A very comfortable hotel, if a little basic. But it's well located and the staff are amongst the friendliest anywhere. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

No fridge, trouser press or Nespresso machine - all essential to the business traveller.

Staff as always very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfy with tea coffe iron & very important hair dryer. We will be staying here again in the future. Food excellant! Bar meals great value.

The Price!!! Hotels in Belfast tend to be over priced a loyality discount would be good & encourage repeat visits.

Easy access location, easy to find. The room was super (we paid a little extra for a 'superior' room), the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I heard another guest stop a staff member to say thanks for how good they had been. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Warm welcome! Friendly Staff, and comfortable yet smallish rooms

On arrival the staff were very friendly even on my very late check in, room was clean and comfy.

For a superior queen room I did expect a little more luxury especially for £100+ per night, bathroom was nicely designed but still pretty basic. The window tilt was broken and a bedside lamp bulb had blown!

Great reception check in and out. Good breakfast staff - speedy. Good car parking. Good and efficient bar staff. Room facilities were excellent.

Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Bar menu was limited. No shaver socket in the bathroom.

Staff - very hospitable, helpful, friendly room - lovely and clean, comfortable bed, drinks & biscuits in room, easily controlled heating in the room smoking - being able to book a room where I can smoke food - good irish food - fresh, delicious and plenty of it! Also like table service as opposed to buffet breakfast which is all most hotels seem to offer these days

The location was not so good. It was 50mins walk from the city centre.

we were upgraded to the most fantastic suite the young girl helen was the most welcoming receptionest we were very impressed.. the staff in restuarant were so very friendly chatted ans made us feel comfortable ...

The receptionists are very welcoming. The staff are extremely friendly, and helpfull. The maids, are pleasant, and everyone makes your stay an great experience.

You can hear the downstairs entertainment in your room on the second floor.

I enjoyed the atmousphere in the hotel with very friendly staff throughout. The room was well equipped and spacious, although I was allocated a disabled persons room so cannot comment on standard rooms.

The restaturant, bar AND room service closed at 9pm. As there are very few options in the vicinity for alternative eateries this necessitates a car journey to find the options. The gym is sparce with no free weights. The journey into Belfast although only 3 miles takes in excess of 45 minutes when leaving at 7.30'ish.

Pleasant staff, beside cinema, nice breakfast, nicely decorated and clean hotel, comfortable beds.

Bedrooms very hot even with window open+heating off, menu not very adventurous, no beer garden to sit outside with drink in the sun. Flyers on all bar and restaurant tables+hotel noticeboard promoting meal and cinema deal but we were told we couldn't avail of it until later in week despite there being no date on it. When we expressed our disappointment + suggested to the waiter that it was misleading+we thought the manager should honour us with the deal we were still refused.
