There was good off road parking for my motorbike and the staff were friendly and efficient. The food in the bar was good quality with a fairly extensive menu.
The one thing I did not like was being asked to pay for a half pint of cider before I had decided what to eat.
Very helpful staff , good food , we will be returning .
Hotel was reasonable, typical seaside resort hotel, get what you pay for.
We liked the view from our room
Mon son in our other room was kept awake until the early hours by a Party in the main hotel. Not good for his rest prior to running the following day. He and and wife were not at all happy.
This is the first time that we have used a hotel with a young child and it was excellent for my daughter enough room downstairs loos, plenty of room in restaurant all in all 10 out of 10
The extra price for breakfast which in this day in age should be standard when staying somewhere!!
Good size room good location on sea front excellent service
friendly staff /prices good
late night emptying of bottles very noisy just after I had got to sleep woke up with a stir
good bed, great shower, plenty of room, staff friendly and very helpful,at the price we will be back
ideal for our family get together. plenty of parking too. friendly staff and nice rooms
only one complaint was slamming doors early morning, could do with soft door closures fitted
Location Friendly staff
everything was perfect, the staff went out of their way to make our stay brilliant.Food and accommodation excellent. We all agreed if we visit Redcar again the Park would be the place to stay
not a thing
Staff friendly, helpful and dealt with any issues promptly. Suite good size overlooking seafront. Food in restaurant was good value for money and staff willing to adapt meals for dietary problems.
Bathroom needed decorating as water damage on ceiling and walls. Also plumbing made some very strange noises. Needs professional finish on work already started.
Great staff, comfortable rooms
Wifi didnt adequately cover the whole building
Food was excellent. Staff very friendly.
Wifi had poor reception on top floor.
Great location and good hotel for seaside break
Location. Excellent, very helpful staff.
Moving room after ceiling plaster fell in. Poor sleep both nights. Both beds very uncomfortable. Could feel and hear springs.Over priced for the quality. Premier inn next time.
Staff were friendly and helpful, food was of good quality and buffet breakfast had a good choice on offer. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was good and easy to use.
Parking was available but spaces very tight.
The location was ideal for Redcar and for visiting other near by towns.
My Nan was unable to shower because the shower was over the bath and she is unable to climb in the bath tub.
Location. Friendly staff
The location was good.
Needed to ask for a different room as bath had mould around the sides of the bath and the carpet was covered in stains. I had asked for a ground floor room originally and this suite was on the first floor. Because we then asked for a different room we were then given the attic room which was very difficult as my husband disabled. We were given the keys to the room and had to find it ourselves. Nobody offered to help with luggage. Although staff very pleasant we thought this was generally poor service.
This hotel is comfortable and good value for money. Directly on the sea front and walking distance to the town centre, If you can ask for Room 1 - you'll be amazed at the size of the bathroom. All the staff we friendly and helpful especially Donna (I think that's her name) on the front desk. Breakfast was buffet style but all items were hot and plentifull.
Room could do with some modernisation and décor updating - however it was comfortable and clean and spacious
everything was very good
Staff - friendly and helpful Location on sea front Food - extremely good and cheap Clean Comfortable bed Full of character
Bathroom let the room down. Quirky but irritating position of wash basin taps. No shower. The corner bath was fine but difficult not to spray the whole room when washing my hair because there was no curtain or bath guard. Otherwise, no problems
The key to our room didn't work, so the gentleman who had kindly carried our bags upstairs, sorted the spare key out for us. Extra milk & tea bags available.
Night porter took 10 mins to let us in at night, despite us ringing the bell, knocking on doors & windows & ringing reception. Our room (24) was very noisy - think we were near an air conditioning / extractor vent as our room also constantly smelt of chips. Mould on the wall by the window.
Rooms very spacious and clean
Our room was above kitchen and extractor fans were very loud waking us up rather early. No apology given let alone small refund!
