Great location just across the bridge from Westminster & Big Ben, close to the London Eye & Waterloo Station.
Huge queues to check in, though it moved quickly and we were offered a drink whilst we waited.
We used all the facilities at the hotel, excellent value for money would defiantly stay here again!!

location and value for money
Location, confort, staff, hotel facilities, cleanliness.
Room could be more illumination and light switchers could operating in parallel way.
Perfect central location! Easy walking distance to sights, shops etc. Modern, clean hotel.
Overall this is a very good hotel, reasonably priced in view of its location.
There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel, the only issue is getting to it through the traffic but the same applies to all hotels in that area of London.
Fantastic modern rooms. Lovely bathroom. Great design
Excellent location Reasonable price for the location and facilities Given a free upgrade on arrival
great location and clean rooms.
very busy in the bar and there are not enough tables to sit at
I liked the fact that it is in Walking distance of Big Ben etc, very quiet
The apparent Wifi was also most unobtainable, when I complained received explanations such as we have not received any complaints Before, or you are in a Place with maximum reception, the engineer said that they have had many complaints, the Concrete in the walls is so thick. The device I use has been all over the world with no problems. I thought the price of the continental breakfast to be outragious at £17, luckily I was able to get a good breakfast at the nearby Waterloo station
The elegant styling, clean and comfortable accomodation, great staff, fantastic bar, food, view, nice spa and location. Perfect for a weekend mini-break!
Check in problem, no slippers in room, room had an internal view, no connection even cell phone
Staff not very friendly. Toilet did not flush. Room really dark, bad lighting.
Not impressed with bar and restaurant. Too noisy and too busy.
Great location, just at the base of Westminster Bridge - and easy to find cabs Big, spacious rooms, well equipped and very clean Quiet too
My mobile phone signal didn't work inside the bedroom as it was an internal room overlooking the atrium...
executive lounge is superb
They didn't answer the phone even when I tried many times :(
The room facing the interior side was very dark during the day and there is no mobile phone reception at all. Very slow WLAN. Breakfast rooms are very busy in the morning
staff is friendly and helpful.
wifi signal is unstable.
100% statisfied with staff they were very helpful. Location of the hotel was really good! There is a french restaurant which gives an excellent service and food. Thanks for everything! Lizy, George
When you ran the cold water in the bathroom the shower went very hot. Heating would be better set by a proper thermostat as opposed to a dial.
