Check-in service is great and helpful. Check-out is very slow. It has taken half an hour for the person ahead of us to finish inquiring. We ended us missing the train and almost ended in having to buy new train tickets. We also cannot see the London Eye from our room which is already on the top floor. |

酒店很新，装修非常好，有独特的设计，房间里有微波炉餐具。有一个房间有无障碍设施，很人性化。走几步就到- 伦敦眼大笨钟，在滑铁卢火车站旁边，交通也很方便。住的几天都非常开心：）以后去还会选择那里 给我们的两间房间之间距离太远，不太方便 |

Helpful staff, clean room,"peace and quite" everything was fine,only one thing the reception was always busy. Had to wait when we checked in and checked out. The price (109£ per night) in the centre of London. The situation close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Waterloo Station. We even had a view on the London Eye from our room (202). The design is also really nice. For a four stars hotel, we found a pity that adaptator were only on request with a deposit. Otherwise, the waiting time for the check-in and check-out is really long and you have to be patient to get a lift. |

The service was good and we were offered a free upgrade. The bar and dining areas were nice and the food on offer was very good for breakfast. Yes, the lifts were incredibly slow and I ended up taking the stairs (from the 1st floor up to the 9th floor!!) The room was nice but the view was terrible as it faced the other rooms. There is no natural light which makes the room feel unwelcoming, which is a shame as the room was nice. This is the only reason I would not recommend the hotel. We were told that there would be a surprise in our room for my mum as it was her birthday and sadly there wasn't. |

The only pleasant thing was the Concierge ,they were so helpful and just so pleasant that I felt bad they had to work there. The front desk personnel lacks in common courtesty..They were rude and very unprofessional...The lifts were horrendous ..It took 20 minutes to get to the lobby to check out , just horrible!! the coffee at breakfast taste like dirty water .and lastly the area is all under contruction and is difficult to get around. |
