Location, convenience, rooms
Upgrades to the showers are desperately required (they never work properly when I stay at this hotel).
The location was excellent, and the hotel was perfect for a 3 night stay. All the staff whom we came into contact with were very helpsul and friendly.
Our room was a Junior Suite and we could have done with a little more storage space and a door between the bedroom and living area
helpful concierge easy booking in process walking distance waterloo station very clean room and comfy beds
smallish room and no opening window noisy air con or too warm room
Rooms are always clean and in very good condition
Having to leave in the morning
Did not live up to expectations. More of a 3 star then 4 star hotel.
Totally an allergic room with carpets, curtains and no windows openning for fresh air!
Close to transport. great location
Great location around the corner from Waterloo Station which made getting around so easy
No opening windows in any room! we were in an internal room overlooking the hotels interior, no natural light- very claustrophobic.

Everything was just perfect!! We were celebrating both our wedding anniversary and a birthday during our stay, and very much appreciated the special surprise (balloons etc) that the staff prepared before our arrival. We will definitely come back :-)
Almost everything would def go again
No lock on bathroom door
All but restaurant. Poor experience in this late at noght

Good location close to Waterloo, Westminster and the West End. We were upgraded from a superior double to a mini suite with lounge, kitchenette, bathroom (tub & shower) and bedroom. On the 13th floor with excellent views over the city. Bed was very comfortable. Did not use the bar or restaurant so can't comment on those.
Nothing negative to say really, shame we were only there overnight so did not get a chance to enjoy a longer stay.
We loved the studio and view from the window.
Breakfast restaurant should be larger.
Amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Big room and more facilities than expected.
Long wait for only three lifts each time we needed them. Were on 10th floor or would have used the stairs.
A bottle of red dry wine in honour of daughter's birthday was а really pleasant experience for our family. Excellent location, quiet rooms. Despite our bit early arrival there were no problems with our accommodation. Big bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, rich set of bath accessories. Mini-kitchen is great for couples with kids and small groups. When booked a room I asked for one with view to London Eye, and we got it. Thanks!
We're noticing some dust on the tables on evenings. Trash bin under the kitchen table was full of litter sometimes. So cleaning is something to improve I think. It was of a great surprise to find that one of the key cards has been taken away by a housemade on someday. We we asked a receptionist how it could happen, it was said that it was due to electricity saving. Although we're more than happy with such desire, I wonder why not just put the key on a table rather than take it to a lobby and then ask guests to show their IDs in order to return the cards?
We were lucky enough to be upgraded and had a great room with a view of the Oxo Tower and the Shard
The hotel was nice and modern, good location. The studio I stayed in was nice but I didn't sleep very well since the main bed was just by the door and you could hear people coming and going (including the cleaning staff) speaking loudly. Not very well sound sound proofed. The walls seemed very thin...
Room had an internal view with poor natural luminosity.
The view and the location. A very good behaviour of staff and co operative group of staff.
So far as tv channels should be more. Must install all channels like Saudia pakistan Indians language
Location. Staff were excellent. Rooms have a small kitchen with microwave. Truly a family hotel.
None from my experience.
+ Great location - short walk from Waterloo Station, London Eye and Westminster bridge. + Great Italian restaurant + Professional staff
Room was clean and bed comfortable
We didnt think the shower was very good as the curtain was on the outside of shower water went all over the place and we had to use the towels to mop floor up
