Room clean Had booked a twin room,to be put in a Double,changed after request to Reception,when booking had requested a Smoking room that site stated were available ,after checking out Hotel tel me to advise that they were going to charge me £50 ,as they had put me in a No Smoking Room!!Also Hotel under refurbishment |

Good room; spacious; modern Had to wait 1 hour for room to be ready - seemed there'd been staff training and they were behind. Food ok but not great and room service/restaurant finishes at 9 which is difficult if you're working late! |

Good sized room, comfortable beds, friendly bar-staff. Having requested a smoking room through booking.com we were told when we got to the hotel that they did not supply smoking rooms. |

Style and comfort with plenty of car parking 1. No shaver socket in bathroom - very odd. 2. The hotel details did not make it clear that the hotel is some way out from the city centre, although it is on a bus route. |

The staff was very friendly and it was evident they do whatever is possible to make the customers feel comfortable. Good services, rooms perfectly cleaned and tidied up in the morning, delicious breakfasts. The area in which the hotel is located is tranquil. |

We found it very convienant to the areas we wished to visit There was a terrible air con / fan hum as we tried to get to sleep. The reception staff never asked how our stay was on checking out. |
