Relative to London prices, our spacious two-bedroom suite was a good value for our family of four, with an enormous outdoor deck thrown in - quite unusual for London. And the location was ideal.

There were some issues with the outlets blowing fuses, but these were quickly fixed.

The room was spacious and very clean and modern. Service was outstanding as was the location. WIFI was available for free which is something I look for when I book rooms and it was very reliable.

The pillows, the pillows, the pillows. They are so bad it would look better if they didnt offer any at all.

The spacious room, bathroom and living area. The quality ot the beds/bedding and utensils. The restaurant food and the location. The staff were exceptional - very helpful and efficient

The lighting. I found it quite dark, especially in the corridors and toilets.

The place is so ideal for city tour and you can also find fine restaurants in the area. I also want to commend their express checkout option, it's so swift and hassle free.

The price is a bit high for the quality of the hotel they're offering.

Very good sound insulation, hardly any noise from the street. Location is perfect for city trip. Bed and sofa-bed super-comfortable.

Too few beds for relaxing in the pool area.

The suite was great with lots of space and the separate lounge is great when travelling away for a while.

I thought the position of the hotel was great and the service was excellent

I did,nt like the price of the breakfast at £21.50 I find this extortionate especially when you can do a sunday lunch for £12.50

Our studio has london eye view. Next to 3 tourist attractions: the big ben, Westminster Bridge & london eye. Perfect for city tours. Very clean. Staff very professional.

I liked the location, the staff was very friendly and cooperative at all times. The concierges were specially helpful and room service was excellent. Rates were very reasonable

I can't think of anything

Nice, lovely hotel, modern rooms with everything you need. The location is great and within walking distance to many attractions in London. The executive lounge is also a nice place to chill out in the afternoon.

The localization is great, the other side of the bridge is Big Ben, there are three metro station a few minutes walk.

I loved being offered a canapé in the queue to check in. Loved the bar and nibbles. Loved getting a taxi sorted for us

Location and access to historic sights

Hotel too busy with not enough staff. Extremely poor service at reception, concierge and room cleaning. The worst service I've received from a hotel ever!!!

We stay here for 6 nights and the hotel have arrange a bad view room for us, moreover the water pressure is very low indeed bathing is a bad experience. They can,t even provide a bottle of free drinking water where you easily could get in every hotel you stay.
