Reception ringing me twice on check out day to see how long we would be until we got out of the room.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good
The staff are great. room large and quiet.
We booked this for the pool. however 3 days before we had a email to say that the pool is not for children under the age of 16. tried to book a alternative hotel in the area that we wanted, but at such short notice could not find a alternative place to stay. Emailed the hotel to tell them that we are disappointed but with regret we will stay. I had No response to my email from the hotel.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, our room was more than we expected! Unfortunately we stayed while they were having a refurb so a long walk to our roon (not good when you've har a few) lol! Staff were extremely friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Overall a perfect stay and we shall be returning next year for the next tattoo convention :)
The price of drinks from the bar were extortionate for just regular drinks
Hotel was spot on for my needs and price
Only there short time so didn't get chance to use leisure facilities
Very good rooms and breakfast
Wifi is slow, bar prices are high - 4 drinks for £25...
The breakfast was very enjoyable.
The hotel was completely taken over by a wedding including the bar area. The corridor to our room stank of smoke although our room was apparently non smoking. The room was smaller than we expected from the hotels website.
Service was excellent, gym and pool nice and relaxing.curry restaurant was lovely.definately go again
Not offered the desert menu?
Great facilities, great gym and swimming pools, good breakfast.
Everything was perfect really enjoyed my stay
Couldn't really fault anything wifi would have been good but not an issue
Hotel service was excellent, spa was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was very good.
rooms were hot, no window only patio door, some scuff marks on entry and ceiling. Sofa was made up as a bed would have preferred it as a settee
Friendly staff Good breakfast Nice size room Nice spa - a little small but the kids loved it
All the gold furniture Bed was uncomfortable Room was very hot and there was no thermostat!
The rooms need to be done up and properly taken care off...old and decrepit.
Smell of the rooms. No air conditioners. Etc Room directions.
Spa Grounds Gym Room
Disabled would struggle with route from reception to bedroom
The Indian restaurant was amazing. The jacuzzi was like a massage, so nice
The long walk to the room, but you get used to it
Excellent food, especially the Indian restaurant. Very nice leisure club. Private balcony. Plenty of parking. Staff quickly brought extras we needed in the room.
No menu to cater for children unless they want chicken nuggets!. Pool temperature very cold. Leisure staff allowed two male repair men into the changing room full of ladies and refused me a dressing gown to cover up, there are no private changing cubicles. Bed very uncomfortable. Room in need of air con and a paint.
I felt for the 2 weddings going on - they hadn't stocked the bar in preparation so they had to wait ages and then when it did arrive things like Bubbly were warm etc.. Did seem that they were understaffed and therefore they were stressed
- We stayed in newly renovated bedrooms and the bathroom was good - Location is quiet. - Reception area looks nice as does the breakfast room.
- The rooms were a long walk, long walk from reception through unrenovated corridors. - Not much noise insulation from the hotel corridors so we were woken up by the people next door when their door open and closed. - Breakfast was average.
A pleasant stay was had in the beautiful surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised that behind a very normal street was this gorgeous picturesque abode. Would definitively stay again.
There was nothing to not like.
Lovely hotel just outside main town! Very friendly and polite staff :-)
Was not aware that building works were going on at the time we visited very unsafe walking through builders yard!
Hotel was very hot. Breakfast out of 10, i will give a 6.
Only house wine at the bar. Got to room it smelt of smoke. Bed not comfortable. My husband ordered room service and got the wrong order. I had to get up in the night to tell people in the corridor to keep quiet. Didn't feel like a ramada I would have been much better off at a premier inn or travel lodge!
Massala chips in the Indian restaurant... you just have try them! They are purely volcanic.
One of the receptionists was bordering on being rude.
Anjus restaurant, terrace
Bathroom cleanliness. Pool temperature
