This hotel was just amazing! The apartment was probably the best I have ever stayed in! It was beautiful, clean, modern and everything you could want from a hotel. We also had the view of the London eye from our bedroom! Staff were extremely polite and friendly and the location was great. I would definitely stay there again.
Milk was off on numerous occasions. Insufficient tea bags. Only one chair in the room even though it was a double. Very small & cramped for a SUPERIOR double room. Difficult to see what made it a superior room! Certainly not worth the money.
The Staff were excellent....I was with my disabled daughter...and they were so helpful
All staff were friendly and welcoming . Willing to help and chatty .
Flexible cleaning time for house-keeping
People at reception very cold and business-like towards customers. A touch of friendliness wouldn't do any harm and does not cost anything!
Words can't describe the view from the top floor over Central London - breathtaking and worth the money we paid.
We booked a junior suite and were very happy with space and facilities which this provided. Staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room and bathroom we're very clean and comfortable.
While my husband enjoyed the meal he ordered in the bar I was very unhappy with the really awful pizza that I ordered. We didn't eat again in the hotel during out stay. This wasn't a problem as there are a number of other places to eat close to the hotel.
The staffs were excellent especially the waitress looking after us in the Executive lounge for our breakfast. Very friendly and helpful.
The bed and sofa bed. both the mattress were so thin that it was impossible to sleep. Woke up with aches and pain. The executive breakfast package was expansive and the choices was poor.
Great location Friendly staff
Busy elevators in the morning
Spacious room. Comfy bed. Shower great. Very quiet.
Breakfast room service. Ordered three times and delivery not as ordered every time. Had to ring down every day. Air conditioning great living area but not good bedroom. Very hot throughout the night.
We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, Friday to Monday. We arrived late on the Friday evening and the staff at reception were so very helpful, even making a reservation at the restaurant for us. We stayed in a junior suite which was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff in the bar were very nice and make amazing cocktails, overall an amazing hotel and staff.
The shower wasn't hot enough, it was warm but never hot. Didn't complain about it as I enjoyed everything else about the hotel.
Staff politeness. Courtesy upgrade as first time use.
Bed wasn't comfy at all
Excellent hotel (and great value for money) in the heart of London. Highly recommended.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful
Bed a bit small and lumpy
Clean rooms and facilities, attentive staff, close to major attractions.
Lack of organized cue at check in
How nice the staff were and the effort they put in as it was my boyfriend birthday.
Rooms were quite small
The restaurant "L'Italiano". The friendliness of the staff.
The rates. Are too expensive.
Great location and customer service.
The efficiency and cleanliness.
friendly desk staff.
poor tv and selection of channels wifi code not automatically given out, could be on key card sleeve. room could have menu for breakfast and dinners and prices
the fantastic room with kitchen and gorgeous bathroom and comfy beds with amazing pillows.
No ordinary tea bags and limited milk. Annoying toilet roll holders, seem to be used everywhere now, i'm sure you know the ones i mean!
- friendly staff - beautiful hotel - kids animation - very well placed in london - very comfy 3 people bedroom
- soundproofing (next rooms' shower, ambient noise from restaurant in the inside courtyard) for this range of hotels
The overall appearance was breathtaking, clean and sophisticated. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Room facilities were very good. Overall a wonderful visit. Would definitely come back.
The view I had from my room wasn't very spectacular, the bed should have been near the window and lounge area near the room entrance.
room kinda small
