Location Friendliness of the staff Value for money Would use it again
Nothing everything was fine
Easy walking to centre. Cheerful reception. Slick staff that were helpful. Secure system in the hotel. For a one night stay it was ideal for my needs.
Bed, tv,towels & kettle
Too many steps to enter hotel no heating at first had to phone reception to get it turned on.Sink in bathroom badly cracked.Toilet seat broken.carpets dirty.Mould on shower ceiling. In general just like «faulty towers»
Size of room and bed (not the best idea to push two single beds together, as the middle was a bit uncomfortable)
there was a strange smell in bathroom, bit far from train station, but still a good location to be a base for sightseeing
The kindness of the personal working.
Close to City Centre Clean Nice Room
Everything was fine
It's clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Great decor. Comfy bed. Small room but functional. Would recommend for a short stay.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk out of Nottingham. I don't mind the walk but may not suit others and there are some steep steps to negotiate to get to the entrance.
Warm and comfortable
Parking was an issue .
Bed was very comfortable.
Not really down to the hotel but guests in the rooms on all sides of me were noisy beyond belief. From 3am til 5.30am banging heavy fire doors, shouting etc etc. A group of young lads who clearly were on a big lads night out, unfortunately for me. Info in hotel said reception was only manned until 11pm so nothing I could do as a girl on my own. Would not stay here again
The most beautiful receptionist. I would've married her. It was worth staying there just to see her smile. She can contact me anytime!
Everything the park hotel was absolutely filthy damp all over blood on bathroom door pubic hair on bed sheets we complained to the hotel manager but he couldn't care less. Huge communication problems due to the managers lack of English. Really don't bother booking this place
Location and bed
Room a bit cramped
The whole hotel was in desperate need of renovation and the room was no exception. Lots of places in the room were shabby and horrible to look at - not least the large area of damp and plaster behind the bed. mattress sagged in the middle, and the sleeping area was generally poorly maintained. Ensuite bathroom was functional but extremely small, and the shower cabin leaked.(sink was in the room) Only one set of plugs under the TV....in a different location to the desk and kettle...
Its a hotel. Surprisingly quiet location.
Wifi was very intermittent. Shower difficult to get hot. Generally a bit tatty.
Comfy bed Pleasant staff Reasonablly priced drinks from bar
Broken lamp in room
Nothing I didn't like
There was nothing I didn't like
Location was ideal for walking into the city centre and also opposite the Arboretum. Very quiet as only trams passing by the hotel.
No socket to plug in one of the bedside lamps. Decor could do with updating.
Excellent value for money.
The bathroom was small and rather grim and the waste from the basin was almost completely blocked. Missing towel rail. General decor rather scary!
The comfy bed, location
Major problems with parking
The room was quiet and warm, very compact but adequate for one person.
Bathroom was quite shabby although not dirty. Fire exit was by my bed with a slight draught.
Location,comfort and lovely food
Brilliant room, cool design ect
A couple of the walls need painting but that's it
That the car parking was on the road .The room also had a wet dog smell.
Staff were great service great room warm clean and cosy
