The Park Avenue Hotel  

Excellent location and accessible for the titanic experience and others including National Trust houses.

Everything ok except for the mobile phone users (who could have gone into the passage ways) especially in the eating/dining areas.

The moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised, it looked every one of its 4 stars. All the reception staff were very friendly and our check in was very efficient, they also arranged for a taxi for me the next morning. Our room was lovely, well really great actually for a standard twin. Loved it! Breakfast was a total feast and the restaurant staff were very cheerful and looked after your every need. I can't praise this hotel enough and I will recommend it to others and will definitely return if I ever travel to Belfast again.

The only thing I didn't like was the short flex on the hairdryer.

The hotel and its location was very central to all of our planned activities.I also found the staff and the food to be of a very high quality.

The room was to cater for two adults and two children. However the room contained one double bed, one single bed, and a very uncomfortable camp bed. The room would have been better equiped with two double beds which would have been fine. The standards beds in the room very very clean and comfortable.

It was my parents diamond anniversary and they looked after them and the rest of the party from when we arrived until we left the next day. The staff were just amazing and the hotel and rooms were excellent, as for the food it was the best I have had in a while. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort style and great food. It is also in a great location to the city of Belfast. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely atmosphere and the staff were so nice. Hotel was clean and cosy and I just really liked it. Location is perfect too. I will definitely be back.

All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the overall impression is of a small comfortable hotel in a good location if you have transport, providing good value for money. It is certainly not luxurious but then it doesn't claim to be.

The car park is awkward to reach if you have heavy luggage and I never saw a porter to help. There are no mini bars in the rooms and the room service meal I had was poor quality and expensive.

Very good, Breakfast is excellent and the staff are lovely.
