room was clean and breakfast was very good.

water in the shower was cold. it gets warm for 15 seconds and get cold again. very noisy.

Everything was superb... Will come back again...

Dated. Not completely clean. Rowdy guests staying in room next door keeping us awake until six in the morning. Drunks on the street outside shouting like idiots.

I realy liked the hotel, the room was very clean. The bus station is right in the front. Very easy to get to central London. A lot of stores around in Ilford to get food and stuff. A little shopping mall in the center of Iford. Breakfast was very good and the girl from reception very very nice to us. The bathroom very clean. I recommend this hotel for young people and families as well. Free wifi , very useful.

Room too small and not very clean, Television not working and toilet. I have no words for the toilet!

Modern room, great shower and good breakfast.

Pillows were so thin that they were a complete waste of time. I asked three times and was promised an extra pillow on each occasion. The first request was at about 16:00, the second was as I was on my way out for a meal at about 19:00 and finally when I returned at 23:30. I eventually, after some persistence managed to get an extra pillow at midnight!

Rooms was a nice size, clean and comfortable

A low cost budget hotel with free wifi and parking not far from a commute into london.

The sky television did not work, the sink was blocked and cleaning staff disturbed early morning sleep woith noise and someone coming into my room unannounced.

Cheap Hotel, Clean and tidy. Friendly staff and plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Dont Know what the Park was like I was transferred to a different hotel, which was a nice hotel however the area and some of guests (which were long term guests I.e lived there) we not what you wanted. I certainly didn't want to leave the car outside and I wouldn't want to take my family.

Just a 10min walk from plenty of places to eat. Room facilities replaced every day (though maybe didn't need to replace the soap every day – that can't've been economical).

Desk chair a little too straight. Not many veggie options for the breakfast.

Well where do I begin - not really the place you want to take young children to, made the travel lodge look like paradise. Also avoid the Breakfast at all costs - yes it is free but who knows what that bacon was made from. They forgot to put a sheet on the quilt and the bed was terrible, I spent most of the night counting the springs in the bed.

Seven faults with room 5:- Room smelt damp Carpet to bathroom wet (Leak???) tv ariel lead broken tv had no remote and unoperable without Shower cubicle missing screws (Probably leaked) Shower head holder loose on wall No plug in sink (Not great for contact lens wearers)

Very nice rooms, just the one night, but very impressive. Breakfast served quickly and hot! coffee ok.

We had to change rooms, (the room we booked came with a glass as a ceiling (too kinky for us) so we had to ask for another,the next was spacious and clean but smelled like tobacco.

Cold during the night

Breakfast wasn't bad. Typical English breakfast with buffet style. That's about it.

The place is a bit of a dump to be quite honest. Bits of walls, mirror, shower, etc., missing, the bedding had a lot of holes in it. Shower a bit dirty with mould in the corners. The windows were so thin, you can't really get any sleep with the busy street next to the hotel. Definitely not double glazing, if so, poorly made. The walls are really thin too - you can hear if someone coughs/farts/turns over on the bed, whatever. I had probably about 3 hours of sleep altogether, got breakfast, and left. I won't stay again. And I wouldn't recommend. Unless you're really stuck for a place to stay or you don't have any money left. But I stayed in backpackers hostels which were of MUCH higher quality than this.
