Staff was excellent. In particular, Garrick Reid in the Front Office, who accomodated my request for a late checkout. Location is excellent with access to 2 of the main Stations.

Location, close to everything you want in terms of sight-seeing and shops. Facilities, excellent standard. Service, friendly staff and received a special surprise for my mums birthday.

I like the location of the hotel. It's very close to all main tourist attaractions. The hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Breakfast cost is a bit overpriced.

The bedroom lights could have been a little more bright when on full. Language of bar staff is limited( English)

The location is excellent. The rooms are very large for London. The price is reasonable. We will certainly use this hotel again.

The fact that the first day one of our 2 rooms was not ready at check-in time /2 P.M./

We were in an apartment sleeping 3 people however on each day of our stay the apartment was only set for 2 people - only 2 glasses, mugs for coffee, towels etc

Absolutely loved the location and the decor

If I was being really picky, probably the room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (eg the bathroom door was glass but covered in dirty fingermarks when we arrived)

The location of this hotel is one of its best features and as we had one of the top floor terrace suites, we had a truly amazing view of the big ben and the london eye which made waking up in the mornings even more special. Our room was clean, luxurious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast in the executive lounge was always delicious and the service impeccable. The design, decor and ambience of the hotel and our room is also beautiful and modern. The staff too were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back here again!

Room cleaning average and on one occasion did not happen!

Brasserie Joel was just the job. Good food in calm surroundings. The controls in the bedroom were really easy to use

Excellent facilities and so central. Suite was very well equipped. Room was towards back of hotel and very quiet with side view of London Eye. Stayed here 3 months after opening and couldn't wait to come back.

carpet at side of one twin bed still had had a large stain which more shampoo could have helped. Breakfast was too pricey. Not everyone has business expenses to claim.

Location and quality. Very nice hotel located in a great location.

The noise from the basketball teams celebrating kept us awake until early hours Monday morning. Having to wait at checkout 15 min because we were paying cash, only just made our train home. No welcome booklet in the hotel room to tell us where things were in the hotel.

Its a beautiful hotel well located and very upmarket facilities.

The room itself was beautiful. Room service was the best part. Good food, promptly delivered and the best value for your money.

Very poor breakfast. Terrible value. Restaurants were out rageously priced for the area. One block east and beyond were much better value eateries. Instant coffee in the room. I was told I was upgraded, but the room was exactly what I booked. This is no problem, except they tried to fool me into thinking they did me a favour. I'll stay again possibly, but only for location. I'm sure I'll find a better location elsewhere.

The location was great and the decor inside the hotel modern and luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They left me a cake and bottle of wine for my birthday - thank you! The apartment was spacious and well furbished. The spa was lovely.

The view was overlooking a building site which was not their fault. As it was an apartment I would have expected more tea and coffee supplies - there was only 1 teabag and 1 milk carton per person! There were no other kitchen cleaning materials - a dishwasher with no tablets? It took 2 phone calls plus our going down to the concierge to get our luggage to the room!

Only staying for one night

Location , superb dining at hotel at reasonable prices. Excellent rates for the location and level of luxury, will recommend to anyone attending London, great place for your last couple of days before flying home.

Difficult if you are driving a rental car and you are arriving/booking in, limited room at front of hotel, however staff were courteous and tried to accommodate our needs.
