service was good and we were offered a free upgrade. The bar and dining areas were nice and the food on offer was very good for breakfast. Yes, the lifts were incredibly slow and I ended up taking the stairs (from the 1st floor up to the 9th floor!!) The room was nice but the view was terrible as it faced the other rooms. There is no natural light which makes the room feel unwelcoming, which is a shame as the room was nice. This is the only reason I would not recommend the hotel. We were told that there would be a surprise in our room for my mum as it was her birthday and sadly there wasn't. |

The only pleasant thing was the Concierge ,they were so helpful and just so pleasant that I felt bad they had to work there. The front desk personnel lacks in common courtesty..They were rude and very unprofessional...The lifts were horrendous ..It took 20 minutes to get to the lobby to check out , just horrible!! the coffee at breakfast taste like dirty water .and lastly the area is all under contruction and is difficult to get around. |

We liked the convenient location of the hotel to sightseeing and places of interest. It was easy to get to more central locations by public transport and taxis |

2nd time of staying here and yet again I had a excellent stay, room, staff, food and service all excellent, would highly recommend to anyone. The only downside was the hotel could do with a extra lift or two, especially during peak hours of day. |

The Park Plaza County Hall was excellently situated for the sight seeing trip we had planned. It was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to any one looking for a base to explore the South Bank. The lifts were a little chaotic at breakfast time, stopping at every floor regardless of whether anyone wanted to get in or out. We had a short wait to get into breakfast as we obviously caught it at a busy time. |

The hotel was first class and the room was amazing. It caters for your every need. I loved the little alcove with the microwave, sink & kettle. It's the only hotel I've stayed at where you are offered a shot of Gin or Vodka liquor when you arrive! Bed wasn't as big as I would have liked. The only complaint I had was that the quilt was a bit thin and I was cold and didn't sleep very well. I'm sure if I had phoned reception they would have brought me a thicker one but as it was late I didn't want to make a fuss. |

There is nothing that stands out With 14 floors and only 3 lifts waiting time can be long. With such a large number of guests check in can be lengthy and the dining room obviously wasnt big enough to cope as there was a long queue waiting for breakfast. As it could have been 40 minutes to get a table we didnt wait. Not a good start to the day. |
