location quality staff friendliness
We always stay in this hotel when stopping in London. It is a modern hotel close to Southbank, London Eye and Waterloo underground. There are a range of different restaurants, shops and cafes nearby too. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
I can never find a fault with this hotel.
We had amazing views over London. Bedrooms were great and the place overall was classy and we would come back.
The Italian restaurant was a let down. I had a pizza which wasn't cooked properly it made my throat sore.
The view was amazing very nice hotel
The bed in the junior suite was rock hard not comfortable at all

no view for our room
Spacious, clean, comfortable mobility friendly adapted room with good facilities, Comfy bed, seating, good lighting. Fridge, Mini bar. Plenty of TV channels, free wi fi in room and public areas, Ethernet cable in the room. Café and bar, all pleasant. Nice restaurant with good staff, good food and reasonable pricing. Close to attractions, Waterloo Rail station, London underground Station, shopping. London Eye.
Breakfast overly priced at £15 per person per day. We've paid less for Breakfast in five star hotels. Solution, a short walk to number 59 York Road, Traditional home cooked Breakfast with tea/coffee £8.75... quite a saving and good views from Restaurant/café.
Was a lovely hotel and great staff always saying hello and asking how we were! Plus we got engaged in London whilst we were there!
Not a lot really
I would give it 3 stars only
Good room facilities... Fridge & Microwave were very welcome
Shower but no bath...
We found the staff were very helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great! The hotel was situated in the perfect location for us, close to famous landmarks. We will return again if we travel to London!
I haven't really got any negatives as it all suited our needs
Nice clean and modern hotel
There was alot of staff loitering in reception and they werent particulary welcoming, in fact not one of them said good morning or even or acknowledged our presence, was very strange and quite unwelcoming. The first receptionist Jo that dealt with us was fairly pleasant althought a little arrogant but the receptionist on check out who was new to the team was a delight and certainly they should take a leaf out of her book!
Hotel was in a good location, close to London Eye & Westminster. Good rail & tube connections from Waterloo Station. Hotel was very comfortable, staff where extremely helpful, booking in took less than 5mins. restaurant was clean and bright, buffet breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is located just steps from Waterloo Station and in the middle of County Hall. Great view of the London Eye - and quick walk to MOST of the city attractions.
Upgraded to studio good job as bed was too hard so slept on sofa. Walls thin and could hear the going ons of the room next door
location and rooms are great
reception not up to their usual standard Took 4 attempts before a simple problem was fixed First time that a stay here has not been excellent
The bathroom, concierge very pleasant and helpful.
Staff on reception were very rude, bed had stains onit, hairs on the bed shower was dirty.
Not being told that we would be charged separately for the mini bar. We assumed this was part of the price we paid.
Hotel Location Room Helpfulness of reception staff Helpfulness of concierge staff
Poor quality of English of service staff in the bar area Poor service in Executive Lounge Not being able to eat in Italian Restaurant due to a private function which we had not been made aware of
We were able to walk all over London from our central location. Good location for restaurant and convenience stores. Staff offered us the 13th floor so we could have a view of Big Ben!
A little expensive but great location.
A great location and super friendly and helpful staff who made our short stay a pleasure. We were on the 12 floor, fabulous view and great fun watching the trains moving in and out of Waterloo. Not long enough to look at all the facilities but overall impression really good.
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was just superb. Location was ideal for exploring the South Bank and Art Galleries, etc.
Nothing to report here!
