Everything about it
Nothing to dislike
food was very average in pub, no restaurant during the week Fitness suite very basic no weights and dated machines Use of air freshners in the room made it a headache inducing stay
location to airport restaurant nice evening meal we didn't have to go out.all was good
there really wasn't anything
Nice staff, clean rooms.
Some distance from city centre..
staff v friendly especially at breakfast, bed was so comfortable and rooms were a good size.
Very comfortable, warm and clean. Lovely staff especially on Reception.
Poor breakfast times.
Heat in room was stuck at a high temperature, couldn't sleep but they halved my bill.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The restaurant was closed the entire weekend and there was no entertainment or atmosphere in the bar, would not encourage you to stay in hotel in the evening
Facilities clean big bed good views friendly staff excellent breakfast
Couldnt work the heating out was too hot. Couldnt use shower was too hot.
large ,comfortable rooms.mostly courteous staff.
not much! only gripe this time was a waitress at breakfast who might have got out of bed the wrong side! this is an exception to the norm
Good choice of breakfast
Couldn't get the hot water to go, very sensitive, the receptionist said something about a valve? Also had to get a member of bar staff up to retune the TV Compared to our stay last year it was a lot better value for the money, paid more this year and got less, ie room standard & no evening meal
Food is excellent
Dinner was beautiful, room was comfortable. staff were very friendly
At £159.00 it was expensive for an overnight stay, Would have liked complimenry bottled water to have been provided at this price. Outside areas do not have any designated covered area for smokers.
Food was lovely
Remote for tv did not work and light bulb at room entrance not working
Lovely hotel, good location Friendly staff Great food
If I'm being picky the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. Long wait for the food in the bistro but worth the wait very nice.
Loved the atmosphere, breakfast was excellent too and very good check in/out times. Very convenient to our night out location!
Hotel was beautiful inside and out rooms were great spacious and comfortable we had our meal in the evening in the bar which I must say was delicious staff were friendly and went out of there way to get u anything needed a lovely experience
We upgraded or room to executive sweet but disappointed as we had a lovely decuzi bath with tv built into wall went to relax and try it out only to find no hot water then went to take shower in morning again no hot water had to have cold showers very disappointing also went for breakfast in morning at ten to nine as breakfast finished at half nine we went to get a bowl of mixed fruit only a wee bit left not enough for 3 of us we asked for more to be brought out and were told was none left which I couldn't understand as myself work in a hotel and always has plenty of mixed fruit then we were offered tea and toast so we had some when it was brought out we were given 2 slices for 3 off us and it was cold ask for some more which we never got after asking twice for it of a young man we give up hot breakfast then came 15 minutes later as its cooked fresh which we didn't mind waiting for it the bacon was so hard it was of broke ur teeth but the rest was lovely then it came to checking out ask was everything ok we made our complaint which I never do but thought for a 4 star hotel it needed to be said told them about the no hot water and about our breakfast experience and all was said back was we must get someone to check the hot water situation no apologies given this is the main reason for giving this review as myself I work in a 4star hotel and know what is expected for guest to have a lovely stay and if something was not right a apology goes along way
Bar food wasnt very good. Burger over cooked so inedible. In fairness we were not charged for it but i left hungry as no alternative offered.
The night porter was excellent, very helpful and sorted everything for me
I only stayed the one night and was off early in the morning for a flight so not there long enough to find a negative comment.
Lovely hotel, easy to get to and nice location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and very comfortable.
The restaurant food was overpriced and not very good although the service was good. The bar food was much better. I could not get a wifi signal on my iPads at all whilst there. It worked on phones but is just not strong enough for the iPads. This was a real inconvenience since I had work to do and could not access my emails.
The rooms were beautiful good was great and staff were very plesent
The rooms were a bit dusty
The staff the service great food value for money location would rate 10 out of 10.
Nothing I didn't like
Only negative point was bar food finished serving food at 7pm
The room was lovely and big and the bed was very comfortable
I ordered eggs and asked they be fully cooked. They came out VRRY undercooked and I had to send them back. When they returned it was obvious that they had been shoved into a microwave as the yolk was congeeled onto the burnt toast. I didn't eat them. When I mentioned to the lady at reception when checking out she just said sorry and charged me anyway. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.
We liked the staff & the onsite parking. Theour room was very plush & very relaxing.
