room was comfortable and good breakfast. good value for money Arrived at hotel at 9:30pm and there was no food available. Restaurant was closed and room service was not available. Had to leave the hotel again to get a take away. Even if there were sandwiches / toasted sandwiches available at bar after 9pm |

All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is outstanding and the bedroom was marvellous. We only wished we had time to stay longer, but we wil be booking again in the future. |

Nearness to city airport / reasonable distance to city pleasant & helpful staff / good value for money Call me old-fashioned but a foulmouthed scotsman in the bar who couldnt string a sentence together without expletives. If my young daughter/family had been with me I would have left |

ease of car parking; location for city centre visits; food excellent, particularly the breakfasts, although late arrivals (ie 9 am)had to search for butter, cutlery sometimes. I couldn't find an electric shaving point |

The facility is very clean, confortable, and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient, which is near from Belfast City Airport (not a walking distance) with plenty of parking bays. Breakfast included. I missed the dinner on the day because their room service was until 21:00 and there seemed no restaurant nearby. They didn't have a power-plub adaptor (from US type to UK type). However these things are acceptable. |

This was a superb hotel, stylish, welcoming and contemporary. The rooms were gorgeous, decor to a high quality. Everything was tasteful and up to date. Great food too! The restaurant was relaxed and modern, lovely atmosphere and great service. As a solo female no feelings of awkwardnees and I would definitely recommend a stay- preferably a deux!!!! 6 mins from City Airport so great for business trips. There was a wedding going on but the hotel was easily able to accomodate this wothout any awareness to other guests. At night rooms were quiet- lovely toiletries and hospitality. All this and wifi too. I would nothesitate to stay there adain. Well done Park Avenue! Thak you so much! |

Friendly and helpful staff who made our visit comfortable and effortless. The hotel was close to the George Best airport which was the reason I chose it. |
