Hotel was clean and welcoming and in a very good position for sightseeing

Suitcase was misplaced by bellboy and we had to go and find it. Breakfast was totally full every morning and we were sent to different floors each day the staff could not cope. Not enough lifts to cater for the amount of people and on our last day a putrid smell was coming from the cold water tap in our bathroom.

The location was very good for the southbank and London attractions. near to waterloo station. Check in desk was very busy , but we were dealt with very quickly.Staff at front desk very helpfull. Room was very clean on arrival but lacked towels for our party of four.

Breakfast was sub standard for this standard of hotel as was the service at breakfast. it was impossible to get in a lift in the morning between 08:00 and 10:30 am. service in the bar was very slow in the evenings.

The drinks in the bar were quite expensive, if the prices were lowered we would have been happy to have drinks in there frequently.

Very spacious, attractively designed studio for a family 2
adults, 1 child.

The lack of response to faulty air conditioning and the lack of
information from staff regarding whether we should respond to a repeated
fire alarm going off throughout the night.

Location is very good.Room is good ,too.

We had been stayed for for nights. The breakfast is no change--everyday is same. You need to be careful for your room price, sometimes they don't follow the booking.com's rate if you extend several days.
