Hotel comodo per la sua vicinanza alla zona Westminster-Big Ben, al Tamigi (Westminster Bridge) e alla stazione della Metropolitana. Pulito e modernissimo. Servizi insufficienti rispetto al numero di stanze: ogni mattina lunghe attese per l'ascensore e lunghe file per entrare nella sala per fare colazione, che è mediocre e non soddisfa i gusti degli italiani. Nonostante l'hotel disponga già dei dati relativi alla carta di credito del cliente, all'arrivo richiede una pre-autorizzazione di importo superiore al prezzo della camera! Sfiducia? |

The location is very convenient, and the counter staff was most helpful. Very difficult to get an elevator during peak hours. |

how central it was to everything, comfort, nice living space, breakfast was well catered for, nice selection, had dinner in restaurant one evening and was very nice, nice friendly helpful staff, always smiling the heat in the rooms, but that was rendered by the air conditioning, didnt like the fact that you could not open a window, but understand with the design of the hotel and the sheer drops from floors it wouldnt be pratical or safe. |

Great staff....hospitality center, concerige, doorman. what wonderful people your have on board. Smiling and helpful! Loved our Executive suite, perfect arrangement for a 3-generation family. Location was superb! So conveneient to local attractions and boat travel on Thames |

The layout of the room was very good. Breakfasts are very expensive. We ate out. We did not see how rooms could have a view of the river and the name of the hotel is very misleading, we thought it was part of the County Hall building as is the Marriott. |
