Not a lot
Room very small with no window to the outside. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom you could not swing a cat in. difficult to climb into bath to take a shower and when you did it flooded the bathroom floor.
Happy with the stay in general
ordered breakfast at 9.45 to room by 10.20 still no breakfast called said will be 5minutes 15minutes later still no breakfast called and Ais they had forgotten our order cancelled and went out for breakfast
No view out of window. Our bedroom window over looked the resaurant .
The location and view from our rooms were excellent.lots of light .comfortable atmosphere.
Food menu. For shopping purposes it is far and there is high transportation cost.
Excellent sound proofing Good size room Design of hotel Great location for transportation
Poor design of shower screen allowed too much water to escape onto bathroom floor Limited number and size of lifts
bed lounge breakfast
The reception staff were welcoming and accomodating. When the room was cold they provided extra duvets and even went into the room after we'd left to make sure the thermostat was working properly. The location is a key selling point. It is a very clean hotel and providing you get a deal/book early is worth the money.
The breakfast is good but actually getting to breakfast was a bit of a farce. Breakfast is on two levels but the catering manager expected us to register at one level where there was a queue whilst the overflow restaurant area was empty, laid out and cooked food ready to eat. Ignore the bureaucracy, go to the eating area which has seats, no queue and insist on a seat. Typical american customer service.
Pluming in the bathroom (shower) needs to be revisited as water gets every where on the floor and i had to reconnect to WiFi every day
The situation was brilliant, close to so many attractions with friendly staff.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic. The ding room was far too small for so many guests. No cereal bowls or plates and our tiny table was far too small for 3people
very helpful staff like the restaurant room service clean and quiet rooms
good location for waterloo station but not enough close by ie restaurants and shops.
location family friendly
The hotel was excellent we go it an early check in as our room was ready which was a great benefit.
In some areas (ie the bathroom door) practicality was definately taking second place to design. Looked great but didn't provide any privacy!
Location Very comfortable rooms Very clean Triple-glazed windows! Super upgrade when things were not working in my first room
No true heating from the air-condition in either of the rooms I was moved! Small electrical heater was more effective than dysfunctional main air-condition
A quality hotel with staff who pay attention to detail and made us feel welcome. Outstanding location.
Crowded peak time at breakfast
It was well located and just what I needed for my albeit brief visit.
Had a little trouble unfolding the sofabed, but the helpful staff very quickly sorted that out. I noticed that the electrical equipment should have been retested in October 2014, but when I drew to the staff's attention they said it would soon be put right.
Nice hotel ,nice location,very clean
The sofa bed very uncomfortable, the housekeeping staff did not understand basic English ,we asked for tissues and got tea bags we asked for milk and got sugar then when we asked for teabags we got milk and sugar, the day we were checking out we were woke up at 8 15 and again at 8 45 by housekeeping we don't know why,my daughter is having her first baby and it was my birthday so we chose this hotel for comfort, but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all ,we did visit the Italian restaurant in the hotel .
That I got upgraded to a small suite.
I had to make a call to get my laptop hooked up to the internet, it wasn't very straightforward.
Bed, pillows, blankets, breakfast. Perfect! You can order food 24 hours a day, what is amazing. And they offer a tradicional English Breakfast.
The restaurant is only open for dinner and come a small portion. The internet is really slow! You can only use with one login for 24 hours.
We wanted somewhere fairly central with easy access to O2. Also good for 35 minute train ride to Hampton court palace. Large room and bathroom.clean and comfortable.
I booked for 3 people but had to ring for linen for sofa bed. To be fair it came very promptly. Also only 2 bath towels.
Upgraded to a junior suite Views from window
Poor welcome Indifferent bar with staff who didn't know their stock
Free wifi, excellent location, staff, fast check-in and check-out.
Tha staff. Very personable and natural. They were helpful and it didn't seem as if they had learnt their customer care from a manual.
It was a bit pricy but what can you expect from Central London.
Staff were helpful and charming, well trained and caring. Room (junior suite) was comfortable and very quiet. Everything was efficient and well organised. Excellent location, close to river, for river taxis, Waterloo tube and station, Westminster, South Bank centre, and an easy 30 minute walk to the West End theatres - so much within walking distance.
Deluge of information on arrival, compounded by absence of written hotel guide in room. Curdled milk in refrigerator (even though in date).
