Un hotel foarte bun,camere curate si spatioase,cu toate facilitatile.Personalul foarte ospitalier si respectuos cu clientii.Nu in ultimul rand zona de amplasare,in vecinatatea unor principale puncte de atractie. Poate doar o gama mai diversificata de canale tv. |

The room was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out; the fact that there were 2 tvs. (particularly for a famly stay); the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff and, last but certainly not least, the location. |

I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent and i would stay here in the future especially if there were special offers available. no i liked everything! |

Hotel central location was excellent. Staff were friendly. We upgraded to a junior executive suite which was fantastic. Would recommend hotel for food, cleanliness and staff helpfulness. |

we liked where the hotel was located and the hotel's interior design.the breakfast staff was very friendly. The big minus was that when we arrived at the hotel we were asked at the reception to make a covering funds with our visa card. We were told that nothing would be charged yet. When we checked out we paid our bill normally by visa. Back at home we realized that the covering funds was not canceled and we had to call the hotel. We were told that they can not do anything about it and they did not even apologize the fact that we had to contact our bank to cancel covering funds. The covering funds was more than our whole bill all together so if the covering funds not being canceled by us, we would have paid more than double. |

Close access to major tourist attractions, room service, hotel made shuttle arrangements for us through internet and i appreciated that breakfast food in buffet |

It was a very modern clean very pleasant environment. Lifts were great! very good value for money. ! It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning was not able to cope with the heat. The bed was a bit hard. |

Convenience of location - great for the South Bank and access to underground at Waterloo. Building site outside the hotel. Also the reception was terribly busy and crowded for both check in and check out - no proper queuing system so it was a free for all. Both these things made for a very bad first impression. |
