Opposite the Arboretum, the Park Hotel provides lovely views in the center of Nottingham. This budget hotel offers en suite rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are all equipped with pocket-sprung beds, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, and en suite shower rooms. Some rooms have views over Arboretum Park. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea 7 days a week. The hotel bar has a large TV, and guests can enjoy a range of drinks and snacks. The Royal Concert Hall, the Lace Market and the City of Caves museum are all within 20 minutes’ walk of Park Hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and modern. The red walls and dark wood felt truly luxurious. We had a standard double room but it had a mini-fridge and a flat screen TV which was a lovely addition. The bathroom was small but functional and suited us fine for a brief stay. The staff were very pleasant and efficient throughout our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed one night here before picking a car up the next day. In comparison to other hotels I have stayed at this one rated highly for the price we paid (£44 for the room). The room was lovely and clean and had excellent ensuite facilities. There was Sky TV in the room. Alas we did not get to use the restuarant facilities, as we had to rush off in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. It took about ten minutes to walk into the city centre (wife in high heels as well!). The hotel was peaceful so we slept well. Overall I would recoemmend this hotel.

The helpful staff who were willing to print off information relating to local events. We were able to upgrade at no extra cost as the superior room was not booked. The arboretum was opposite and the tram stopped close by. Easy walking distance to city centre. Very convenient.

The room was really nice. Most of the staff where really warm and very friendly and the hotel was in a good location. The bed was a good size and very comfy. Would come back again :) The window in our room we could not get to stay open, the bed side table lamp was not working and when i reported it to the girl behind the desk she showed little interest but she was the only one that lacked it customer service skills! No parking due to permits being took off them so we had to leave car in the park and ride which was a walk up hill to get to hotel.

The room was absolutely lovely, the bed was really comfortable and the decor was very pretty. The shower was very dated and bits kept dropping off when we touched them! Also the ceiling of the bathroom was crumbling and there were water stains on the walls.

Very well styled hotel. In a fab location especially if your on a night out. Good sized rooms and looks very quaint from the outside. Everything was fab apart from the slightly mouldy bathroom. Could do with a good clean/refurb

The room we had was comfortable, clean, quiet, across the street from a park. The location was convenient for the City Centre shopping and restaurant area, as well as Nottingham Trent University, within a short walk. The continental breakfast was good, with a range of cereals including juices, muesli, yoghurt, croissants and toast. We did not have the English full breakfast, but it appeared to be also good. For us the hotel turned out to be an excellent choice at an affordable rate.
