Regular guest on business and pleasure as we enjoy the location and the peace and quiet and clean rooms. Concierge seemed to double for reception staff and there was no one in the bar or available for room service. Seemed very understaffed given that the hotel was full. Our least enjoyable stay and I may decide to find an alternative in future. |

friendly staff, willingness to assist expected to have aditional 'items' in deluxe room: Molton Brown loiletries (listed but not provided), Minimum selection of tea/coffee. No accompanying snack/biscuit. No drsssing gown... in most deluxe rooms these small additoinal extras are expected |

Good sized delux rooms. Nice bar and breakfast in room was good. Hotel was very clean. Would go again. Staff did'nt understand english. Tv was in german and was told could not be changed. Movies did'nt work but still got charged for them. Limited room service menu. |

Friendly and efficient service, quality in-room amenities, good breakfast food and service, nice view from window overlooking garden. TV volume was not loud enough to hear adequately, bathroom fixtures were in need of a little TLC |

The hotel was very clean and the price I paid via Booking.com was excellent compared to the normal rack rate. The staff were very helpfull and professional. The bed was really comfy and aided a good nights sleep. If I am in London, I will definetley stay again. I had to rent a cable for 9.99 per day to access the internet. As we are now in the 21st century I believe that all hotels, not just this one should have wi-fi as standard. If I can have it in my home and I live in a 3rd world technologicaly deprived country then a hotel should be able to access it. |

Close to tube station, quickly into city, good for museums. Room was quite as requested. Nice to have water provided each day Having to ask for kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, then needing to ask to have topped up. |

Location is the best, very close to underground station and supermarket. Very quiet street, clean room. Our room was upgraded for the same price without even asking and we got plate of chocolate at the arrival. TV has very limited channels, 10 may be. Towels could be bigger and better for 4 star hotel. |

Great room and super bathroom. Very well appointed and good size. Linen/towels excellent quality. Spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and efficient. 10 min walk to nearest Underground from where you can link to anywhere you wish to visit in London. Good breakfast sets you up for the day's sight seeing. No hairdryer in bathroom. |

I liked the accessibility and the room was good except their were no tea/coffee facilities. The restaurant was not open in the evening and the room service menu was limited and basic . When it arrived it was expensive for what it was and not correctly described. |

location,cost and comfortable bed Would have appreciated longer time for breakfast. Also the light switch for bathroom should be inside bathroom (or have a night light for bathroom)so you don't disturb your partner in middle of night. |

The location was excellent. Very close to Earles Court and Gloucester Rd tube stations. Great resonable places to eat in the area of Earles Court. The hotel is new, the beds were comfotable, it was very clean and the breakfast was good, although expensive. Staff service was not particularly friendly. Our refrigerator did not work for the first 2 days. Air conditioning did not adequately cool room. |

Room was large and sunny and very clea. Maid service was excellent. Walking distance to tube stops, though ten minutes walk to any one of the three means that the hotel really is not actually close to any of them. Quite close to two grocery stores. The shower was rather nice and well stocked. Our king-size bed was actually two doubles pushed together with a rather large and unavoidable ridge between them. Not very comfortable. The heater control in the room did not seem to work at all. It pushed out the same temperature air no matter what setting we put it on. The front desk told us to turn it off and turn it back on again. The terry-cloth robes were necessary because it was very cold when you stepped out of the shower. No Wi-Fi in the room. though somewhat treacherous to climb in and out of. The rubber piece on the bottom of the shower door was mouldy and could use replacing. |

Overall, this is a nice hotel. The location is quiet, set off from busy streets. The heater in our room did not work. We told the staff -- three times! -- and they didn't solve it. At 3am we were so cold! I went to the lobby and demanded action. Finally, we got a portable heater. |

The hotel was modern and well appointed with a tasteful conversion. Room very comfortable. staff helpful and friendly At breakfast staff pleasant but too involved in clearing up rather than being attentive to customers. e.g. had to ask for more coffee. Room will benefit from [planned?] tea/coffee.Sadly we missed this new service |

The Parkcity is quite new, comfortable, clean, and has got every detail you don't even know you need until you are there. And there it is! Examples: The lightening was perfect, nothing to do with those poor lightened hotels where I've been lately (and they were 4 stars too). I had to work for a while and I felt very comfortable. There was a Spanish socket. Hairdryer was 2000W. Lots of drawers. Very good bathroom, spacious enough and super clean. The room had two big windows (that could be opened!). Cleaning service was quietful, we did'nt hear any noise of vacuum machines or trolleys along the corridor.Breakfast was OK. There was always fresh fruit salad, youghourts, jam, butter, etc. ham, cheese and plenty of croisants and other buns. |

Nice looking hotel in a nice area but that's about it. Pray you don't have any problems as if you do your stay may become a nightmare. Appalling customer service, they do not communicate with each other. Staff and management in particular are incapable of solving any problems leaving customers frustrated and ruining your stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody, particularly, for a business trip. |

The room, staff and facilities were all excellent. Continental breakfast was very nice but service was not well organised. It is only a small point but there was no margarine available only butter. When we asked for some the staff did not know what margarine was as their English was not good. |
