Park plaza çok merkezi sayılmasada hemen şehirle içi içe..Bir taksi ile hemen down town dasınız...Otel eski otellerdeki sıkıntıların hiçbirini yaşatmıyacak kadar yeni ve temiz..Buna göre oda ücretleride çok pahallı değil..Karşıda hemen yeni park plaza geliyor orada kalmak isterim...Açılır açılmaz tabii...Nadir Naseh House keeping inanılmaz temiz insanlar ancak hiçbiri ingilizce bilmiyor..Derdinizi anlamıyorlar buna rağmen el yordamıyla istediklerimizi yaptılar...NN |

odanın büyüklüğü istasyon ve merkezi olması temizlik elemanlarının kontrolü yapılmıyor.çarşaflar değiştirilmiyor.buhar odasının arızasını 6 günde giderilemedi.hiç bir bilgi ve özür yok.otele göre fiyatlar çok yüksek |

Yerini beğendim Oda servisi ve kahvaltı iyi değildi. Oda servisine gelen kişi odadaki yiyeceklerimizi yemişti. Eksik malzeme bıraktılar. 3 kişi 1 sabun için 2 saat bekledik. |

merkezi, çalışanları kibar ve ilgili,odalar şık,rahat ve konforlu, kahvaltısı pek türklere göre degil eger domuz yemiyorsanız asansör için çok bekleniyor bir an önce alternatif yaratmalılar ya da asansörleri degiştirmeliler |

Tarzı bana göre, rahat, modern, personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, mimari açıdan uçuk ama işçilik ve uygulamayı güzel yapmışlar. Asansör kapıları takılabiliyor, otelin yan giriş kapısı (döner kapı dışındaki) açıldığında bar bölümü soğuk oluyor. |

Çok modern, temiz ve şehrin merkezinde bir otel. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve süratli hizmet veriyor. Otel asansör sistemi yetersiz. Odalara çıkıp inmek için çok bekleniyor. Ayrıca kahvaltı salonu da biraz daha büyük olabilir. |

The Concierges are the best i have ever seen, they can organise london eye trips and know the best west end shows. They put me in a disabled room, without telling me. Some of the fixtures were broken, and menu missing in the room. They sent me the wrong food when i ordered room service. So the place is nice, but there are alot of trainees working there. |

Good spacious comfortable rooms and excellent location for both the London Eye and Big Ben. The high sided baths were a bit of a nuisance to get in and out of. |

It was convenient for what we wanted to do. It was modern and obviously fairly newly built, with modern design. Our room looked over the atrium. Personally I like to have an opening window. I had to go out onto the stairwell to see what the weather was like before being able to decide what to wear or organise the day! Our room was not serviced on the second day - we had to request it. |

Modern hotel in very good location, near most of London sights. We stayed in spacious studio for two adults and one child, equiped with microwave oven as well. Very good English breakfest. |

The check-in staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a wonderful suite room overlooking Waterloo station. The dinner in the "Spectrum" restaurant was an overpriced disaster with friendly but ignorant waiters and grossly overpriced mediocre food. I was so upset I complained after to the front desk. The bathroom was not cleaned properly (strangely the staff left a "to-do" list there!). Location a bit unwieldy except by taxi. |

The reception staff were very efficient and the room quality and cleanliness were first class. The bar staff were more concerned with their own conversations than serving the guest who were waiting. |

We enjoyed the location of this hotel, and the fact that breakfast was included in the price of the room. Staff were friendly, and the facilities were extremely good. We were able to leave our bags in a special locked room following check out,allowing us to make the most of our day in the city. Altogether a most enjoyable stay. When we arrived at 14.40 (check in from 14.00), the hotel was very busy and the room that we had booked was not ready. After quite a wait (with some concern since we had an appointment to attend) we were upgraded to a higher quality room, which was ideal. This is a popular and busy hotel, but the staff were professional and friendly and acknowledged our situation. |

The service given by staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. Room comfortable and quiet, with excellent facilities. Location perfect for visiting the Southbank. |

the location / the london eye near bye/ also the thames the room was small and the window we didn't know if it was day or night because it looked out on to the restaurant below our room .we had a cracked sink the shower didn't work ,we had a meal in the restuarant there was only 6 couple in there it took a hour for us to be served our meal |

Kumar who dealt with us on reception was very welcoming polite and friendly. The fact that we could be offered an upgrade on arrival to a Junior Suite was also absolutely fantastic. This was very good value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of having drinks in the Executive lounge and the upgrade. It was our first stay at the Hotel and we will be back very soon. Many thanks. |

The hotel was perfect for a family whith an older son. It was easy to stay in two almost separate rooms. The elevator capasity was not enough. |

The cleanness of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful. The children loved the room and enjoyed staying in a london hotel. The walls of our room were very thin. On dropping off to sleep my husband and I were woken by a women laughing very loudly and chatting. You would have thought they were in our room, but it was the room next door!!! Also as a family we were told we had to eat in the family room which was downstairs and very hot. |

The location was brilliant The hotel had three lifts. One was broke for the duration of our 4 night holiday. Being on the 12th floor it took ages to get up and down! |
