The Hotel Grounds
The room was a double but small in my opinion . their was work been carried out so been on a romantic holiday and been awaken by hammers and thumping above you was very poor
the room , view and facilities were lovely and staff very friendly and helpful . definately reccommend to family and friends
room was just to warm to sleep , fan makes too kuch noise .
the quality of the hotel the friendly staff, comfy bed, great room, great pool
taxi ride away from town
Breakfast chaos as families had little or no control over their children
a lovely hotel great staff. I didn't use the restaurant as I was meeting up with friends, but the menu looked fabulous. excellent spa facilities! if I was planning a wedding, this is a venue I would consider
I was staying for business reasons therefore a good Wi-Fi access is very important. the Wi-Fi is free but the signal was pathetic as to be useless
friendly staff lovely room brilliant food relaxing and enjoyable beautiful spa
Garden is excellent
The venue was in a good location and provided good parking facilities.Staff were friendly. We only stayed one night and opted to have breakfast in the morning at the hotel. The breakfast selection whilst small, covered all of my families requirements.
We stayed in the family room, which was of a very good size, however the walls are very thin, and we heard lots of noise from other families walking past and opposite rooms, so it did take a while for my children to settle down to sleep. Also the pillows were quite hard.
very comfortable beds
room location noisy room 02 was very shabby pool was small location of hotel in the middle of a housing estate not within a short walk to Wolverhampton centre
Due to the circumstances related in what we didn't like, our room was immediately upgraded and a bottle of complimentary Prosecco was put in our room we had a complimentary meal in the restaurant and a glass of wine from the bar. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Vinit Vadhawker, the food & beverage manager, was a star.
Room was not cleaned or bed made, tried to phone reception to find that the room phone was not working either. Ordered a egg sandwich and got a tuna sandwich, all happened on the one day, however see what we liked.....
Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was great!
Everything. The staff were friendly, rooms vey comfortable and the hotel itself, despite, ongoing refurbishing works (which did not impact on us in any way), was beautiful with luxurious surroundings. Will definitely be back
I liked the kind friendly service from the reception to the restaurant and all that work their.
Nothing to dislike
Nice hotel good first impressions. Friendly staff. Lovely comfortable rooms
Wasn't able to open windows
The gym has som of the best hotel training facilities in UK. Good breakfast. Very Nice surroundings. The park at the back side of the hotel is beautiful. A typical summer hotel.
About 12-15 minutes with bus or ten minutes and 7£ with taxi to Ciy venter. Refurbishing is not finished. Don't accept room 2,4,6,8.
Attended a Wedding and Booked in the Day before. Staff were brilliant and the food, Both Indian and English were excellent.
Nothing was there NOT to like.
Staff were very helpful and kind. Swimming pool and spa is a terrific facility, particularly for kids.
Rooms were overheated which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Food was excellent quality but very expensive. Good wheelchair access to reception and restaurants but difficult access and egress to bedrooms.
The grounds were pretty there was a wedding on which the staff seemed quite rightly focused on the restaurant smelt gorgeous. I had a nice view of the back grounds and a quiet room and king size bed and decent pillows (a massive improvement on a stay 2 years ago)
The receptionist was rude and abrupt. More than once. We only asked to book check in/ book a taxi save key etc. our room service didn't arrive in the slot booked. On checking no one had taken the tag from our door (put there hours before the cut off) reception apologised took our order and sent it up. It arrived wrong so they took our original tag request for the missing items and stl brought them back missing most things. No coffee any of the times (the main request) The breakfast that did come was also quite poor.
reasonably close to town well presented excellent checkin
bed a little hard for me breakfast sold separately
Spa was very good
Location wasnt the best
Childrens sofa bed not made up when we arrived. Then when they did it they only put a single duvet on double bed. Asked for another duvet. Reception said it will be with you in 5 minutes. Took 45 mins and had to remind them. When I complained next morning reception didn't seem bothered. Very poor customer service.
Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a good stay. Thanks
staff and food was exelent
cleanness of room was bad, in the corridor carpet was fixed with silver gaffa tape, in the room large wet patch on the ceiling and mold on the wall's - defiantly need to draw attention.
Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Other guests crashing into my door at 1am - presumably drunk. Very noisy renovation works waking us up early. Daughters' room in very dowdy annexe in need of renovation - half of the lights were not working and the carpets were very dirty.
Loved the grounds, play area and friendly, helpful staff.
Swimming pool was a little bit too cold and stairs a bit of a pain with pushchair and bags but not enough to stop us going back again.
