Average middle of the road hotel. Night service was very poor, slow and unfriendly. This made us really feel like we were in their way. There was a billing error which the hotel did not want to know about, and I had to pay. Our general feeling was that the staff had a '' I am just doing my job ''attitude There was nothing special about this hotel to bring home as a memory. On our way home we stopped in Sainsburys and felt to be a more valued customer there.

My favorite feature were the staff. Above and beyond in accommodating my needs or requests. Friendly and professional. Hannah, Garth and Kathy and the young gal who vacations in Malta were all very cool. Good job to management in leadership and discernment of character.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the hotel and would certainly like to go back. The staff were very friendly and could not do enought to be of any help. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and the rooms very warm and comfortable. The food was in a class of its own and there was plenty of it. We would certainly reccomend this hotel to anyone planning going to stay in Belfast.

The staff & comfort of the room, smoking in the room was good. The resturant food was probably the worst I have had and visit Ireland approx 15 or more times per year.

We go to Belfast around Christmas every year and this has been. Y far the best hotel used to date.. £200 for 2 nights to me represented great value, ok your not in the city centre but I knew that and made the sacrifice as I didn't have to pay for parking and at that we were a 10 minute drive away at most...

I loved our Executive Room, spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable. The highlight was the bathroom, with its jacuzzi bath and tv. What a luxury!! The room had everything you would need. The only down side (and its a small thing) was on picture frames, shelves and doors were thick with dust. The rest of the room was spotless.

Nicely located for the East of the city. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. The food (breakfast in the restaurant and lunch in the bistro) wasn't very flavoursome.

I can't fault this hotel. It was the most welcoming - warm & friendly staff - and carefully chosen decor. The restaurant meals were too generous, and we enjoyed every bit! Our room was comfortable, warm and with a view of the airport. Tv (even in the bathroom) tea-making facilities, biscuits, iron and ironing board..........all made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. I asked a few questions at reception as well as ordering taxis and they were the most efficient hotel staff I have ever met!

Nice staff, comfortable, convenient parking, easy to get into central Belfast via taxi The decor in the hotel is rather tired and retro. Plus i'd debate if it's really four star.
