Good facilities, modern interior,nice atomosphere. After long journey, I could havve proper sleep on very confy bed.Various choice of English breakfast. Sauna and shower at the gym was flooded, and could not go in. |

We had 3 people and stayed in a studio room for 4 nights. The room is spacious and very clean. We were particularly amazed with their sound-proof windows as our room was facing the construction site and there were no noises at all. The internet wired connection doesn't work and so we needed to use wireless at the end(after the technician came up to our room to fix it several times.) Guests can pay and go online on the TV but it was very very slow. Also, they first gave us a room with a broken door (we couldn't even shut it) and disordered air-conditioning and so we had to wait for them to allocate us to another room. |

The room was excellent The breakfast was not that great and the restaurant was very crowded with the tables very close together, I felt like I was joining the next table for breakfast!!! |

For family use the studio was excellent When checking out the two members of staff, one a trainee, spoke i9n there own language. This was I presume not about the check out process due to the giggling. This was perceived as rude. |

Amenities, cleanliness and quiet comfortable room. Some of the services didn't work, like tv rental or outlets and microwave in eating bar area. Tub didn't drain either. |

The room was excellent, very clean and well appointed, the check in and out very good With a pint of beer at £5.29 and a ham burger at £8.75 this was not value for money, the bar staff were very impersonal and slow to serve and provide you with your bill, this area needs massive improvement and it was not at all busy. A sauna and steam room is offered it is very clean and welcoming but a very very small facility, there is also nothing close to this hotel , shops bars etc, |
