The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpfull,the rooms are comfortable and spotless and the same goes for the rest of the hotel credit must go to the housekeeping staff the whole hotel was immaculate,we have stayed there a few times and find it very reasonably priced for such a high standard hotel.

This was a second visit to this modern, clean hotel, so we knew what to expect. Excellent and comfortable. Rooms were good and spacious. Minor quibble was the need to reprogramme the room card key three times during a two night stay (necessitating three unscheduled visits down to the reception desk). Not sure what was going on but not a serious problem.

The room was very comfortable and I was delighted to have a bath as well as a shower. I had breakfast served in my room which was a real treat. The television! It was absolutely useless and I'm glad that I took a book with me. Not sure if it was a Freesat problem but I struggled to watch anything as there was a delay of about 20 seconds on everything. The picture occasionally switched off, and the sound disappeared. I didn't report this to Reception because I didn't particularly want to watch television but I know that my husband would have.

The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Cooked breakfast was lovely and hot! Liked the spacious feeling as you entered the hotel. Enjoyed our stay. No long life semi skimmed milk.

Quiet, relaxed, friendly, better value than Premier! Food/service was excellent. What, no baked beans!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would prefer my room to be vacuumed (I had this same complaint some 18 months ago when I stayed for a few weeks). I didn't expect a 1 night stay to be the same. You need to get a grip on your cleaning staff (or buy them more vacuum cleaners!).

Friendly and efficient staff. Location good and this was the venue for my Mother's funeral reception so it made sense to stay here too. Breakfast food was very good quality but our meals were served cool. This also happened to my sister and her family and two brothers. My sister-in- law specifically requested a hot meal and did receive it served hot.

We have stayed in the park hotel on numerous occasions and have had a brilliant time, the staff are very efficient, helpful and most of all friendly. It is furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable.. The blues restaurant is superb and the staff very good and friendly.
