Warm, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Good choices at breakfast. Room warm on one of the coldest days in that area.
Too far to walk to town centre.
There was a child crying all night and we didn't get any sleep
Great friendly staff, good sized room and incredibly comfortable bed.
Good food and friendly staff
En-suite was a bit dated
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was spotlessly clean.
The park hotel is lovely with lovely owners. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was just wonderful. Would certainly book again. Much nicer than the big chains spotlessly clean and a beautiful hotel.
Location was excellent with easy access Preston town centre. Staff very helpful and friendly-changed my booking at the last minute without problem. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic-large choice of cooked breakfast. I would recommend and stay again.
We found the hotel to be in a very good locations near to where my daughter was staying in Student Accommodation. We found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be staying again in the near future.
The hotel itself was all good. But booking.com nearly lost us somewhere to say aw was provisionally booked. But luckly the staff managed to accomodate us on all counts once we showed them the confirmation as it was booked on line and it wasn't their's or our fault. Will ring to confirm next time.
friendly, helpful staff cooked breakfast (included) evening meal bathroom, luxury towels and the free toiletries parking available Proximity to Preston but not too central and on route to Blackpool

The room and the breakfast, together with the location.
Style, polite staff, breakfast was better than average, parking
Only one thing: I could hear nearly everything from the room above. I awoke to his alarm at 6am, heard his bath running, his phone ringing - when he dialled out, his phone calls, him walking around, doors opening and closing.... you get the idea. I promised myself a lie-in until 7.30 but instead got up at about 6.30am......
Comfortable room, good size en suite and a very comfortable bed and hence good nights sleep. Nice quiet location.
Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Lovely building with original features. Staff were really helpful.
