Most especially The staff in-front of the hotel
Some of the room cleaners can't speak don' understand english.
The staff, location and looks of the hotel
Pool was closed Tou could hear the neighbors watching TV really well
The hotel was smart and efficient Location was excellent Service when requested was excellent
2 bed apartment should have more tea/coffee facilities than 4 milk sachets. Apartment was very warm when we arrived, someone had clearly turned up the heating for some reason.
The location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from a number of tube stations. The hotel is finished to a very high standard, giving an extremely relaxed and modern feel.
The hotel was perfect!
Location, view, value of upgrade to iconic view, comfort, location, grand entrance, helpful staff, location, room facilities, did I mention the location??
Room upgrade. Executive lounge is worth paying for with evening drinks and breakfast, newspapers. Very quiet despite being on a busy roundabout
Very small hanging closet and not located in the bedroom but in the sitting room part of the room. Broken weighing scales.
Location , close to waterloo station, Nice staff
Breakfest very expensive, worthless Better go to starbucks or pret a manger nearby
Not long enough
Delightful hotel, staff are polite and bags are taken from you and taken to your room. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms with a shower and seperate bath, all to high spec.
Check in does take a while, so be prepared to be patient and there wifi has a certain limit of which you then have to pay for more - if you use a lot of Internet this is a bit of a downside but nevertheless still a great hotel and would definitely return!
Easy check in and out Nicely decorated room Friendly knowledgeable staff
Lifts at check out were really busy
Modern building and excellent facilities
Front desk staff did not add my Carleton points to my account
I did not like getting woke up just after 8.00am on a Saturday morning by the cleaner.
Lovely upgrade with excellent view. Attentive staff
Unfortunately the pool and spa area was also being upgraded. So closed
Over all it's a nice hotel from lobby to room.specially the Garden facing suits are excellent .I will come again to this property.
Beds were really comfy. The mini bar had a separate bottle/ fridge area. Breakfast was lovely.
Internal room had very little natural light, expected mite with supposed atrium view. Wouldn't pick this room again. Pool was closed:@(
The location is very strategic. I will stay there next time visit London
Cleanliness, location, bed, facilities, luxury, gay friendly
Long check in, only 24 hour free wifi
Charming and attentive staff at this large hotel smack in the middle of everything. Stylish rooms, elegant service, reasonably priced at this level.
Sushi restaurant very expensive and not exceptional, just good.
Everything it's a great hotel very friendly staff and great cocktails
The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even when catering for our son's allergies when dinning in Brasserie Joel. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped even down to the supply of bathroom scales in the bathroom. The Executive Lounge was very enjoyable with excellent view and food.
Long wait for lift to arrive - very trivial matter!
the pool was closed, the wifi needed to sign in with a different email address everytime you try to use the Internet, otherwise, couldn't log in, very annoying! The breakfast cost 22 Pound per head; poor sound proof, you could hear people from next door...
Had a great weekend here, in the centre of everything! Very comfortable and stylish!
Tv channels were unavailable a lot of the time as signal was poor
Room was a bit dark for our liking
