Comfort and cleanliness
Lack of bible in the room
Location, cleanliness, facilities. Excellent value for money.
I was given a free upgrade, room got bigger but double bed was made up of two single beds with single mattresses. All night was struggling to not fall in ditch again :P Other than this, it was fantastic stay and would like to again.
Location Free parking Price Friendly
Next to a nice park (arboretum) Cheap Decent bath
A bit cold sometimes at night Weak shower
Location, staff, breakfast. Very good value for money.
It's an old tired building, no parking only onstreet with a pass available.
I got an excellent deal on this hotel
Sadly it was not in good condition. Mould in the bathroom, very soft and uncomfortable bed, poorly equipped and not very clean.
The park hotel was warm and modern yet managed to retain the original charming character of the old building. Well worth paying for breakfast - was massive and tailored to the individual.
Although the location of the hotel is fantastic for the city centre driving there was a nightmare, it is surrounded by blocked off and one way streets making it very difficult to reach. parking wasn't an issue tho (just have to be savvy with the permits and marked bays).
Only stayed one night so was decent for an overnight stay. Breakfast was lovely.
Very noisy students very close by. Did not sleep very well.
Friendly, convenient, cheap, comfortable
Friendly and helpful I was leaving earlier than breakfast scheduled time But I was left a continental breakfast with the night porter making me tea and toast this was excellent
Limited menu but the food ok that I had
Big comfy bed, ideal location
Breakfast was poor quality
Helpful staff and an excellent breakfast
Somewhat tired decor but for a budget hotel no complaints whatsover
Free Wifi. The food served at the restaurant was very good and cheap, good value for money. Great staff. Very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Excellent deco. Very close to the city centre. Just in front of the arboretum. Great neighborhood.
The room was small. The breakfast was poor. There were no staff at night. The room was not properly soundproof and we could hear every little noise. . The common areas where cold. There were no shampoo and conditioner. The sink was outside the bathroom, next to the entrance door and the bed.
blocked sink, room really small, thin walls,tv controls u/s had to get out of bed to switch off bedside light
Location Friendliness of the staff Value for money Would use it again
Nothing everything was fine
Easy walking to centre. Cheerful reception. Slick staff that were helpful. Secure system in the hotel. For a one night stay it was ideal for my needs.
Bed, tv,towels & kettle
Too many steps to enter hotel no heating at first had to phone reception to get it turned on.Sink in bathroom badly cracked.Toilet seat broken.carpets dirty.Mould on shower ceiling. In general just like «faulty towers»
Size of room and bed (not the best idea to push two single beds together, as the middle was a bit uncomfortable)
there was a strange smell in bathroom, bit far from train station, but still a good location to be a base for sightseeing
The kindness of the personal working.
Close to City Centre Clean Nice Room
Everything was fine
It's clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Great decor. Comfy bed. Small room but functional. Would recommend for a short stay.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk out of Nottingham. I don't mind the walk but may not suit others and there are some steep steps to negotiate to get to the entrance.
Warm and comfortable
Parking was an issue .
Bed was very comfortable.
Not really down to the hotel but guests in the rooms on all sides of me were noisy beyond belief. From 3am til 5.30am banging heavy fire doors, shouting etc etc. A group of young lads who clearly were on a big lads night out, unfortunately for me. Info in hotel said reception was only manned until 11pm so nothing I could do as a girl on my own. Would not stay here again
The most beautiful receptionist. I would've married her. It was worth staying there just to see her smile. She can contact me anytime!
