The location was good, park opposite lovely, walk to centre of town reasonable. Interior decor quite nice. One person in party had an upgrade to a very nice room. Room 24 is appalling! Sink was broken, window broken so couldn't open properly on an extremely hot weekend and very small. Outside needs to be painted and garden cared for |

Staff were very friendly. Room decor was excellent. Very enjoyable stay. Good location, opposite arbouretum, short walk into town. Parking on side street not ideal, but at least no extra charge like other Nottingham city hotels. |

Good rooms, very good value for money, good staff, clean rooms. although the location was good, mainly due to the closeness to nottingham city centre, the surrounding areas of the hotel were not that great. Parking can also be an issue as the hotel does not have its own car park - only street parking available. |

The bedroom itself was decorated very nicely and the bed was massive. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the size of the bathroom was appauling. I think it needed a refurb. for £90.00 i wasnt impressed really. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had been nicely decorated, however in some areas the decor was a poor finish. |

Clean, spacious room, was upgraded to a double bedroom which was nice. Very close to tram and city centre, but in quiet area. Easy to check in and out. Spot on choice for a cheap alternative to chain hotels. Cooked breakfast was average, but there was a choice of pastries as well. For the price can't complain too much though. |

Quiet, park environment (thanks to Arboretum) within easy walking distance of city centre shops and restaurants. Efficiently run but relaxed hotel. |

Although the location seems far from the city center, it is in fact at a walking distance from the active part of nottinghham and very near from trent university.enjoying an english breakfast with a view on the arboretum just on the other side of the street is a plus. The stairs are very steep and not very comfortable with heavy luggages if one has a room on the second floor . |

The room was nicely decorated with a fair sized TV, enusite and wireless available. It's great value for money so it works well if you want comfort at a reasonable price. There were some untidy bit, as I found a used bottle of water next to my bed and it seems like it had visibly been there for a while but it was not the end the world, you get what you pay for. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were very well equiped for the price. The location is also very close to the city centre- 5 minute walk. I can't think of any negatives. Good value for money. |

Iliked ythe fact that it was conveniently located to the buseds and underground. A very nice indian food resturant right next door. Local pubs and markets down the street. Hotel room was perfect for what we were looking for whithout all the extras. |
