The Park Hotel is a user friendly environment where travellers are given a high standard of service at all levels. The hotel is very clean, food menu is delightfully varied and served to a high standard. Staff are friendly, cordially communative and approachable. Our stay at the park Hotel was due to personal family circumstanes and necessitated that we were in and out the hotel at various times however we found the staff extremely helpful in arranging taxi's and making sure our needs were met. The friendliness of all the staff made our circumstances easier to cope with, we have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to all groups of travellers.

I first stayed at The Park Hotel 7 years ago and remembered it as being an excellent place to stay. So, my wife and I booked and stayed again this month and would indeed stay there again in the future and highly recommend it to others. We are from Alaska, usa and have traveled extensively and stayed at various hotels/motels/B&Bs and The Park is one of the best places we have stayed. I say this after having traveled Europe on holiday for the last 5 weeks, which included Munich, Paris, London, and two weeks in Scotland. The staff are very, very helpful, courteous and friendly. The food also was excellent plus.

Size of room, the bed, parking No noise reduction evident in the room/hotel build. Seemed like an industrial building made into a hotel. Breakfast was poor with the thought that all cooked fare was done to order but in fact luke warm so was pre prepared and kept 'warm'. Fitting out of rooms was cheap and not 'luxury'. Great bed but unfortunate the pillows available didn't match their comfiness. Lighting in the room was good re illumination levels but industrial.

The room was excellent and overlooked the football ground. We did not use any of the fitness facilities as we were visiting friends. The breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed in the park hotel on numerous occasions and have had a brilliant time, the staff are very efficient, helpful and most of all friendly. It is furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable.. The blues restaurant is superb and the staff very good and friendly.

For us it was convenient for family and friends. The food is always good, and staff are helpful. Good value for the rate which we got which included breakfast, but I would not pay the full rack rate of £150 for a couple for a hotel in Kilmarnock, it is not worth that amount. The pillows are not comfortable (quite hard)
