Det var väldigt rent. Fin restaurang och bar. Jag tyckte att upplevelsen var medelmåttig. Rummet var inte färdigt när vi anlände, inga morgonrockar eller tofflor fanns på rummet som det utlovats. Drinkar i loungen såg vi ingenting av och på kvällen kom en städerska in på rummet med nyckel. Väldigt obehagligt. Dagen efter var det män som putsade fönstret och de tittade in i vårt rum, ingen hade informerat oss om detta och städerskan var påträngande. Hon gjorde även samma sak dagen efter, vi kände att vår integritet kränktes. Ingen minibar fanns på rummet som det utlovats och inga levande blommor som på bilderna på bokningssidan. |

The location is very convenient, and the counter staff was most helpful. Very difficult to get an elevator during peak hours. |

Everything modern, extremely comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant Unfortunately, there was a long queue for a clean breakfast table and the self service full breakfast was not kept very hot. |

Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Lovely rooms. Good location. Good breakfasts. Reasonable bar prices. Nice food in restaurant. Lovely presentation of hotel in general. Glass door on bathroom. |

how central it was to everything, comfort, nice living space, breakfast was well catered for, nice selection, had dinner in restaurant one evening and was very nice, nice friendly helpful staff, always smiling the heat in the rooms, but that was rendered by the air conditioning, didnt like the fact that you could not open a window, but understand with the design of the hotel and the sheer drops from floors it wouldnt be pratical or safe. |

Great staff....hospitality center, concerige, doorman. what wonderful people your have on board. Smiling and helpful! Loved our Executive suite, perfect arrangement for a 3-generation family. Location was superb! So conveneient to local attractions and boat travel on Thames |

The layout of the room was very good. Breakfasts are very expensive. We ate out. We did not see how rooms could have a view of the river and the name of the hotel is very misleading, we thought it was part of the County Hall building as is the Marriott. |

very nice hotel rooms very large clean and well kept the only downfall of hotel was breakfast was cold in the morning it had been standing far to long did complain and they took the price of the breakfast of the bill plus do not get room by the lift as the bell rings every time someone stops on your floor very annoying other than that hotel was very nice |
